Before topping multiple bestseller lists—including those of the New York Times, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal—award winning author Elisabeth Naughton taught middle school science. A voracious reader, she soon discovered she had a knack for creating stories with a chemistry of their own. The spark turned into a flame, and Elisabeth now writes full-time.

Though primarily known for her romantic suspense work, Elisabeth has penned over thirty books and continues to write in multiple genres, including paranormal romance and contemporary romance. Her books have been translated into numerous languages and have earned several award nominations, including three prestigious RITA® nominations from Romance Writers of America. In 2017, REPRESSED, the first book in her Deadly Secrets series, won the RITA® for best romantic suspense.

Elisabeth's work has been praised by the Chicago Tribune as being filled with "deadly intrigue, high adrenaline action, and scorchingly hot passion.” Kirkus calls her "a writer talented enough at weaving a yarn to get her readers ensnared in it.” When not dreaming up new stories, Elisabeth can be found spending time with her husband and three children in their western Oregon home, wrangling two cats, or chasing after one very rambunctious Dalmatian.

I must admit I wasn't really sure if I could go through this series in the beginning. The first book, Forbidden actually had me wide eyed and shocked with all those cultish rituals that the House of Salvatici practiced. Natalie James wasn't expecting anything that bizarre when she applied for a job in Covet, a fashion modelling company managed by Luciano Salvatici. Book 2, Deceived was equally gripping and stomach churning, after Natalie learned the truth about her boss. She soon realized with unease and trepidation that she might never get out of this deadly situation she'd gotten into.

Undone, the last book in the House of Sin series was mind blowing and heart stopping. Luciano's love for Natalie was tested with excruciating pain and I myself felt sick after reading all those unbelievable torments that they had endured. For a moment or two, I had doubts about their happy ending because as I perused the pages, the possibility of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel was next to nothing. I was fully invested in this series that I felt like I was already part of the story. I felt the characters' pain, I felt their sorrows, I felt their fear and I felt their hope.

I know this is the end of the series, but I am still clamoring for more. I feel like there's still some unfinished business.. Like what happened to Dante and his new role as Grand Duke? And then there's Arianna, who knew more about the House than she should. And their evil schemy mother! I feel that she still has something up in her sleeves even after Luc had silenced her with his wrath. I'm so thrilled though, because I will get to see and read more about Felicity and Marco and the House of Merrick soon!

For the nth time and counting, Elisabeth Naughton continues to make waves in the dark romance genre. Like a master chef, she always brings something new to the table and makes sure everyone gets a taste of her fine novels. You can never go wrong with Naughton.

Despite the problems with downloading this book and also the errors in the book since I have to point out could have been corrected by the proof reader but it won't dampen the story.

I am speechless with how and what this series has taken me through. I've had to stop countless times and my heart broke how many times but I knew that every page turner will leave you in suspense in anger in disgust in heartache in tears but their private moments will leave you blushing and hot but most of all HOPE for Natalie and Luc.

I didn't know what to expect to this ending of Undone but I'm definitely surprised with not the last chapter but of the surprising outcome you'd never expect. Yes, I did hope for Luc's ending as I needed to know from his POV the closure he needed but I'm feeling for more of the characters that made this series worth a read. I'm so in suspense and curious to what happened with Ariana with Marco and Felicity and even his evil mum but more of the Seven Scantum so there this series is strength and hope and is mindblowing to say the less cause of all the drama the surprise and even the craziness that you can't wait for more.

I'm so glad I took a chance with this series and since I've missed Elisabeth Naughton books so much, I've always loved her paranormal books but this series is so different and unique and powerful it’s why I love it.

I am obsessed with the House of Sin series by Elisabeth Naughton and could not get enough of the first two books. Luc and Natalie were fire. This story was explosive and passionate and the revelations were mindblowing!

Undone was sexy and intense and follows the crazy cliffhanger of book two. Now Natalie and Luc must deal with his House, their politics and their obsession with Luc to take his place in their hierarchy within the family.

