Stephanie and her stepfather are the two survivors from the last battle with the Elemental God Wiy of the Water. Stephanie has him trapped in a bracelet she wears while Mark is still in a sanitarium after suffering a mental break. Wiy is not giving up on his plan to sacrifice Stephanie and to take over the earth. Stephanie has numerous controlled people attack her to get the bracelet and she realizes to end this, she must return to Chelsea Ave. for a final battle against this evil. How many people must die or does she win this battle? You'll have to read this great series to find out and I highly recommend you do.
