"I'd already established when it came to him I made bad choices, what were a few more?"

I was intrigued by the idea of this story and even though I totally enjoyed reading Viral I didn't quite reach the excitement I expected to come. Nevertheless I had a great time reading this book.

You know, rockstar romance is one of my most favorite romance trope. So there is no wonder I fell hard for Vaughn. And together with Gillian he worked so pretty well, even when they shouldn't because of their differences.

Viral is funny and entertaining, with the right amount of sass, realness and drama that will leave you smiling all over the place.

Nobody writes a rockstar romance like this author! I found myself chuckling from page one and entertained by the humor interspersed throughout this sweet, fun, and sexy book. Vaughan’s hilarious rant on social media about being burned by his girlfriend and his bandmate/best friend sets off a series of events that completely changes his life.

Vaughan is impulsive and stubborn and this lands him in hot water. I loved his sarcasm and his humorous thought processes. He is completely naive in the rock world, but Gillian is there to help him navigate the cutthroat, manipulative music industry. Gillian, the daughter of a distant man who owns a massive record label, sets out to prove herself in a man’s world. She is serious and dedicated and comes across as a no nonsense businesswoman. I love her sassiness and how she sees the potential in the insanely good looking Vaughan who possesses a powerful, amazing singing voice.

The two of them have an instant attraction that cannot be denied and I love how Vaughan is able to see the fire that lays beneath her cool exterior. The two of them make a great couple with their passion and chemistry as well as bringing out the best in each other. I really enjoyed this hilarious romantic rockstar romance. The main characters were engaging and well-developed as well as having some great secondary characters. It was interesting seeing the behind the scenes of a band making it in the competitive music industry.

I received an early complimentary copy of this book.

*REVIEW* 🎸🎸🎸🎸
T. Gephart is new to me, and I enjoyed reading her story. Vaughan is a rockstar on a rampage, social media, about the break up of his band and betrayal, etc. This rant goes viral. Now, fame and fortune come knocking, Vaughan could use some guidance in this new territory.
Gillian is the daughter of a man(a jerk) who owns a big record label. She wants to prove herself in the label industry, and Vaughan becomes her project. Gillian is hard working, intelligent and intuitive with just enough sass to make her witty and awesome. Despite her professional demeanor, there's no denying the chemistry between herself and Vaughan. He's sexy and hilarious with tons of talent and potential. Gillian and Vaughan work well together, and he begins to find his own distinct expression of his musical talent. They are adorable and possess a positive energy. I also love the sarcastic biting humor throughout the story. It's hilarious at times. The story illustrates that life is unpredictable, and bad things sometimes turn out to be the best things. Viral is a delightfully fun rockstar romance that's easy to read and even easier to love. Rock on!

When I heard this author was releasing a new book, I was intrigued and wanted to read it. Next I discovered it was a Rock Star romance which made me even more excited. And then I saw the cover reveal and I was gone. 🥰😍🥰🤤

All of these factors are why we pick up a book and take a look but let me tell you that it is worth going all the way and reading this delight! You will love Vaughn. He is cocky for sure but as most artists are, he has a sensitive side that will melt your heart. And above all, he has a wicked sense of humor which is essential for me.

As for Gillian, she takes a little more to get to know as she comes across as stand-offish, but it’s not the case. She is trying to make a name for herself in a male dominated industry with the added hindrance of working for her father. She has some spicy sass as well as the same mischievous humor. Gillian is trying to be professional in her handling of Vaughn and his new band but Vaughn is “handling” Gillian in a whole different way.

I loved it as I know all fans of T Gephart will too. If you’re new to this author, you are starting with what I will now classify as my favorite from her. 🤟🏼

I'm new to Tina's writing, but when I found out that she was doing a rockstar romance, I needed it in my hands like yesterday. And Vaughan.. damn, did that man not disappoint!! He's so hilarious, and yes cocky, but so damn sweet too!

Coming off of realizing that his bandmate (hid best friend) has been sleeping with his girlfriend, Vaughan makes a social media post, that like the book suggests, goes viral. Thanks to this, he is blowing up all over the internet, and he gets a meeting with one of the biggest record companies in New York. The only drawback is that he has to give one more performance with his former band, and as we all know, that's a disaster in the making.