I thought this story was such a powerful conclusion to the trilogy. I loved Luc and Natalie's deep and abiding love for one another. I never wanted this story to end! Bravo! 4 stars! ~Ratula

“I told you that you were mine that night in Rome when you let your dress fall to the floor. I was wrong. You were mine the first moment you walked into my office in New York. That day, it was as if you opened my eyes, grabbed hold of my heart, and crawled inside my soul. I came to life that day, and every day since then, I’ve seen the world differently. I’ve seen myself differently, and it’s all because of you.” Luciano

An action packed, mind-twisting and absolutely fantastic grand finale to this wonderful series.

This is a darkish romantic suspense with some truly evil characters and very unexpected plot twists. It is the third and final instalment of Natalie and Luc's story in the House of Sin series. A tale that takes you on one heck of a tumultuous ride before reaching a very unexpected ending. You will need to read both Forbidden and Deceived before this, but it is a series that is well worth the time and effort.

At the end of book #2, Luc was facing the consequences of his unauthorised marriage to Natalie, whilst she was being kidnapped. This story picks up almost immediately with Natalie being taken to witness Luc's harrowing 'cleansing' and punishment. The injuries Luc is left with are not only physical but also affect his psyche and emotions. Can Natalie bring him back from the brink? Will they be able to repair the damage to their relationship? What lengths will Luc go to in order to keep Natalie safe?

Be prepared for several fairly graphic scenes of both non-con and dubious consent. What keeps the book from being very dark is that we witness most of the scenes from the 'partners' point of view, rather than from the victims. This pair really put me through an emotional wringer as they battled both their demons, each other and the evil that is House Santini.

This story kept me gripped from the first page to the last, the writing is excellent, the characters are believable and very likeable and the pace just meant I didn't want to put the book down. The action is pretty much non-stop with the plot holding plenty of surprises that I just didn't see coming.

It's a pretty steamy read, with some quite violent scenes and sexual assault scenes, so it isn't a read for the young or the fainthearted. I do recommend it though if you love a story that will suck you in, keep you on the edge of your seat and take you on a wild and exciting adventure.

Wow! The first two books in the series just about wrecked me but this one was one hell of a conclusion! The book picks up right after book 2 ends and the reader is thrown back into the dark under belly dealings of Luc's House. These men are horrific! And Luc's mother was not so out of the loop as she wants everyone to believe.

Up, down, in, out. Still some lies and half truths that get uncovered. Thank God for Marco and Felicity. Both Luc and Natalie had baggage that needed to be taken care of. The how and why of that is for the reader to discover, but hold on to your seat because what you thought you knew is not necessarily true!

So this story arc ends here. If I had a wish list, please give me Dante and Luc's sisters story. Both of them are intriguing and I think can come into their own in the new world order. The epilogue topped it off perfectly!

Read all of the books in order. Carve out time because you won't want to put them down!

The conclusion of Luc and Natalie's story, in the House of Sin series, simply shredded me. Where Forbidden and Deceived were a roller coaster ride, Undone is a straight free fall. No bungee cord. No harness.

It's cringe worthy, gut wrenching, and magnificent all at the same time. This book is not for the faint at heart. I would love to say that I read this in one sitting, because it is that good. But honestly, at one point in the book I had to put it down. As much as I wanted to find out what happens next, this book put me through too many emotions. What these characters endure to be together and what they sacrifice for each other, is humbling. I wasn't sure how this would wrap up, but the ending (get your tissues ready) was worth it.

I have been reading Elisabeth Naughton's books for a few years now. Mostly the romantic suspense and a few paranormal ones. This series, by far, is one of her best.

WOW!!!!

This series was absolutely amazing!

This was a new take and something different that your normal run of the mill romance. It kept you hooked and turning the pages from the very beginning, which I love. The suspense will keep you on the edge of your seat and you don't want to stop reading because you just have to see what happens to the characters.

I can't wait to get more of this series from Elisabeth Naughton.

One Hell of a Ride...

