This book offers a fresh perspective on business model design and strategy. The four-step framework (what-activity, how-structure, who-governance, and why-value logic) is critical, and I appreciate how it was integrated with the design concept emphasizing iteration. The case studies are useful examples of how to use the model to maximize customer lifetime value and build long-term competitive advantages. Another important aspect is that the book provides theoretical guidance as well as practical tools for both existing large corporations and new startup ventures.

The presentation, of new business books, are somewhat simplified; in this case, a fair deal of insight is shared, based on an examination of detailed case studies. Recommended.

Carece de un modelo práctico

Creo que tiene mucha teoría que acumula conceptos de administración tradicional pero no ofrece nada novedoso para los tiempos modernos.