In walks Gillian, who's father owns the record label that Vaughan is now apart of. She sees something more in him than she thinks even he realizes, and goes to transform him in a big way. That scene where she finds him in the park, singing Hallelujah, gave me CHILLS because I could just picture that so well.

Immediately there's an insane attraction between these two, and even though Gillian presents herself as all business and no-nonsense, Vaughan sees a fire in her, and wants to witness that spark finally ignite. He knows she's beautiful, but because of the music industry, Gillian has learned not to dress in a way that shows off her body, and I love how that isn't what drew Vaughan in. It was all her. *swoons.*

I never once thought of Gillian as cold, or unfeeling, even if at times she didn't understand her own feelings and reactions towards Vaughan. Growing up the way she did, with a gather that was emotionally unavailable towards her, she didn't know to navigate that side of her. And even thoufb Vaughan was just betrayed, he showed her what it means to feel, to love, and do it so passionately. I loved their relationship so much!!❤❤

Even if you've never read a book by this author before, read this!! It is so wonderful!!

Side note: I'm hoping we will be getting stories of the rest of the characters too. Especially Nico! Because people DO care about the bass player!😉

**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions!**

Viral is snarky, sassy and full of wit! What also makes Viral so amazing is that it is a beautiful touching story with a lot of sarcasm tossed in along the way (it's like she writes my language). This book has everything and I know you will love it!!

Vaughn Hale is every girls wet dream guy. Heartthrob, yes. Faithful, check. In touch with his emotions, ding, ding, ding we have a winner. He also isn't afraid to be with a strong woman, actually he gets a thrill from it. Holy hotness, Vaughn is a keeper, even though Gillian Duzan does everything to keep him at arms length (Silly woman).

Gillian is an executive for a huge recording label. She is akin to an angel swooping in to save Vaughn and his band from self destruction. Or....something like that. When Vaughn posts a salty message about his best friend and guitarist stabbing him in the back for sleeping with his long time girlfriend all over social media, the post goes viral. Now, his band never had anything close to the following that this post did, considering they typically played to around thirty people and some of those were family and friends. So the fact that his message went viral is big news.

Gillian has done her homework, she sees potential, it's her job. Her job is not to get involved with the talent, which just so happens to be Vaughn. No matter how hot, persistent, or sweet he actually is. Her father may run the company, but she's worked long and hard to get to where she is that she isn't going to jeopardize her position by....getting into positions with the hot, sexy talent. No matter how persistent, good looking, and charming he may be.

When she becomes his babysitter, for lack of a better term, they end up spending quite a lot of time together. It doesn't take long for their chemistry to blur the lines that should be in place and Vaughn and Gillian to become more than just manager and talent.

With his career ready to become viral itself, Gillian doesn't feel right about their blurred lines, but Vaughn is anything if not persistent. Why can't he have the world and the woman too? Gillian isn't so sure the real world works that way. Before they even get a chance their relationship could implode and everything she's worked for could end along with his career.

Viral is so much fun to read. You will love the inside look of beginning a band while tackling the world of love. I adore how T. Gephart writes this couple. I couldn't help getting sucked in and chuckling along through the entire book.

As soon as I read the blurb for Viral I knew it would be a must read. Honestly all T. Gephart books are but I knew that I would really enjoy where I thought this storyline might go.....and I freaking LOVED it!!!

Vaughan is the sexy, hot and not afraid of commitment, up and coming rockstar. His fame didn't come in the usual way, it came when a social media post went viral about the breakup of his band. Enter Gillian. She works for her father's record label. I loved her. She's sassy, strong and goes rogue on her ice cold father. She sees the potential that Vaughan has and even though he hardly knows her, he has complete trust in her, even when she has him go from screaming metal to regular rock.

Gah!! I loved these two together!!! They had the perfect chemistry, like of the charts hot and steamy, but they also seemed to know what the other needed and in the end the were both willing to make sacrifices to be together.

Viral, a rom-com really had all the feels, in addition to all of the laugh out loud moments and I really didn't want the book to end!!!

Hellloooo Vaughan!