Undone picks up exactly where Deceived leaves off, and I won’t lie, there are some pretty wicked scenes right off the bat. Not that I wasn’t expecting that. Naughton has gradually prepared the reader for what is to come next in the dark and twisted world that Natalie finds herself, in a world that she despises, but is irrevocably tied to through the love of her life, Luc. I thought I was totally prepared for what was to happen next to Luc and Natalie. Boy was I wrong. As the opening scene unfolds, I realize that I’m holding my breath because it was everything that I was expecting and so much more. I have already said too much. This review is going to be short and sweet because to reveal too much will totally spoil the roller coaster ride that the reader will be taken on in Undone. The emotions that this last book elicits has had me all over the place. Isn’t that what a good book/series is all about? An author that can write a story where you can connect to the characters plight… That pulls you right into the world they live, to the point where time around you stands still? I was horrified, I was empathic, I cried, I was overjoyed, I was exhausted. I was Undone…

For those that are already fans of the series, remember to breathe. For readers that have not started the series, get ready for one heck of a ride. Last but not least, I received an ARC of Undone for an honest review, which in no way influenced my review. Thank you, Elisabeth Naughton. Wow, just wow. House of Sins is one hell of a ride.

So you have to read the first two books Forbidden and Deceived before you read this book. Undone starts off exactly where Deceived ends. Natalie has been taken and finds herself locked up. Luc is with his family and we have no idea what is going to happen to him, we just know that it will be bad.

This book made me mad, cry, and want to through my kindle across the room. I tried to go to sleep and had to go back to it. I had to know what Luc was going to do about his horrible family and if he and Natalie were going to make it through. By the time I was done with it, I had a tissue in my hand and it was 2 a.m.

I am so happy to have read this series. Yes, these series are hard to read and the people in them are horrible people. But in the main point of these books to me where that love can conquer all and that no matter what together you can defeat everything.

Holy Guacamole.....and I thought the first two books in this series had me going, I was wrong. This book has it all...so much going on my heart actually didn't know if it wanted to skip a beat, race like hell or just stop. I was so upset when I first started reading that I thought I'd have to stop...but I kept going. Natalie and Luc just would not be denied. Twists, turns, evil minds and evil people, heart aches and breaks but thru it all Natalie and Luc kept love going...unbroken and unbreakable. Thank you so much Elisabeth for writing such a thrilling series where you felt it all. I volunteered an honest review for this ARC.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Release Date June 5, 2018

Behind the doors of the House of Sin, no one is safe...

I love him. It’s the only truth that matters now.

I’ve cast my old life aside and given myself fully to his wants and desires, to the fire he alone ignites inside me. And together, we’ve found strength and salvation in each other.

But there are evil forces who will forever see me as a threat that must be undone. I trust that our love can withstand any test, but I can’t ignore the growing shadows lurking beyond our door.

Because I understand now that those shadows are not waiting to destroy me as I once feared. They’ve come for him. To steal him away from me for good. And to finally and completely engulf him in a sinister world he’s eluded for so long.

In the inescapable darkness of the House of Sin

••••••••••

REVIEW: 4.5 stars--UNDONE is the third instalment in Elisabeth Naughton’s contemporary, adult HOUSE OF SIN erotic, dark romantic suspense series focusing on twenty-four year old, American Natalie James, and thirty-two year old Italian businessman Luciano ‘Luc’ Salvatici. UNDONE should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up immediately after the events of book two DECEIVED.

NOTE: Due to the story line content, there may be some triggers for more sensitive readers including strong language, and graphic scenes of rape, torture, and abuse.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Luc and Natalie) UNDONE follows the battle between Luciano Salvatici, and the House of Salvatici, one of the five powerful Houses of the Entente (informal alliance) in positions of control. Hundreds of years of deviance, power and sacrifice have culminated in a struggle between good and evil wherein evil will continue to reign unless the right man steps into the job. Hoping to protect the woman he loves Luc Salvatici will make a decision that could ultimately destroy his relationship with Natalie, and thusly any hopes for a happily ever after.

