Along with her previous book, I have found this interesting and, in places, very useful. Some of the recipes call for ingredients that are simply either too hard to source, or too fiddly for anyone but a professional chef to deal with. But I have learned a lot about managing my T2 and which ingredients/foods to avoid, and come across some recipes which have become family favourites. I recommend this book as a “must have” for any T1 or T2 diabetic out there who needs some help and/or support with their dietary choices.
Not so sure about the reversing your diabetes thing, but there are some interesting recipes in here that I haven’t found in any other cookbook so I look forward to giving them a try. However, my one big whine about cookbooks is I would like a picture to go alongside every recipe.