When I saw the blurb for this book, I knew I had to get it. And I was really hoping it had T. Gephart’s sense of humour and it truly does. You’ll get a good idea of what movies and tv shows Tina likes to watch with some of the comparisons that she makes within the storyline. They fit so well it makes the story more hilarious. I laughed out loud quite a few times with this story, I loved it.

It took me a bit to understand Vaughan- he’s the ADD kid that could’ve been medicated but his parents allowed him to funnel his energy into music instead. He’s also the baby of the family, after a bit of a gap, so his parents let him get away with a lot. His thinking is kinda erratic but because of that other people don’t know where he’s going or what he’s going to do.

Gillian on the other hand has grown up with a disinterested over-reacting father and multiple step moms, so she has learnt how to hide her emotions and reactions except for the step sister she gained in one of the marriages. She also dresses conservatively so she is recognised for her brains and not her beauty.

Vaughan however, can see straight through her mask and knows she’s a beauty underneath also.
The side characters add extra layers and depth to the story as well extra jokes. Nico ends up being the man that Vaughan never expected, helping him out of the hard places and giving him the new friendship that he deserves.

I would love to see other stories for the rest of the band members.

First time reading this author, and what a wonderful book I found! The story started with a social media post going viral and giving notoriety to a rock band that just broke up. Those first moments on the story are hilarious! They're pretty authentic, and I enjoyed how the author played with the range of emotions driving the man behind that post and all the things that happened to him. But this book isn't about social media. It's a romance novel. A sexy, fun, fresh and fabulous romance novel, plus Vaughan's journey to reinvent himself after a disastrous event of his life.

I absolutely adored everything about this book. Every part of the story was made for being loved: the characters, the musical part, the sentimental part... every single bit of it. It felt real to me. The struggles, the bad decisions, facing the consequences, wanting to direct their own lives and failing, finding their voices and wanting them to be heard. And because of that, I thing a found a new favorite author (just don't tell the others).

What a fantastic book! I had the amazing opportunity to read this as an Advanced Readers Copy. What a great experience. Growing up in north western Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh being a short hop, skip, and a jump away from my hometown. It’s very rare I’m able to connect with a book and know what they’re talking about when they talk about Squirrel Hill and Market Square.

I truly loved this book about Vaughan and Gillian. The book didn’t drag out by any means and the plot was quickly resolved. It’s nice to have a realistic book for a change. This is my first book by T Gephart and she’s definitely an author that knows how to pull me in.

When Vaughan seems to hit rock bottom, a twist of fate happens where Gillian comes in like an ice queen. This romance was a perfect romance to be able to read quickly.

I’ve always been a fan of a good epilogue and T did not disappoint. I wouldn’t mind reading more about Vaughan, Gillian and the army. Go grab this awesome read when it comes out! You won’t regret reading Viral!

"It will be a crowd pleaser"

Vaughan and Gillian. First of all their names, I love them!

Gorgeous rockstar and beautiful music exec, it's so rock and roll. Maybe they didn't meet under the best circumstances, but it was meant to be. There is so much to love about this book but I'm not going to spoil it because you really need to read this and enjoy it. The banter is great, you'll love Nico, Declan, Austin and Emily!
I'd see them live and buy there music! I'll have to settle to reading this book about them, one of my favorite story lines. Long live rock and roll and love!

Thank you to InkSlinger PR and author T. Gephart for allowing me to read this in exchange for an honest review!

Find this review and more on my blog The Rest Is Still Unwritten!

Viral is T. Gephart’s latest release and is a fantastic rockstar romance perfect for fans of Kylie Scott and Eden Summers! Funny, romantic and highly entertaining, Viral will hook readers from the very opening chapter.

When Vaughan Hale launches his unknown rock band into the spotlight with one angry social media post announcing the bands breakup, he never expects it to go viral. Considering the breakup comes on the back of lead singer Vaughan finding his girlfriend in bed with his drummer and now former best friend, the drama of the situation catapults the band into the spotlight. Suddenly they’re being chased for interviews and promotional offers and finally a contract with global music company Domination. It’s everything Vaughan has always dreamed of, but with the band a shattered mess, will Vaughan miss out on his chance at fame and fortune? Or from the ashes will Vaughan build a new future with new friends and new love he could never have anticipated?