Throughout the story line Luc and Natalie will come face to face with the monster of their dreams. Luc’s attempts to protect Natalie from harm cease the moment he gives himself over to the House of Salvatici. Our couple will be caught up in a world of evil and deviance, power and control. No one is safe including loved ones and family; allegiance and honor are at the heart of centuries of dark secrets, and immoral and malevolent acts of brutality and corruption.

UNDONE is a vastly dark and passionate, heart breaking story of one family’s spiral of damnable acts of vicious behaviour. Elisabeth Naughton pulls the reader into the ultimate story of betrayal and horror, and the path our hero must navigate to save them all. The premise is edgy, riveting and dramatic; the characters are charismatic and inspiring; the romance is provocative and intense.

GAH! We are so use to reading about strong women that have been broken and how they put themselves back together. This story switches it up and we see a strong man who is broken in such a difficult manner! We then see the beauty of how love puts him back together piece by piece. Then breaks him again!! Oh then it gets his wife!! THIS STORY....

Let me just start by saying how flipping amazing this series has been!! I loved that is was released so quickly. Many times I wait or kick myself for not waiting to read an entire series all together. I really enjoy that many authors are releasing their entire series in a few months time. I find I don’t get as impatient. Waiting a month or two is nothing in the book world!! Considering how long we use to have to wait for a new release.
This series is sexy as hell and will have you falling in love or on your knees!! Then it throws a huge curve ball and you are on the edge of your seat. This is the story of a very powerful family that has their hand in everything. You can run but you can’t hide. Undone starts off right where Deceived left off. This family is brutal they want complete devotion and nothing short of that is acceptable. So to love a man like Luc who is expected to take the seat at the head of the family is a big sacrifice! The love Natalie has for him has wavered in the past and it will be tested again and again. This saga is rich and the characters are beautifully written. I can’t tell you how many times my heart bled and broke with every hit!! You all know how I like to cry and when a strong man is brought to his knees and breaks down!!! Well this series was it for me!! Lol.
This is a story about thinking you don’t deserve love and fighting for that very thing. It’s about a very cruel world, although maybe embellished, or maybe not! Do we really know what goes on in society? As I have realized as I’ve gotten older many things are not what they seem. The world is a beautiful thing, although it can be a very cruel place once you look closely. GAH!! I want to give so much away but you know I can’t! I have raved about this series from day one!! Get it!! I don’t know what else to tell you!! Click it!!
This is a favorite series of mine!

Why you should read it: This book is certainly not boring! There are so many twists and turns, misunderstandings between Luc and Natalie – while they still struggle to communicate – not the mention the plotting and scheming done by Luc’s family. It left me breathless – the newlyweds are really put through the ringer in this book. There was barely any respite. I enjoyed the developing characters of Natalie and Luc, they became more and more solid in my mind. I was thoroughly invested in their story. Crazy as it was! The chemistry levels between the pair remained off the charts and their passion leapt off the page – without getting too over the top. The Italian wasn’t bad – it merged quite well into the English and wasn’t too distracting. For the most part it was correct, which was a relief, as it has been done very badly in other books I’ve read.

“You are my life, Natalie James. The very reason my heart beats. And I will love you across the ages. Nothing will ever change the way I feel. Nothing.”

What you might not like: As I said, there’s A LOT going on for Natalie and Luc – it never ends. There was one point when I asked myself whether I could take another kidnapping! Natalie always seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time – and with disastrous consequences! This many twists and turns made it quite a long book, which is not a problem, but I did experience drama fatigue nearing the last third of the book. Perhaps certain plot-lines were tied up a little too neatly (if I’m seriously nitpicking) for my liking? Though, that’s better than a gaping hole in a plot.

Rating: 3.5/5 for a satisfying end (if somewhat hard to come by) to the story and a seriously sexy read. It was thrilling and consistently good across the series.

No matter what they had planned for me, I wouldn't show fear. I would not give them what they wanted.

Holy Sheesh!! This series gets better and better, and darker and darker. Elisabeth Naughton's third book in the House of Sin series, Undone starts off throwing the reader, as well as Natalie and Luc, right into the deep end. I hope you know how to swim!

