Ah. I can’t. I like the relationship between Makoto and Ai. It’s so toxic!! And problematic, but god, that last scene. So good.

Shit’s hitting the fan now and I’m still grasping around trying to figure out what’s happening, but I think I’m getting it.

Betty is an interesting character, but i feel like the story isn’t focusing enough on his and Yu’s relationship to mean anything. I feel like Yu’s motivations to want to save Betty don’t really make sense. I don’t know Yu enough to believe he’s selfless enough to just want to “save” Betty from his situation and their relationship doesn’t have much to base any sort of romance on. I want to believe it, but I’d need more moments between Betty and Yu to develop a believable relationship and I wish there was a bit more backstory for Yu before he met Betty. I hope I can get that in the next volume. Cause rn I just care about the relationship between the brothers which… yeah. :) I don’t want to talk about it.

Una història molt tèrbola de yakuzes, amb les típiques baralles internes i traïcions, però amb uns personatges marcats per uns llaços familiars complicadíssims i un passat traumàtic, ple d'abandó, violència i males decisions. En aquest cas tenim dues parelles de personatges fets bocins que encaixen com un trencaclosques en la vida de l'altre, un amor incondicional que superarà qualsevol obstacle. Com sol passar en aquests casos, em resulta molt més interessant l'evolució dels personatges i les relacions amoroses que no pas la trama política de les bandes, que en algun fragment és un pèl confusa. Bona història, però m'hauria agradat veure de manera més detallada el final feliç :')
