As one of the best matchmakers in the industry, I could find a rotting stump its Prince Charming.
After a bad break-up forces me to uproot and start over, I’m feeling a lot like a rotting stump in need of a spa day. So when I find my dream gig in a new city, this is a chance for me to wipe the slate sparkling clean—professionally and romantically.
But this new gig has a few problems. The biggest one being that the man I have to match off is someone I went to high school with. Not only that, he’s less Prince Charming and more King Asshole.
Varsity baseball star turned rock star cardiologist. One of the hottest guys you’ve ever seen in the flesh. But also one of the most untouchable men ever, because five minutes around this man shows me he stops for nobody.
The holier-than-thou eldest Daly brother, who is only looking for a wife-of-convenience, even though his ice-blue gaze and chiseled jaw could send a woman to the ER. Worse yet? There’s more to King Asshole than I thought. I know his perfect love match…and it looks a lot like me.
Except I’m not falling for the ‘dating in the professional pool’ trick again. So this thing between us? Just once—er, twice…nope, thrice—and done.
Even though the longer this goes on, the more I think Dom is trying to make me his.
Ember Leigh did a great job on Make Me Yours. The plot was strong, it was filled with many emotions. Dom and London were strong characters. Their road was a bit bumpy but they were made for each other. They were drawn to one another, their chemistry was sexy. They were good together. I enjoyed this story. Thanks, Ember Leigh. Great work :)
I loved Make Me Yours. It is a well written story that drew me in from the beginning. The main characters, and their developing love story, felt real. This book can be read as a stand alone, but I liked how the author weaves the Daly brothers changing/growing family dynamics throughout the series. This was my favorite story of the three so far.
This book is first iv read by the author it draws you in quickly and you are in for a thrilling read. Will Dom melt London's heart will she be able to let her walls down again for love.
I'm loving how this family is slowly coming together. So often in stories like this, with siblings getting their own books, the families are close-knit. However, this family has not been like that at all. Instead, part of the story itself is how these brothers are mending their own relationships.
I was glad to see London again. I think she was the perfect fit for Dom. I also enjoyed seeing how the things that were left to the brothers and their inheritance tied them to their future wives. I look forward to Weston.
This book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Ember Leigh!
Make Me Yours is the third book in the Bayshore series and tells the story of London and Dominic. Although this is the third book in the series, it can be read as a standalone.
Make Me Yours was another amazing book in the Bayshore series. I really like this series and learning more about each Daly brother. The story was so fast paced, and I couldn’t stop smiling the entire time. I even started laughing out loud and that usually doesn’t happen with books. Make Me Yours was such a good book and I couldn’t get enough of London and Dom!
I really liked London and Dom. I really admire London for trying not to fall for Dom, but who wouldn’t fall for him? Dominic is just so handsome and I loved how much he tried to make London fall for him and the way he described how he was going to seduce her, damn… London and Dom are perfect for each other and I loved reading their story.
Make Me Yours was such an addictive and well-written Romance read! Ember Leigh is such an amazing author and she kills it every time! I really loved Make Me Yours and I cannot wait to read the next book in the Bayshore series, gimme the next Daly brother!!!
Make Me Yours is the 3rd installment of the Bayshore series and follows the eldest Daly, workaholic Dom, and London, who happens to be Hazel's best friend. It can be read on its own. London is a matchmaker who is starting over in a new town after blacklisted by her ex boyfriend/boss. Dom's assistant has chosen London to help him get a wife as he is up for a board position that expects all of its members to be married. He doesn't plan to change his lifestyle so he isn't concerned about the feelings involved with his match - he mainly needs them to look good on his arm. London is looking to build her business and eventually wants a love that sweeps her off her feet. So of course they have major chemistry.
This is by far my favorite of the Bayshore stories so far. Dom and London are super steamy together. They both try to stay away from each other since they are not on the same page for what they want in the future, but they can't. I loved their snarky banter. I hope the last few live up to this one!
The third book in the Bayshore series will have your heart pounding, your pulse racing and the butterflies fluttering as Dom and London take a bumpy ride to a match made in heaven. An angsty, captivating story that will have a little push and pull as the walls erected around their hearts come tumbling down. Dom and London will grab hold of your heart and have you head over heels in love with these two characters. As their story draws to a close you will have surrendered your heart to another one of the Daly brothers.
I have waited so impatiently for this book to come out and of course Ember did not disappoint. Dom and London are just sizzling. I love where he tells her she helped the cardiologist find his heart. Definitely swoon worthy and the sex scenes whoa scorched those sheets right off the bed or should I say the tablecloth right of the table.. Well off to waiting impatiently for the next one.
I read this one last in the series on purpose because Dom is painted as such an a-hole all through the series. But when I got the last book (so far!) in the Bayshore series, I saw a glimpse of Dom that made me think he might be human? OMG!!! I think this book may now be my favorite in the entire series. The chemistry between the characters had me holding my breath, and I laughed out loud more times than I can count. Do NOT pass this one up, you won't regret it!
I can't explain how much I loved this book. Once I started reading I couldn't stop. The way Ember Leigh writes really draws you into the story and makes you feel like you are living the story with the characters. So well written!!! Can't recommend this enough!!!