T. Gephart is an author I always love. Her novels are always light, fun and highly entertaining with solid characters and delectable romance; something that proves true with Viral. Kicking off with an amusing concept, Viral unfolds through the varying perspectives of main characters Vaughan Hale and music exec Gillian Duzan who is Vaughan’s love interest throughout the story. Viral is a deeply enjoyable romance interwoven with moments of hilarity, friendship and music.

Both Vaughan and Gillian were great characters to follow and genuinely likable. After the recent heartbreak and betrayal he has experienced, Vaughan starts to put himself back together within Viral. The opportunity to remake himself and his band is one Vaughan chooses to embrace and I liked seeing him fight to put the past behind him. I really appreciated Vaughan’s character. T. Gephart writes him as a man not ashamed to enjoy being in relationships and who acknowledges he falls for women easily. It was refreshing to see someone who wasn’t naturally a playboy or a man-whore.

As the female lead, Gillian is tough as nails and a strong independent woman. In the music industry, Gillian has had to fight for respect and to be taken seriously in the male dominated world, where women often fall prey to sexualisation. Not to mention her father who has never seen her value or shown her love as he should have. This has been Gillian cultivate a cold, no-nonsense façade that she projects. In Viral, Gillian finds herself facing Vaughan who refuses to take things at face value and who has no hesitation in standing up to her when necessary. Gillian is actually a really nice character and I genuinely liked her.

Given that Vaughan had just come from a relationship that ended through fidelity, readers could be forgiven for thinking that his attraction towards Gillian does come on swiftly, however I feel that T. Gephart builds their relationship from Vaughan’s initial spark of interest and allows him to acknowledge and reach closure with his ex-girlfriend prior to truly engaging in a romance with Gillian. I appreciated that Gephart managed to avoid much of the angst that comes from characters misunderstanding the others thoughts and intentions as Vaughan is well aware of Gillian’s concerns about a relationship between them—he simply isn’t prepared to back off and let go of what they have. And I liked this determination.

Viral is slated to be a standalone novel but I would be lying if I didn’t admit I hold hopes T. Gephart may turn it into a series in the future. Viral wraps up nicely where Vaughan and Gillian’s story is concerned, but I really would love the opportunity to follow Nico, Emily, Austin and Declan in their own tales. I have no doubt they have stories to tell and will keep my fingers crossed this may one day eventuate!

“I had no idea if it was going to all end up in flames—me, my career, my life—but my god was I desperate to find out.”

Never mess with your phone if you are drunk. The chances of you doing something you regret the next day are huge. Posting a grudging outburst that your best friend slept with your girlfriend is not a good idea. And if you're the lead singer of a band, and this friend is the guitarist, the chances of things getting out of hand increase. Especially if we add the part where the drummer goes into flames and nobody cares about the bass player.
Vaughan wakes up the next day with a hangover, with a furious bass player demanding explanations and a viral post. His anonymous rock band is raised to stardom thanks to a scandal and the collapse of his personal life. But if the White Trash Circus dream of fame is over even before it begins, this free and unexpected exposure can pay off even more.
With the interest of the media, and the rise of recent fans who want to hear the story unfold, getting a call from a major label can be a light at the end of the tunnel. But more intriguing than dealing with Gillian, the daughter of the label's owner, and an enigmatic figure who loves a basic black look, will be to find that the rule of signing a contract without reading should never be broken. The consequences can be catastrophic.
When Vaughan and Gillian are forced to form an alliance and thus not lose everything they have fought for, living together will be only one of the obstacles in their path. The growing attraction and intense chemistry between them will be more difficult and impossible to resist. If Gillian is the ice queen, Vaughan is the master of patience. She is cold, hard, reserved and likes to give orders. He is calm but intense, not the typical carefree, dreamy artist, well-centered, and disobeys her every command. Complete opposites. But that complement each other.
With a lighter pace, moving away from the typical dramas and behaviors expected of a rock star, the book focuses more on developing their relationship and how life has shaped each other to that point.
The supporting characters were a nice addition, especially Declan and Austin and their good-boy vibes.
A novel without major twists, with a bit of cliché, well-written characters and an interesting plot.

