A Big Help

In a palatable way, Mr. Coe educates readers on the dangers of simple carbs and refined sugar and offers practical solutions for someone looking to make lifestyle dietary changes. I read this in a half hour and I'm better for it. I didn't know about hydrogenated oils and FDA regulations about trans fat. Simple and practical. Worth the read and no hype - can change your life!