This was a fantastic book with love a lot closer to home that one might think. I really enjoyed how the book played out and the character development was really well done. I loved it and would recommend it to others!

I adored Ember Leigh's "Make Me Yours," book #3 of the Bayshore series. It reads as a total standalone despite being the third book in a series, but IMO each book has been better than the last and I would highly recommend each and every one. This latest installment was funny, sweet, steamy, and completely charming, featuring likeable, relatable characters and an engaging plot. It is sure to appeal to all fans of contemporary romance and romantic comedy.
I am a big fan of grumpy heroes, and the male lead character of "Make Me Yours," Dr. Dominic Daly, fit that description perfectly. Perpetually tired and overworked, cardiologist Dom was still recovering from a prior broken engagement, which left him wary of relationships and reluctant to trust in love. Dom was a good guy beneath his gruff exterior, but he had a tough time letting people in. The female lead, matchmaker London Hayes, managed to work her way into his heart, however, and Dom couldn't help falling in love with her.
Dom was faced with quite the challenge as he tried to persuade London to take a chance on their relationship. For good reason, London was determined not to date a client, and Dom's sometimes off-putting personality didn't win him many points with her at first. I loved their amusing banter as they got to know each other, as well as the score card London created to handle dealing with Dom and his over-the-top behavior. (I may have to borrow that score card idea for use with a few people I know through work...)
London was very snarky and funny, and I adored the way she was often able to tease Dom out of his bad moods. I completely understood why she tried so hard to resist her feelings for him, even after he made his interest in her clear, but Dom and London were so obviously perfect for each other that I couldn't help but root for them to figure out their differences and find a way to be together. The fact that Dom managed to improve his relationship with his brother Grayson along the way was an added bonus, and something that I had hoped to see since reading Grayson and Hazel's story in book #1.
I finished "Make Me Yours" with a huge smile on my face and can't wait to get my hands on the next installment of the Bayshore series, starring Dominic's brother Weston, coming this summer!

I really liked these characters. On the surface, they're not so surprising (in the romance world anyway): grumpy, dedicated, ambitious doctor needs a convenient wife stat. Sharp, hardworking matchmaker takes the contract to find him a suitably brilliant but unromantic woman. They fall for each other.
What's unusual is the quality of the writing (great metaphors!) and the emotional depth of the characters. The snark is seriously edged, extremely funny and sometimes goes too far. Both characters, especially the heroine, have clear values that they think about and act on regularly. They both have histories, of course. Even in overwhelming passion, neither checks their brain at the door. Passion is intermingled with love, but not mistaken for it. Family interactions are brief, but felt realistic to me. Compromises went both ways. These people are complex, tough, professionally committed adults with big hearts. The resolution leading to the HEA realistically happens over a long period of time, although it is recounted fairly quickly. Enjoy!
I would give this 100 stars if I could - each book makes you fall in love with the Daly family ❤
I cant say I know what it's like to be the oldest sibling as I'm the baby of the family, but I can understand the struggle of competition amongst the family members!
I work in a doctor's office/hospital myself and know how hectic everything is but I cant tell you how ooey gooey I got getting to know the real Dr. Dom as the caring provider he is... in the first 2 books of this series, he is played as the asshole... King Asshole.... and you get a big surprise in his story!
I really like London and her character as she is the top notch Matchmaker and is trying to rebuild her business in a new city... shes BFFs with Dom's brother Gray's girlfriend Hazel... so she knows of King Asshole already... but little does she know, she has him as her next matchmaking project... poor girl!!
Absolutely love their banter and story... sooo so sweet!
Dominic and London’s story is book 4 of the Bayshore series. It is a stand-alone but all the characters from the previous stories are here to continue the Daly brothers stories. London has suffered from sexual harassment and being blacklisted for standing up for herself and reporting it. Her career as an image consultant and matchmaker needs a fresh start so she moves to Cleveland from Columbus. Of course her first client (Who’s name she never got while setting up the job with his assistant) is Dominic Daly. From first sight the attraction starts but there are many I sit also in their way. London is fierce, dedicated and intuitive. Dom is a workaholic with an attitude from past betrayals and family dynamics. You don’t need to read the first books but since I haven’t I will go back to the beginning to better understand the Storie behind the rest of the people in this book.

