A biography written on the life and outstanding career in baseball of Lou Gehrig. The biography highlights his career beginning, his competitive nature with Babe Ruth, and the tragic diagnosis of ALS which is also called Lou Gehrig's Disease. However, through it all one thing remains constant, Lou Gehrig stands out among many players for being humble, modest, courageous, and having such dedication.

I learned some things, but I can't say I'm running to the library to grab another Lou Gehrig bio. Ian seemed to enjoy it, though, and that's who it was picked for.
