The first issue was a little thick due to world-building, but this one lets the characters breathe a little. I enjoy the world-building, and someone pointed out the inconsistency, but I find it really funny (and potentially a show of how that character may lie).
I'm not sure if this 2nd issue adds anything to the story or depth to the characters, but I wish the writing would be better on the next ones. There is an inconsistency to the trait of one of the characters that I almost didn't notice, but it is there (it's not that vital to the central plot, but still).
I must be the only one who just isn't seeing character development here? The art is nice, but the story feels so dry and boring to me. At this point, I'm still reading only to stay on top of my GR goal.
