Like most teenage girls, Serena is into hanging with her friends, shopping, and boys. But she has a secret: when evil threatens, Serena transforms into the superhero Sailor Moon, and her best friends become the Sailor Scouts. At least that's what used to happen before she lost her memory. Now, two aliens from the Negaverse have descended on Serena's hometown and begun attacking people, and she must fight to remember. But will her memory of who -- and what -- she is come back to her in time to save the earth?
Tracey West is the New York Times bestselling author of Dragon Masters, a series in the Scholastic Branches line. She has written more than 400 books for kids, including the Pixie Tricks series and the Underdogs series with Kyla May.
Some readers also know Tracey for writing books based on animation such as Pokémon and LEGO Ninjago.
She currently lives in the western Catskills of New York with her husband, Bill; their adopted dogs; and a whole mess of chickens.
Definitely for children & it most certainly butchered Sailor Moon’s plot for American audiences 😂 “They were frozen and sent to Earth” rather than reincarnated lol.
I read this book because I have heard a lot about Sailor Moon, but never knew the story behind it. I thought it would be interesting to read this story because it was so short.

I remember in grade school me and a couple of my friends were so in love with sailor moon. We all had the books and we discussed them and went to each others housed to watch the shows and the movies. This is one of the book that got me into reading.
This review will be for the entire series (4 books). These books are written with a younger audience in mind, but the author seems to only have the most basic idea of the series she's writing about. The dialogue and characterization was crap.
There's a new danger coming forth from the Negaverse in the form of Alan and Anne, so Luna reluctantly restores Serena's powers to become Sailor Moon , so that she can defeat and destroy their cardian.
