Heartiste On Game
Chateau Heartiste, who started as a blog in 2007, has been one of the most influential bloggers of the 21th century. Many of the blog posts contained in this book have positively impacted the lives of thousands of men more than anyone else, and they contain what people now consider common knowledge about dating and the human nature.The book gathers its main contributions to the game science, devoted not only to teaching game to men, as in the ability to pick up chicks, but also the ability to discern between women to be married or not, to differentiate between the various types of women, using such heuristics as her behavior and physiognomy.He also wrote about how to figure out the character of males from their physiognomy. Another of his contributions is dread game – the art of keeping a woman once you’ve picked her up, also called the long game. The final part of the book contains some posts on self-improvement and the famous maxims.

"By their fruits ye shall know them" (Matthew 7:16). Such is the test of any practical advice, advice which pertains to human life and action. The tools of the Manosphere have been put to the test on the fiery forge of streets across the world; and they have worked! Such is what I found too when applying them. The essence of the material in here is advice on how to display high value as a male, value as determined by the social-sexual hierarchy of males which evolved over hundreds of millions of years. Even if you do not have an ultra high attractiveness, you must use the strategies which such high status male naturally used, which thereby short-circuits the evolutionary mating game and signals to women that you are of high value too.
Heartiste is a great writer and will edify any man on a very visceral and important part of their life. Heartiste is also well versed in evolution of both groups and individuals, decries feminism, and shows how the matriarchy has taken control of mens' lives over the past 100 years. The end point of the matriarchy of modernity is low birth rates, men not wanting to marry, mass promiscuity, and the ever increasing expectations of women. This benefits the top males, making society essentially polygamous, while destroying the 80% of males who try to play the Feminist Matrix system. They are taught to be pleading, ever-helpful, chivalrous givers to the Female Cause. Wow, how attractive! They put the One onto her Great Stool, and become her Servant. This, of course, destroys all attraction and breeds massive contempt; furthermore, it displays to the female that the man has no options, thereby lowering his value and increasing the chances of breaking up or divorce.
The solution to this problem of misinformation is the Manosphere, the response to the change in the sexual marketplace as caused by third-wave feminism. It simply tells men to be confident, self-directed, and truly actors. No more questions, no more pleading; but, instead, action! Every principle of action for a man in the sexual marketplace derives from thinking evolutionarily about what a high status man would do:
Would a high status man plead women to love him? Would he give them loads of gifts? Or have extravagantly fancy weddings? Or even perennially take their orders? No! He would feel secure in his options and give intermittent gifts, not regular (and boring) prizes for just being a woman.
Would a high status man talk excitingly and nervously to women? Would he be worried about if his approach yields a rejection? Would he open his bug eyes and look at a woman like she is the only thing in the world? No! He would cultivate a certain assured aloofness, premised on the fact that he has many options. With options, he would not be worried about failure, but would instead ask himself: "is she interesting to me?". The high status man flips the normal value judgement relation of the sexes; instead of having women judge and qualify him, he judges, selects, and qualifies women.
Now ask yourself: would an Alpha male be serious and concerned in a conversation? Would he be afraid of certain intimate topics? Would he tell women of his failures and struggles in life? Or even let the woman direct the entire conversation? Hell no! The Alpha directs the conversation, taking it in his own path — he wants to enjoy himself. He rejoices in his triumphs and tells amazing stories; certainly no melancholy appears on his face. Wherever he thinks the conversation should go, wherever he thinks he and the woman should go, he goes there! He is in tune with the implicit connotations of the interaction, noticing when the woman shows hesitation and modifying his approach likewise.
Lastly, how does the Alpha respond to attacks on his character? Does he let woman step all over him, degrade his honor, call him out for his failures? Is he scared of ever criticizing a woman and her actions? Has he no standards for the Goddess in front of him? No way! The Alpha has high standards, and lets women know that those standards exist. He is not afraid to criticize a woman's actions or character, knowing that such criticism will trigger the evolutionary mechanism in her brain which points to high status in the man. And when she criticizes him, he laughs it off; makes it look silly; agrees with the criticism and amplifies it up to absurdity. Nothing can phase him.
Such is a sampling of some characteristics that can improve your dating life. They can improve your confidence. For I tell you, the attraction of women is quite a visceral, exciting feeling! Simply read the concepts, absorb them unconsciously, use some maxims to break through the fear barrier ("Rejection is better than regret!", "Hesitation is like masturbation: in the end you're only screwing yourself!", 3 count) and go! The more you try, the more successes you will get; this will then transfer into confidence and you will be a beaming person. You will at-one mind and matter, breaking through the monkey mind which yammers on about perfect conditions and how exactly to approach. But do not listen to it! Break through the fear and act, for fear is the mind-killer!
A great thanks to the Manosphere for their work and advice in this emasculated, feminized age. No matter the object of your desire, this book will help you. Do not heed the people who say that this has no application for the traditional man. The advice in the book can be generalized to all women; simply separate the wheat from the chaff and use it for your own goal and vision of who you want to become. A confident and self-directed man can attract a slut, but there is no need for her when you can have a successful marriage and continue passing on the baton of life which your ancestors so selflessly gave to you.
September 1, 2023: I'm working through Heartiste's entire blog history (9000 pages long), so I will update this book each time I read 300 new pages of that blog history, as that is the length of a normal book. I got past page 600. His writing and advice are incredible. His wit is impeccable, and his advice is always prescient.
September 5, 2023: Read 900 pages of his full collection. The quality continues to be very high. I skip the politics sections.
September 9, 2023: Reached page 1200 today. Some of the best posts include "Reversing a Flake", "30 and Still Flaky", "'I'm surprised you're...'", "Alpha Move of the Day", "Predatory Sluts", "Chris Brown is Alpha", "The Neg as Opener", "Relationship Game", "Getting Rusty", and "How to Sell Yourself to Girls". I wish he was still around today, but luckily I have not gone through even 1/7 of his writings. Much more reading awaits. Reading just 200-300 pages of Heartiste will help any man.
