Beau is finally done with his baseball career and finally home after 11 years. His sister informs him his old house needs some improvements. Beau is going to fix them since the tendent only has few months left. When he stops by he is already falling head over heels for Eleanor, she owns a dirty sex shop filled with lingerie and dildos lol. Their is alot of flirting and heart eyes between the two.

She is the very best thing that has ever happened to me and it just keeps getting better.
Another great short, steamy and safe read by this wonderful duo. Loved the characters and hope to see more of them in future stories. Beau was definitely gone for his girl at first sight. Love that!

unlikable characters with an unlikely premise.
The MC is a Virgin who owns and runs a pleasure shop, if that's not unbelievable enough she also insists on trying the products she chooses to sell in her shop. That makes sense for the 50 pairs of underwear she brought home but not for the display of dildos she has in the store.
She also lives in an 8-bedroom mansion by herself and drives an old car that keeps breaking down. How does she live in a mansion when she can't afford a new car you ask, the landlord rented it at a 400-dollar discount. I would think you'd need at least a 4000 dollar discount to bring that mansion down to an affordable price and let's not forget the cost of heating a place that large but what do I know?
The guy in the story is a major league baseball player who recently retired after he got shit-faced drunk in vegas fell down and tore the ligaments in his knee. Even with the injury he still decided to finish out the last season and they lost the championship. In no way is he repentant for drinking to excess and his team's subsequent loss of the championship, No he's just happy he got to play for as long as he did. Now that he's retired he plans to move into the 8-bedroom mansion and fix it up when his tenant's lease is up.
After just coming back he decides to fix a plumbing issue himself that the mansion the tenant called about. Because all retired millionaire baseball players do their own plumbing work. But this does give him a chance to meet the MC so let's ignore all the leaps and bounds the author took to get them to meet and just enjoy the story...

Wow this writing duo just keeps getting better and better!! Instalove at it's very best. Beau is a retired baseball player and homeowner. Elenore owns a plus size lingerie boutique and rents Beau's house. They meet and fall quickly in love all because the faucet in the master bathroom broke. Talk about a lucky break!! This story is 100% safe. It's an instalove that has no abuse, no cheating, no drama of any kind, both the hero and the heroine are virgins. Just a fantastic feel good short read perfect length for a lunch break or before bed... I recommend before bed because it's pretty freaking HOT. Five flaming stars 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Super cute, quickie tale of Beau and Eleanor finding love in NOLA. Eleanor is the type of girl I love to root for. She is curvy and has learned to love herself. She is confident, sweet and sassy. Beau doesn't stand a chance and he doesn't fight it at all. He is completely smitten at first sight and doesn't look back. Loved that it took place in New Orleans during Mardi Gras, so fun! Many thanks to KL Fast and MK Moore for these sexy novellas.

This was a quick, sweet and very sexy read. Beau meets his soulmate when he shows up at his rental property to fix the bathtub. He is immediately enamoured with Eleanor the moment she answers the door. They don’t fight their feelings for each other and quickly develop a lasting relationship. I loved the characters and the ambiance of New Orleans!

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
Mister landlord is book one in the mister yum series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Beau is a retired professional baseball player turned landlord. When he meets his tenant, Eleanor, he instantly wants her.
The chemistry between Beau and Eleanor is clear to see and I liked them as a couple. They were perfect for one another.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

It was good for an insta-love! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because I wish there was a little more character development. I know it was a short, love at first sight, but I have read a lot of those and this story just didn't really have any reasoning for them to be together. I know what you are thinking, "well duh it's love at first sight" I get that, but usually after the first initial insat-love moment they develop to see why they work together. This book just didn't have that. Don't get me wrong it was a good book for what it was, that just the reason I'm not giving it 5 starts.

This book is quite a cute story! It's a very short-short story that deals with our MC finding attraction on each other and acting on it.
Our main heroine is a successful businesswoman who owns a plus size lingerie store. Our MCs meet because her shower broke, and after a long day, she couldn't deal with more than two nights with a good one. So she calls her landlord, who is our hero’s sister.
He offers to go over there, get his hand dirty and deal with her broken shower. That’s until he gets there and can’t help what she brings out of him. They get to know each other, talk about their attraction, have some dirty downtime, and enjoy their happily ever after.

Too many Errors.
This is a great short read, but it is in badly need of a proofreader. I would be into the story only to be through for a loop when the characters say something that they already did. For example, he takes her home and helps her out and gets her to the door. Only to have two sentences later it states he hops out of the truck and rushes to her side to let her out.
Overall, it is too cute for words. I truly did feel the love and insta-attraction they felt for each other and would read this story again once the proofed has gone through it.

I've never read a New Orleans based / Mardi Gras themed book before, this was super fun! Since it's not an area or event I'm familar with I feel like I learned alot from this book!
I loved Eleanor! A curvy woman confident in herself and her body and also the owner of a "pleasure store", I just loved it!

Eleanor and Beau hit it off when Beau comes to fix her bathtub in the house she is renting from Beau. Loved how the story flowed. You could feel the love between them as you read the book. These two know how to write a novella that still has a story line and didn't skip over the important parts.

This was a sweet sassy quick read about Beau and Eleanor. They were perfect for each other and this was definitely instalove and so deliciously instahot. I love the setting of New Orleans! Eleanor needs her tub fixed so she calls her full in landlord. However, the actual landlord, Beau, shows up. There is an insane attraction between them. There are a few errors.

It was cute. Well written with a complete story, like able characters, and a good epilogue. It could use a good editing for missing words and such but nothing that ruins the story. This is seriously zero angst and no story outside of the love story.