Have faith...
I did. I would. In us.
Because
us was the only thing that mattered.

These books are not standalones and need to be read in order. Undone starts off exactly where Deceived ended. Natalie is unsure what is happening or even where she is. When she discovers the answer to both, it is not good. The Salvatici House is ruled by despicable people, who do despicable things. If you thought things were bad in the first two books that is nothing compared to what comes to light this time around.

"You... You are my salvation. I don't deserve you, but ah, Dio... I need you. I'm nothing without you. Absolutely nothing."

If you like Ms. Naughton's writing, if you like dark reads, you will love this series. Natalie and Luc and every single obstacle that stands in the way of their love puts you through the rollercoaster ride of all rollercoaster rides. I am so glad that I took the chance on Ms. Naughton's genre change, not all authors are successful with this, but Ms. Naughton succeeded. Not only is she a terrific paranormal and romantic suspense author, she can now be considered a dark romance author to watch.

I received a free complimentary book and voluntarily reviewed it.

This is the third book to Elisabeth Naughton’s “House of Sin” series and the conclusion to Luc and Natalie’s story.

Even though the first two books in this series are page-turner’s, Ms. Naughton outdoes herself with Undone. The main characters, Natalie and Luc encounter so many obstacles that my emotions were all over the place. In fact, their lives were so entangled that I had trouble envisioning how Ms. Naughton could ever overcome these obstacles enough so that this couple could ever find their happy ending.

Elisabeth Naughton skillfully creates characters that, eventually, become a part of your life. In the beginning of this series, I disliked Luc so much, I wasn’t sure if I wanted Natalie to become involved with him. However, by the end of the series, I could not remember him ever being anything but this heroic man who will do anything to right the wrongs of his family and protect the woman he loves.

This author creates Natalie as the type of woman we all wish we could be. She is very independent, and her bravery, loyalty and persistence is comparable to any man.

One caveat: You need to read all three books in order because it is one continuous story. However, the good news is that all three books have already been released, and you will not have to wait to find out what happens next.
This series is a dark suspense that hooked me from the very beginning and never let up until the end of Undone. The conclusion of this story surpassed anything I could ever have imagined. In fact, by the end of this book, even though I was happy for Natalie and Luc to find their happy ending, I was very sorry to have to say goodbye to them.

Natalie Salvatici starts us off right from where Deceived left off. I didn’t think this series could get any more disgusting but this author’s imagination is endless. Luc Salvatici thinks he’s doing the right thing but it’s going to be tough. At times he’ll speak in his native tongue. If you don’t know languages you may try to sound them out, check a dictionary, or skim over them. But it is still romantic. So that’s when you need a nice person who can speak them to you – nothing like putting you in the mood.

For me, this book was the most emotional of the series. At times it may be hard to see but it’s still there. Their love will shine through. It’s not a series that’s all romance. It’s something that you need to experience. There’s just so much going on that involves feelings – anger, fear, happiness, apprehension, satisfaction. So if you like a story that’s going to poke at your emotions than this book will do that for you. And there will be times where you will be on the edge of your seat. But be warned that you’ll miss a lot if you don’t start this series from the beginning. Another reason would be because of the happy ending. Plus the previous books don’t have an ending. But we get another happy ending with this book because our author has a novella coming our way.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

In Undone, Luc faces the music. He has gone against orders of The House, and he must undergo a cleansing ritual, which Natalie witnesses. I have read dark romance books that are truly horrific, and although the scenes in Undone aren't of that caliber, his punishment did leave a bad taste in my mouth. Elisabeth Naughton truly writes the book in her signature style, and honesty.

I didn't understand how Luc's mother could stand by and let these horrific things happen to her son. How the members of the sick cult think what they are doing is for Luc's good is beyond me. Those nasty sickos. But then again nothing in Luc's life has been easy. Both characters undergo horrific experiences, and truly the only thing they can count on is each other. Luc needs Natalie more than ever to pull him back from the brink on which he is teetering upon. and Natalie needs Luc's strength and support.

