For readers who love LEE CHILD and STIEG LARSSON -- get ready for Amazon #1 Bestselling Series THE COREY LOGAN TRILOGY by Burt Weissbourd. Follow this unlikely partnership of tough, self-reliant, not-always-self-aware Corey Logan and the absent-minded, master of emotional complexity Dr. Abe Stein as they fall in love. In these heart-stopping, character-driven thrillers, Corey and Abe come together to solve previously unsolvable crimes. They fight to save young people at risk and ultimately, their own lives.

INSIDE PASSAGE
Corey Logan was set up. She knows Nick Season's terrible secret. Coming home from prison, all Corey wants is to be with her son. To get him back, she needs to make a good impression on the psychiatrist evaluating her. But Dr. Abe Stein doesn’t believe she was framed–until his well-heeled mother fall for the charming state attorney general candidate, Nick Season. As the dogs of war are unleashed, Corey and her son run for their lives–taking her boat up the Pacific Northwest's remote Inside Passage.

TEASER
Teaser, the sequel to Inside Passage, takes Corey and Abe into the interconnected worlds of private school kids and the runaways who roam Seattle's streets. Billy attends the Olympic Academy, where two friends, Maisie and Aaron, are experimenting with sex and drugs. They've become close to Star, a streetwise seductress who leads them down a treacherous path. Despite the best efforts of Abe and Corey, Maisie is abducted by the diabolical “Teaser,” a man determined to take revenge on her father, his former cellmate. Teaser is a mystery to everyone except Abe and Corey, who alone realize what they must do to rescue Maisie. They contrive a plan that shocks even them.

MINOS
Minos, the third work in the Corey Logan Trilogy, begins at the Olympic Academy, where Billy's friend Sara has just carved a magic circle in the hardwood bathroom floor with an ancient double-edged dagger. She twirls inside her circle calling on the Oracle of Apollo to help her find a modern-day Theseus, the reincarnation of Athens' "hero of all heroes" who slew the Minotaur. Lost in her magical dance, she knocks over a candle, sets fire to the curtains, and is suspended from school. She is sent to Abe for treatment. Abe discovers that Sara has patched together an entire mythological universe and language with which she tries to make him see that lives are at stake. Corey knows that young people are indeed being murdered, and soon Sara's dire warnings begin to make sense. But who is the modern-day descendant of Minos? The key is inside Sara's head.

BEFORE YOU READ: The Corey Logan Trilogy includes 3 full length thrillers (Inside Passage, Teaser, and Minos) for mature audiences with adult and potentially triggering content including sex, drug use, abuse, pedophilia, incest and violence.

THE COREY LOGAN TRILOGY by Burt Weissbourd is a trilogy that I bought almost without hesitation because I was certain that I was not going to be disappointed. Not only that, but it has been one of the best readings I have had in a long time.
The book has an impeccable narrative. Despite being a trilogy made in a single installment, as noted in each of the books, the plots are so different and diverse that there is no possibility of getting bored and the author has notably not fallen into repetitions of stories or characters.
The stories have everything, action, suspense, brotherly love and at some point touch sensitive and deep issues. The characters are very well developed. Although the protagonist is the same throughout the trilogy, it shows she evolves throughout all the stories. Each chapter is an exciting story in itself.
You can see the passion of the author in each book. It is a highly recommended trilogy!

: A trilogy unlike any other

A tri length thriller and unlike other series of stories, Burt Weissbourd book is found in one package, get the Corey Logan Trilogy Box Set and you would have in your possession the entire installment. A mother that had been recently released from prison and needed to keep in touch with her child, forms an unlikely partnership with a doctor to uncover some mysteries in Inside Passage, her story continues in Teaser albeit a complicated affair with Dr. Abe and then in Minos where it all ends. I felt indifferent honestly when I saw the deep level of explicit contents and drug operations coupled with some dark fantasies and magic. I found it to be lengthier than most novels I have read in a long while even though each story is set aside from the other, seven hundred and sixteen pages is quite some volume. I would recommend this read for readers who are attracted to crime stories laced with romance and lots of mystery.

I knew the moment I read the synopsis that it will be such an amazing read. I really enjoyed this trilogy.
What I liked the most about this novel was the plot. While there are many thrillers stories, these in my opinion, are excellent. I believe that several factors contribute to these stories being unique. The world building is fantastic, fresh and original. The characters are interesting and well fleshed out.
These novels demanded me to sit on the edge of my seat several times. Once I started reading them, I literally couldn't stop. As a piece of advice I must issue a serious content warning: these books touch some very dark themes, like sex, drug use, abuse, pedophilia, incest and violence.

One of the things that I liked the most about these books is that it is a full set, it is a trilogy, so when I finished one story I continued with the following one, I did not have to wait for the next novel.

In these books, I experimented all the feelings related with romance, action and intrigue which are the perfect mix. In these three novels, I followed the story of Corey Logan and Dr. Abe Stein who, apart from working together, end up falling in love.

All in all, I would recommend this set because it is easy to read and it kept me entertained several days. Thriller lovers, like me, would enjoy it the most.
