I liked the format - it was nice to only read answers to the questions I understood. There was terminology used that I was not familiar with, so not great for someone with limited knowledge of Buddhism
This book was not what I thought it would be. Instead of an in-depth dive into mindfulness and Buddhism, it is endless pages of questions and answers that seem to just repeat over and over.
Definitely an informative read but it's not for beginners like me. There were a lot of things I had to google because I didn't know what they were. I liked the question/answer format.
