Not feeling it on this one. Author other books are great though.
I do enjoy this author but this book was just not doing it for me.
To be honest so much didn’t add up and the heroine was pathetic so many times through the story. The connection between the two love interests didn’t really vibe to me.
There are real issues in the book that were brushed over or just brushed away. Loving parents don’t just let things go unnoticed like this. I want to find the good in it but I can’t find any in this one. I tried it came down to where I was skipping paragraphs just to get to the end.
If this was my first book I wouldn’t have read anymore by this author. So if this is your first and you don’t like it don’t give up on the author. There are other books that were written that are great. So check those out you shouldn’t be disappointed in the least.

Amazing Story by Rebel Hart... this story had me sucked in from the very beginning with its Twisted ways and Dark theme. Rebel knows how to write amazingly and she didn't disappoint this time either. Emmett and Ophelia’s story takes you on one heck of a journey one that had me waiting till the very end and the fact that it's all in one box at now for a few makes it so amazing because you don't have to wait for the next book to come out it's all right there. This book definitely has a darkness to it and so many twists and turns your head will spin wondering what's going to happen next between these two characters. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome with the story it truly ended the best way possible. If you haven't started this series I would definitely do so especially if you're a fan of the dark bully romances this one will take you on a ride you don't want to miss.

The Elites
These books are amazing is show what lengths people will go to for revenge even when it is in the past and people haven't a clue what happened until they get caught in it. When a you college boys father send him to find a girl that he want to get her father to come out from hiding he never thought he would find love but he has to torment her at first when she gets a scholarship to his school so his father can start is revenge but the Elites never knew how strong this girl was but Emmet fall hard and fast for Ophilia the girl that the Jameson and families want revenge for something her father had done when she was a baby and she has never met him but they don't believe that

This series is so intense
And it doesn’t slow down! From start to finish it’s angst, mystery, betrayal, and all of the stuff that makes a E 2 L series so wonderful. I had mixed emotions reading through this series. Anger at Emmett and anger at Ophelia, then sadness and understanding, not to mention my hate for the elites and that whole system and quiet possibly the entire town!
I think if you enjoy this genre then you will not be disappointed in the least and you should give it a read! But be ready for all the heaviness that comes with a dark Enemies to lover series!

This story kind of shook me!
Wow. After everything she went through at first I thought I skipped something when she was chosing Emmett or her dad. I thought she choose her dad and she just let Emmett go. Like she was in a fog through the end and she didn't care that Emmett was gone but then she started talking about how she chose him and saved Emmet and I kept thinking we'll where is he. Then when she ran into I was glad that they found each other. Well done

holy mother of god this was a rollercoaster.
the twists and turns in this were absolutely insane.
literally screaming and shouting at my kindle, threw it a couple times too.
honestly my head hurts from the plot twists, every time I tried to come up with a theory I was COMPLETELY wrong.
literally cried my eyes out at the end, istg my heart was in my throat 🥲
anyways the smutty scenes were hot af.

This was an amazing book! From start to finish I was hooked. The ending though - I just can’t, absolutely brilliant! Will certainly read again at some point!
