I’ve just spent a massive chunk of time addictively reading through the first two boxsets of the Enora Online series. Gotta live Kindle Unlimited as happily they’re available on KU. This stuff is freakin’ awesome and ridiculously addictive. It does just what great LitRPG is supposed to do, set up a logical excuse for how the character gets totally immersed into a virtual reality RPG world and then provide a fantastic adventure for that character which somehow logically provides RPG mechanics (the whole set of skills, advantages, ranking up etc.) in a way that totally works with the storyline. These stories, each of which ends in a totally satisfying “Happily Enough for Now” until the perfect HEA at the end of the last book in the 2nd boxset, were simply perfect. Perfect lead and supporting characters, all perfectly crafted, perfect world building, perfect storylines and perfect overall multi-book story arc. I more than highly recommend all of the books here, though it’s best to start with book 1 for maximum enjoyment.

Delightfully epic

Ok, I absolutely loved Gemini’s battle with Caym. It was just as epic as you could expect from a boss battle where the boss cheats. It was amazing seeing how Gemini had planned for the engagement, even though Katelyn had flat out told him that he wouldn’t survive their first encounter.

I’m not sure how I feel about the discoveries at the end. How will that affect life in Enora? How will a change from a purist philosophy change the beliefs and choices that the NPC’s make?

It was a good read and the ending was very satisfactory. I love the concept and the characters were awesome. The pace of the book and the series moved right along. The only thing that could be changed was the repeating of the stats for certain elements of the story. After you see it once it gets redundant seeing it again and so I just skipped it. It seemed like the author was just adding filler pages.

Keep Them Coming

More Typos in this ... Then in ALL of the Previous books Combined ... To the extent of half a page being repeated word for word.

Sorry ... Very old English Teacher and proofing is an old habit.

Always questioned ' Conflict of Convenience ' and it's conclusion ... However ... Never seen it used so flippingly successfully.

This is beyond a doubt ... A series I will re-read many times.

And will still look for future books from this Arthur.

Always

Okay, final book in this series arc (as per author's own words), so if the title is the name of the Underlord, an all powerful being, who controls all the demons, how would you destroy him?
It's sometimes interesting to see if the author's take on things, and the readers, are the same.
Anyway, I have enjoyed the whole series, and yes the ending of the episode holds a lot of surprises, but surely that's what a virtual world is all about.

A Truly Fine Writer

When I saw the latest book was available, I reread the entire series - and totally enjoyed it all over again. Every book is terrific. There are barely any problems, good proofreaders; I'd be seriously nitpicking to spell them out. There is a promise of more to come, no complaints here!

Amazing Endings

This was just 'Wow!' I lived with the team throughout all the good and bad, throughout all the exciting and worrisome fights, through all the team's deaths and rebirths.
This was a great series and I think anyone that likes LITRPG will love this as much as have.

Read in 2 days.

Excellent end to the first arc

This was a very satisfying tie up of all the open threads throughout the first books. It could have dragged further but I’m glad how it all wrapped up in Enora and also ‘reality.’ Looking forward to more in the world eventually.

Great read and a great series

Fowler and company have kept me engaged. Love the way it doesn’t involve too much game mechanics but just enough to be a LitRPG. Solid writing and I will miss this series.

Great series great fun

Talk about being brought into a new world, I feel like I have been living in it for 7 books! The characters became part of my party and I’m sad to see them go but appreciate that their world will continue on without me.

Arlo has a way with his words that truly helps one visualize every scene he paints with his prose.

Great job Arlo!

Great addition to the series (book 7)

A good ending to the story arc that was started in book 1, full of memorable characters, plot, magic, action, and litRPG elements. Keep up the great work!

Great

I don't want to leave spoilers so I will just say it was fantastic. Will be jumping to the other series to stay in time line before going on to 8.

The ending-didn’t see it coming

The battle with Caym took up most of the book but it was a good one, frustrating at times but I thought it was clever.

You've made it to the final showdown - the battle that was foretold from the beginning.

When I finished this book, I was such a mixed bag of emotions. I was sad to see it end, but also please to have been part of the journey. I kept thinking of ways for the story to go on. I still wish Enora was a game, so I could play it for myself.

Fortunately, Arlo Adams has declared that the story of Enora is not over yet, and a spin-off series Enora: Fireborne is here to keep the game going.
