This a wonderful book for anyone who has a special needs child in their life. The Only thing the book is written at a time when special needs is referred as "retarded". But besides that word I found the book really on point. It covers From the moment you find out your child is specials need, talking with your doctor, class/school participation, marriage, time for yourself, inlaws, outings, and other important topics all with quotes from parents. This book is not really long its easy to read and gives you some pointers and comfort in a very delicate matter
. A Must read