Dom is the oldest of the Daly brothers. He's also transformed himself into a full blown, workaholic and grade A jerk. When he needs a fake wife to win a prestigious award, he turns to London, a matchmaker. Dom doesn't want to use her because she's friends with his brother's fiancé but he's desperate. As they work together, she awakens feelings and desires he thought long dead. They give into their mutual desire. When Dom lashes out at her and sides with her ex, London cuts all ties. Dom finally realizes he's been chasing an empty dream when London is everything he ever wanted. With some soul searching and a pretty romantic campaign to win her back, Dom realizes everything he needs is in Bayshore. Dom and London burn up the sheets and we get to see some of the Daly brothers.
Another hit for this series! This one is all about Dom, Dr. Dom to most people, who is the oldest of the Daly brothers. He and Grayson are in constant competition. It’s a way of life. The only way of life. That’s why getting this board position is so important to Dom. But to do it he needs a wife. Enter London, matchmaker extraordinaire. But wait! London could be a little too close to home for Dom….
This is a lighthearted rom-com with all the snark, wonderful characters, and just enough drama to keep things interesting. There are some remarkable changes in family dynamics with this one. Could the Daly’s be evolving? While this book is a stand-alone and you don’t strictly have to read the previous books to enjoy it, I feel the importance of the Daly family dynamics is lost if you haven’t read them in order. But that could just be me. Make Me Yours is a hit either way!
We join the eldest Daly brother when he's looking for a wife to one-up his brothers and secure his place on a board of directors. Trouble is, the matchmaker he's hired is someone he knows from his schooldays and is a friend of his brothers girlfriend. London is hoping this is the deal that lets her stay in Cleveland, away from the breakup and rumours around her professional life. It doesn't take long to see that the women she's found for Dominic won't suit him nearly as well as she would, but does he see that too? Gradually Dominic relaxes back into life in Bayshore, but will he stay and rejoin the family and will London be with him? It's great to be back among the Daly brothers again, and all the fun and trouble they get up to. Great read and worth waiting for.
This is book three in the Bayshore Book series. I have not read the first two in the series at this time. This is London and Dominic's story. For London, there is nothing like starting over, professionally and personally, a new city. She is matchmaker and a damn good one, just of course, not for her own. Dominic is the oldest Daly brother, up to this point known as King A$$hole but he has a different side of himself to reveal. London and Dominic went to high school together so this should be easier to find him his perfect match but what if he wants London? What an awesome story, well written, great characters and so much story and feeling. This book made me laugh. Enjoy!

London is hired to find a woman to be in a marriage of convenience for cardiac surgeon Dominic Daly. What I liked most about this book was how Dominic’s hard outer facade gradually gave way to the sweetness he had inside because London turned the light in in his life.
This book is very easy to read from start to finish. It is a stand-alone and the brothers are all a small part of the story. Ember Leigh does a good job incorporating characters from past and future novels without confusing the reader. Dom’s family participated in enough detail to know them even though they have their own books.

After the way that London’s last relationship ended, she is looking for a fresh start both when it comes to her career and personally. She has created quite the reputation for herself when it comes to helping others find love and signing Dominic as a client could jumpstart her career however the one rule she is determined not to break is getting involved with a client again.
Dominic is a successful doctor who is not looking for more of a merger than love The only trouble is he has decided that he needs to look no further than London and now he just needs to convince her.
Humor, heat and two fun characters make this an enjoyable story.
What a fantastic book!! I had never read anything by this author before but after reading the book description I just had to take that leap of faith and jump in! I was not disappointed! On paper Dr. Dominic Daly was every woman's dream. IRL, not so much due to his grumpy, gruff persona, and matchmaker London was not thrilled with having to find a marriage-of-convenience wife for him! This was a fun, lively book and I absolutely loved all of the characters in it! It left me with a happy, feel-good buzz long after I had finished it!!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
The witty writing style of this story is refreshing and fun. I love the snark that the characters share with each other. Dom is almost a control freak and is on track to get a fancy job on a medical board. London is fresh off of a bad breakup that effected her professional life as much as her personal life. Together they are flirty, fun and a whirlwind of emotions. I love seeing the growth each character goes through, including the secondary characters that are realistic and meaningful. This is quite an enjoyable book. 4.5 stars

It should be easy to find the woman of his dreams when the client is a handsome, young doctor with a bright and prestigious career ahead of him - right? Unfortunately that is not the case for matchmaker extraordinaire London when she realizes that she is very attracted to Dom. But can she keep everything businesslike? Or will Dom throw her a curve ball when he feels the same way? Simply adorable and a joy to read I highly recommend this book. This was my first book by this author and it wil not be my last. I need to read the beginning of the series ASAP.
This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. The well thought out story line and in depth characters made the whole story realistic and believable. The interaction between the characters had me laughing out loud and gasping during the steamier scenes. I will admit that this is the first book in the series which I have read but will be moving straight to the others. Absolutely loved this book and would highly recommend it.

Make Me Yours by Ember Leigh. I’ve read other stories by this author so really this should not come as a surprise to me but honestly, I was really taken back by just how much I enjoyed reading this story. The plot was a little OTT but hardly noticeable as you get swept away by the characters, the banter, and the easy flow of the plot. If you are looking for drama packed story-line and strong characters- then you will enjoy this story. I would recommend to others. Hot, gorgeous, romance with a LOT of tensions, hotness and beauty...in previous books I was not a Dom fan but boy has Ember turned me around. Dom is the epitome of what a girl wants in her alpha a-hole. He brings a whole new meaning to the word...London is strong independent and exactly what you want your 21st century scorned woman to be....
Plus with Grams inheritance we all know something has to happen for the boys....right?!?!
Loved every twist, turn, relationship faux pa and romantic moment. Grab it today...