Viral by T. Gephart
“Rocker and the exec, 5 stars”

When I read the blurb for Viral I was basically sold. I enjoy Gephart’s story telling and the fact it was a Rockstar romance I was game. Then I actually got Viral and I bust out laughing on the first page. Gephart killed it with Gillian and Vaughn. I wanted these two together so bad. I cannot wait to see if she writes any of the bad members or even Gillian’s sisters love story.
Vaughn had his personal life and professional life blown away in one moment. When a record label calls and makes him an offer he jumps on it. What he thought would be a one-time thing changes in the blink of an eye and becomes the real deal. When he meets Gillian he can’t help but be attracted to her, but is it smart to mix business with pleasure again?
Gillian is a professional through and through. She’s spent her whole life with musicians, so she knows the way they work. What she didn’t expect was for Vaughn to be different. Will she be able to let her walls drop and let him in? One thing is for sure she’s got some decisions to make.
I loved the dynamic between these two. Vaughn had some alpha tendencies but knew when to lay off and just let Gillian run the show. Gillian knew how to separate the business from personal even though they were tightly weaved together. The chemistry for these two were undeniable. Then you have the secondary characters, sigh. The guys in Vaughn’s life were all different characters but they balanced each other. Gillian and her sister were as tight as could be. Gephart nailed it with Viral and I think you will enjoy it if you take a chance on these two.

Vaughn's feeling like his life has hit rock bottom, he just found out the girl he loves has been sneaking around with his band mate, and his drummer has just walked away from their band. So he decides a minor meltdown is in order, so he heads for the family cabin and ties one on... right after he blasts his dirty laundry online.

Little does he know his little outburst has gone viral and is about to put him on a path that is will make all his musical dreams come true. And onto a path of a woman who is going to make him forget all about his cheating ex... Gillian is his perfect match!!

Viral is a sexy little page-turner that will bring many smiles and swoons... Vaughn is certain to steal your heart! This was my first experience with Ms. Gephart's work and I have to say that her words totally won me over, I absolutely loved every minute I spend reading Vaughn and Gillian's story. It grabbed my attention from the very first page, and held on tight until the last page was turned. It was emotional, humorous, dramatic, and so good on the heart... it checked all the right boxes for me. If you are a lover of rock star stories, then I have no doubt you will love Vaughn's story... he will have you handing over your heart the moment he wanders onto the page. Highly recommend!

I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

4.5 twinkling stars for a beautiful 'not as we know it' rock and roll story that will rock your world.

Vaughan Hale has just gone viral. Or, to be more accurate, one of his posts on social media has!

Life being a Rockstar is hard, even when the audience is topping out at 30. Doesn't stop Vaughan though, who is putting his whole heart into his dream of making it big with White Trash Circus.

However, the discovery of his girlfriend and a bandmate in an intimate horizontal tango, puts paid to all those dreams and makes Vaughan an instant media 'success'.

The vultures circle and Domination Music Group come out on top effectively picking the last pieces of meat from Vaughan's ravaged body!

Gillian Duzan is the heir apparent at Domination. She is doing everything in her power to prove her worth so that, one day, she can take over her father's empire.

There is one thing that is indisputable. Gillian has learned from the master and her hopes for Vaughan and his music career is in her hands.

The journey to fame comes at a price for Vaughan and when push comes to shove, he's ready to walk away. His 'beautiful distraction' is of much more importance, if only it could be believed by those that matter.

Viral is a heartfelt story of someone who seems to have it all but is penniless where it counts. Luckily there is someone who can show the way to untold riches.

Not the most original story or characters, but I had my fair share of fun. White Trash Circus is falling apart and hitting the spotlight simultaneously. Vaughan, the lead singer of this small town rock bad, makes a shocking announcement that has sent thousands of fans in a frenzy. But on his worst day, Gillian comes in. An executive at a record label, known for her icy stare and cold tone, Gillian decides to redeem Vaughan and set him back to his rightful place.

Gillian and Vaughan's chemistry is instant but a bit less intense than what I had imagined. Vaughan is broody but also very charming and has his way with words. Gillian is stern but melts into a puddle upon Vaughan's gaze. It was mostly Vaughan who kept the dialogues interesting and fun. Their secret relationship, the subsequent hardships, and the climax felt rushed though.