I'll be honest. I didn't know what would happen to these characters till the very end. Things seemed bleak in certain places, and I wasn't even sure being together was the best thing for either of them. Elisabeth Naughton kept me guessing till the very end. The conclusion was perfect for both of them, not overly done, and justified.

I will say this: I'm not sure I can read about Dante. He has some very big shoes to fill.

Wow, just what kind of tilt-a-whirl ride did you take me on, Ms. Naughton? This last installment of the series will leave readers breathless as they await each and every chapter of this suspenseful and somewhat unnerving finale.

I won't go into too much detail because of spoilers, just suffice it to say that if you have followed along the previous two books, you will not be disappointed in where this one takes you. There are a few trigger scenes that certain readers need to be aware of before hand. I had to put this book down a few times, digest what was happening before picking it back up. The roller coaster will drag you to the top, only to propel you forward down a steep slope as you come towards the climactic ending.

I loved Luc and Natalie, their perseverance and dedication to each other through their unwavering love. Things get dicey, things get out of their control, people try to tear them down and tear them apart, but they cling to each other as they try to save their love and their lives. The ending will leave you stunned and once you put the book down, you may want to have a stiff drink waiting for you.

Bravissima! As they say in Italy. A wonderful and fitting conclusion to this amazing series.

The final installment in this series was everything I was hoping for, and then some!!! In my experience, all great romance novels have a HUGE underlying psychological component in some way interwoven throughout the story that connects all characters. In the last installment, Luc and Natalie face threats from Luc’s house. In addition to this, Luc is faced with yet another grim obstacle in this last installment of the series. Ms. Naughton has effortlessly created a deeply psychological obstacle that the novels main characters must overcome in order to find each other. The reader sees that the issues Luc and Natalie face in this last installment are multi faceted. What I truly love is that Ms. Naughton keeps the reader on their toes and wanting more literally all throughout this novel, culminating in a powerful ending for the main protagonists which will leave the reader biting their nails and cheering at the same time. In my experience multi part novels tend to become boring after a while as the same issues and concepts are presented; I am thoroughly delighted at the fact that Ms. Naughton keeps the reader guessing, involved and THINKING- “how could this possibly turn out?!” all throughout this installment. UNDONE truly exceeded ALL of my expectations, what a ride!

What an explosive ending to Luc and Natalie's story! I didn't know this was the last book when I started reading, so I was sad once I finished, but this book is how you end a series.

Full of twists and turns and suspense, Undone is probably my favorite book of the three in this series. I'm a very passionate, emotional, and verbal reader; there were many things in this book that had me screaming (literally). The biggest bomb that was dropped was near the end. Let me paint you a quick picture of how that turned out. "What?" I asked softly as I continued to read. "WHAT???" I screamed as I quickly realized that this shit was actually happening and it wasn't some sort of sick joke Luc was pulling on Natalie.

This series is one I won't soon forget. Every book is a book filled with suspenseful and erotic pages. And I was not disappointed in this book (other than it being the last one).

If you've been reading this series, or want to read this series, please do! They're fun to read, in the I-can't-turn-the-pages-fast-enough way. Elisabeth Naughton has become one of the authors that I will probably read anything she writes.

This book is extremely difficult to review. As it is the conclusion of a three part series, it is necessary to read the previous two to understand what is going on.
Many characters in the book tell the protagonist, Natalie, what a strong woman she was, but I didn’t see her that way. In fact I saw her as quite the opposite. The male protagonist, Luc, has a total personality change during the series which I also found hard to accept.
The first two thirds of the book was similar to the second book in the series, back and forth self doubt issues. The romance in this book was seriously lacking and though the sex was supposed to be hotter than ever, for the type of book, I found it very tame and washed out.
The books last 25-35% was much more interesting and exciting. Naughton found her strength again at the end in the twists of the story, but the conclusion seemed rushed and too easily tucked away.
I do think the series is worth the read however. Naughton develops some interesting characters in her writing. I for one, would love to see how Ariana turns out.
Give it a try and I think you’ll be intrigued enough to want to see how House of Sin evolves.
