He must pay a steep price to protect his mate and child.

Etti Blackwell and Greyson West have cause to celebrate. Their baby girl is finally here. Too bad there's no time to enjoy it. Greyson’s Alpha is out for revenge. He and his outlaw wolf pack are already racing to end her life before it begins.

Baby Izzi possesses a threat Greyson and Etti never could've anticipated. It's going to take a whole world of shifters to protect their new family from the Hunter's Curse.

With danger around every corner, Etti finds herself in New Orleans seeking the help of a distant relative who has ties to the original voodoo magic that started the curse. But nothing is simple when it comes to the savage history between the werewolves and witches of the bayou. What will the price of protection be? And are they willing to pay it?

I loved this book, it is full of so many different things going on. The relationship between the friends and most of the family is just amazing. Their all so very close. Etti and Wes have been best friends for 20 years and they’re amazingly close and protective of each other. They have both found their mates now, Etti has a daughter, Wes’s wife and him are expecting.

Etti was abuse her whole life growing up until Wes found out what was going on, from that point on he never left her alone with her parents. Keeping her safe.

The hunt is dangerous for everyone, so Etti and Husband Grey make a decision that effects everyone in their lives. They have no other choice they need to protect there daughter, who when she’s older has a cures to break. This choice also was supposed to protect there friends and family. Little does Etti know Wes feels something is wrong and it’s effecting him negatively.

Etti keeps having nightmares about something horrible happening to Wes her best friend and it’s wearing on her. A random vampire comes to Etti and Grey’s tattoo parlor for a job out of the blue which is very odd (you’ll find out why, if you read the book). I hope this vampire ends up being a great friend to Etti and Grey, they could use some new friends and he seems to have some really cool powers.

That is just a very little tidbit of this book. It’s great.

The Quick and Dirty: Etti and Grey find out a way to protect their growing family from The Hunt but the sacrifice they will need to make may just tear them apart.

We join back up with the crew: Etti, Grey, Wes, Cali, Marc... and a few new colorful characters. Lots of New Orleans and bayou charm in this one, along with drama and a very difficult choice to be made that changes the life of everyone involved. Knowing the general timeline (you'll see what I mean once you read it), I'm anxious to know what happens next and how Bella Night will wrap up the series!

**MILD SPOILERS**

Small critiques: A few parts didn't make sense to me, like where they travel to New Orleans with a new baby then go to a dance club. Who's watching the kid? Or worse, bringing a newborn to a dance club?

Also, the part where Wes and Cali tie strings to their fingers... I had so many questions. Where did they get the string? Why string and not putting a note in their phones? Why didn't they make more of a note than just "remember". I know that scene needed to happen to move the story along, the details just threw me a little.

It's been an interesting story so far and especially with the addition of a few special family members I'm eager to see what happens next!

This one was a little better and I loved the voice she used for Etti's aunt. There were still some intonation issues and certain pronunciations threw me off  (ex: leggings pronounced "leggins", or New Orleans pronounced "n'awlins") but overall it was better than the last one.

Buckle up baby you're in deep as we witness the trials and tribulations, hard fast rules and revealing revelations that keep you riveted on a razors edge. Alarming drama, chilling intrigue and electrifying suspense increases as tension spirals propelling this bad boy to life spectacularly. Twists and turns abound with a few bumps and bruises around strikingly sharp corners and sleek thin lines blasting this bad boy together one jagged piece at a time. The characters personalities are authentic and realistic with depth and qualities that blend with one another perfectly. The scenes are graphically detailed with abundant descriptions there's no problem interpretating each scenario creating a colorful backdrop that makes the storyline pop. Fantastic job Bella, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

Chosen by Bella Night is the third wonderful book in the Crescent City Wolves series. In this beginning of this book, Etti is very pregnant. She and her mate Grey are desperate to find a way to protect their child Izzy from the threat of the hunt. This is the story of their ongoing battle to save themselves and their daughter Izzy. This is a stand alone book on it own. However, it is also a continuation of the overall story that began in the first two books Claimed and Cursed. This book is tantalizing with lots of uniquely written characters who are woven throughout the plot seamlessly. I loved this third book as much if not more than the first two in the series. I definitely recommend this book and the whole series to any paranormal romance lover. Chosen is an entertaining and intriguing romantic tale.

I enjoyed this one so far the most out of the books so far. New twist and turns were thrown in, more mythology about the world, and more character growth. I like that the author added in more POVs to the story and new characters. The new POVs added more depth to Cali and West while giving us a look into their relationship as well as their thoughts. I hope to see more POVs like Marc and his mate (cause we all know it’s gonna happen) later on. About half the book was based in New Orleans and I’m excited to see this as a partial backdrop for the rest of the series. I’m much more excited about this series after reading this book.

We are back in the third installment of this series. It is time for the birth of their daughter, Izzi. The birth is beautiful and everyone around is in love with Izzi. The families come together in a time of joy. The Hunt has decided to attack once again…but this time another member helps Grey out instead. One of the others is killed by his old packmate, Jake. The size of the Hunt has grown into an army so they leave the area to find protection from the witch Cora. Once they discover Cora things will change drastically for everyone! Now, they will have to pay the price for protecting their daughter. It is a high one! I received this book via Booksprout and am leaving a voluntary review. The third book is full of action, new people, friends, and new lives~

Huge plothole

Soooooo if Etti's father and Etti's aunt have different mother's then how could Etti and Etti's daughter both be a witches like her aunt. I do not understand how Etti's aunts mothers blood called to Etti in the cemetery when technically they don't share blood. This is not how DNA works. This hole storyline revolves around this pothole and it is destracting.

The author continues to bring these characters to life. Grey and Etti must make some difficult decisions in order to keep their daughter, Izzi, safe.

The plot thickens, to say the least. The intrigue and the family drama are both heating up. I am finding it impossible to put these books down...I am reading one right after another...guess I am on a series binge!