Vaughan is vulnerable and Gillian plays the part of the savior in a very mature way. Similarly, Vaughan helps Gillian get back her confidence and not care about the people who judge her harshly for her looks, clothes or talent. They compliment each other quite well and that stood out for me.

'Viral' has its fair share of drama, hilarious moments, lots of adorable romance, and a couple who can hold our attention.

5+ stars

Rockstars are my jam. I've strayed and enjoyed other sub genres, but those hot, sexy musicians always reel me in. Viral hooked me in with the original opening; an online post about a bands break up and band member betrayal, including various comments from supportive fans. The ride Vaughan was getting on with his post going viral was something I was eager to be on with him.

Vaughan Hale has stolen my heart. He is cocky and sexy, but wears his heart on his sleeve. I loved how he just rode the wave, so relaxed and confident. Gillian is the woman who is trying to make it all happen. She is all about business. It was great to read a romance where the male and female leads were truly an even match. Both got their chance to be dominant, and equally they were both vulnerable at times. I really enjoyed the dynamic between this couple.

T. Gephart has added another fantastically written book to her repertoire. Viral is funny, fast paced and unpredictable. 5+ stars for this sexy Rocker romance.

This is my first book by T. Gephart and I enjoyed the humorous style of writing. The plot is original and I could easily see the whole viral video repercussions happening for real. The internet has certainly changed the world and made lots of people famous from a small video or status that exploded beyond reason.

Vaughn is such a sweetheart and he could easily own my heart. I love his character; his heart and soul just call to me. Gillian is harder to get the feel of but once I got to know her background I grew to love her and respect her hard work and devotion to her job.

What a ride these people go on! From obscurity to infamy in one fell swoop! Fantastic story and great writing. I hoped there might be a story for the other characters in this book but I understand this is a standalone; T. Gephart ... Help a girl out?

Viral by T. Gephart is a stand-alone rock star romance.
Meet Vaughan. He's the lead singer and composer of their band. A band that's about to combust in a major social media scandal, sorry not sorry no spoilers here.
And to make the most of it, they agree to work with a special music company and there's where Gillian comes in the picture. Gillian is the music exec that has to work with the band.
And she isn't impressed by Vaughan, so it seems. If V had an incling what would happen after his rant on social media, he's overwhelmed just like the other band members.

Viral is a cheeky, steamy, hilarious rom com of it's finest, highly entertaining, excellent written and beautifully thought out and beautifully told. Maybe, and I hope so, there will be more stories of the band. 4,5 Stars.

Though I had heard of T. Gephart before, I had not had a chance to read her yet. So, when I saw the blurb for Viral, I knew I wanted to read it. I was not disappointed. Right from the start, I was captivated with this story. Vaughn’s life changed when he makes a post on social media about the betrayal from his girlfriend and friend/fellow bandmate. Now the opportunities he has always wanted are within his reach.

This brings Gillian into his life. The daughter of the record label and set to help Vaughn. Gillian is strong and determined. For a musician and being betrayed, Vaughn is a caring man. I loved their chemistry, even as Gillian tried to hold him at arm’s length. I enjoyed reading this fun and light read.

Happy reading!

I love T Gephart books but I wasn't super sold on the synopsis, I liked it but I wasn't in a rockstar mood. I'm glad I let my love of T Gephart books keep me going because I love the story of Vaughn and Gillian!

Gillian is from a music industry royalty family and Vaughn is just trying to keep his band going. It sounds like they would be using each other right? But they aren't! They are a truly magical pairing, ready to take the music world by storm.

I loved this story and I really hope that we get to see the other guys get HEAs. At least maybe Nico. I can see him having a complicated but oh so rewarding story!!

Love t.Gephart I haven't not liked a book of hers yet...ok I dont know what it happening to my reviews they are disappearing..So we meet Vaughn who is brokenhearted because his girlfriends of years cheated on him with his bestie..He is going off the walls, luckily the rest of the group I loved and where there for him. He meets Gillian and these two are attracted but Gillian is trying to prove herself to her father who my friends is a jerk. Vaughn dislikes him to but is trying to build up his band. Eventually they give in and it is not smooth sailing, but it will be all worth while..I can't wait for the next book from the group. Enjoy!
