Guarding Amelia

"Guarding Amelia" (ARC Angel Protection Book 1) by Jestina Michaels is a terrific read. This is a fantastic debut by this author, and start to this series. I will definitely be reading more work from this author in the future. I loved Amelia and Ben's story. This story is packed with suspense, romance, entertaining characters, cosplay, and more. I can't wait to see what happens next. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, suspense, cosplay, and series.

Trust issues
Mia and Ben dated and worked together two years ago. A misunderstanding and stubborn pride caused them to break up. Now Mia's friend is in danger and hires Mia to protect her. Ben is also hired and they must work together. They still have chemistry and each realize they still love the other.
This was a good book and I liked the characters. Four stars instead of five because I thought the resolution of their issues was too easy. They just walked away from each other two years ago so I think they would each have hurt feelings over how easily the other walked away on top of the misunderstanding. It seems like that would take more than the simple conversation to work out.
The characters were good. The chemistry was hot. The ending was satisfying. This was a really good first book by this author.

Fantastic
A book that will grab your attention from the first page till the last. Enjoyed the characters and supporting characters. Well written with plenty going on and a few surprises and some heat. No spoilers just one to read.

Loved it!
It was so refreshing to read a book with a lot of the things I love about romance but with a unique spin on it. I absolutely love the inclusion of cosplay and nerd culture. I wish there were more books about stuff like this. Can’t wait to read more!

Fantastic book
Great story with suspense, comedy and a lot of action. The author manages to pull you in to the story to the point you can't wait to see what will happen next.

It was really good! I enjoyed the story and plan to read the next in the series. Being that this was your debut book, I would say that I am pleasantly surprised and quite impressed!

Good story!

This is an amazing debut for Jestina Michaels. Real characters, reactions and situations. Great flow and story.
Guarding Amelia grabbed my attention immediately. Including comic con and cosplay into the storyline was fun and original. This is a romance series and author I will one click in the future.
