A reading specialist, Jeanette Alsheimer writes historical fiction and participates in the Collegial Writing partnership. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and Master of Reading degree from Bridgewater State College. She is an educational consultant for the Mayflower Retired and Senior Volunteer Program and is a member of the International Reading Association, Delta Kappa Gamma, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
