The tournament continues a wee bit before everyone is attacked by Shuuki and things get derailed. Yuuki gains a new form, War Cloud, from having Kyouka and Himari both ride him.
The Liner Notes at the back of the volume explain that Yachiho is so enraged against Rairen because Rairen immediately killed Himari, which was then rewound by Yachiho's power. Might have been better to actually show that....
I appreciate the reference to Kars from JoJo, as I'm simultaneously re-reading that Part.
****
Himari thighs on the cover...!
Kyouka looking cute on the first color page...! Kinda looks close to saitom's art, actually.
Shushu thighs and pantsu on the opposite side...!
Himari's flushed face when kissing Yuuki...!
Yachiho's lewd back...!
Shushu titties and thighs in the wrestling costume on the cover of Chapter 16...!
More lewd Himari kisses...!
Sahara's fat thighs and titties when kicking at Shushu...!
Shushu armpit when trying an elbow attack against Sahara...!
Shushu butt and thighs when she gets suplexed...!
Sahara boobs and thighs when she powers up Crazy Sheep...!
Shushu's bare boobs after her defeat...!
Ginna just randomly losing her clothes when thinking about watching Kyouka fight, showing off her titties, hip, and tummy...!
Shushu's imagination of Himari and Kyouka giving Yuuki a reward...! Himari's naked boobs...! Kyouka's little pantsu-covered butt...!
Yachiho using Golden Time with her legs...!
Tenka looking nice and "serious" on the cover of Chapter 20, not unlike how Kyouka looks in the color page near the front of the volume.
Himari titties at the end of Chapter 20...!
Tenka sweater-puppies and armpit on the back page of the chapter...!
Kyouka's boobs bulging in her shirt...!
Kyouka's naked boobs on the adjacent page...!
Kyouka pushing her fat fuckin' titties against Yuuki's back...!
Kyouka and Himari titties and thighs at the end of the bath scene...!
Sleeping Sahara's ass, thighs, foot, cameltoe, and sideboob in bra...!
Sleeping Sahara squishing Yuuki in her enormous squishy chest...!
Sleeping Sahara locking Yuuki's face into her crotch...! (Classic ecchi "forced clothed quasi-cunnilingus!)
Sweaty weightlifting Yachiho...!
Tenka in casual clothes...!
Tenka pushing her boobs against Yuuki...!
Tenka stripping at the end of the volume...!!!

Allez soyons gentils… Ça reste rafraichissant et Fun.

A lot more about the enemies in this, it’s really interesting to see. I don’t know how some of them are very human and the others are monstrous and seem to have no brain, but I’m sure that’ll be explained later on. The manga gives me something to look forward to and I like it, keeps things interesting.
There is also a lot more of the 6th. They are just as interesting so I’m looking forward to seeing more of them.
Additionally, more boobs. It’s really graphic but it’s not annoyingly so. Only things is, that it reminded me that wrestling is a turn-on for some people and I’m not sure if I wanted to be reminded. Makes me think about all the other kinky and fetish stuff I miss, it’s like looking for easter eggs in a song.

The story development of Chained Soldier gets better and sexier in this tankoubon. Not much of the villains of see in this one, but there is a evolution going on for Yuuki (the manga serial's male protagonist), both in terms of abilities obtained during battle and the strengthening of the bonds with his female colleagues, who make it possible for him to advance. Love maybe in the air, but the final chapter puts into place an obstacle as the rival of Kyouka (the manga's female protagonist) apparently seeks to make her choose between her goal and her bond with Yuuki. Hopefully, tankoubon 4 gives us more to see of the villain army and its motives.

More of a 3.5 star rating;
I really like that this volume showcased more of the abilities of the 6th Squad, both in the tournament against the rest of the 7th Squad and in the battle where both Squads face off against Shuuki. I’m very curious to know what the Shuuki are planning of since it seems like it will be a massive attack, if not an all out war. I’m also very curious about the 6th Squad’s commander: Tenka, and if she means what she says in connection with Yuuki.

This series has definitely elevated itself with this volume. More action, more nudity, more character development; what more could you ask for. I’m very interested to see where they can go with the story pertaining to the lore, romance in seemingly every direction and Yuuki’s power!
Volume 4 can’t come soon enough!

The introduction of what will clearly be the big bad team is in this volume. Along with explaining the power system fully. It was fun and the art is clean. So pumped for next volume
