A deadly disease has spread through the Blooming Courts of Tuatha.

The louloudi are meant to flourish for a thousand years before they return to the Earth. Death has been a distant foe for so long, no one spares it any thought. Until now. As sickness sweeps through the kingdom, with the cure always just out of reach, the courts have never been filled with so many blossoms. Even in death, they breathe life.

Ila Slystina has been raised in the confines of the Orchidasi Kingdom, wanting for nothing, hidden away like some sparkling treasure, but she dreams of so much more. When she’s caught returning from a forbidden trip, her mother, the Queen, punishes her the only way she sees fit.

Ila is sent on her season far earlier than she should be. Now, she’s being paraded through the twelve courts like a prized cow and she wants nothing more than to escape. But along the way, she just might get more than what she bargained for.

After all, the courts aren’t the only things that must bloom . . .

Kendra Moreno is secretly a spy but when she’s not dealing in secrets and espionage, you can find her writing her latest adventure. She lives in Texas where the summer days will make you melt, and southern charm comes free with every meal. She’s a recovering Road Rager (kind of) and slowly overcoming her Star Wars addiction (nope!), and she definitely didn’t pass on her addiction to her son (she did). She has one hellhound named Mayhem who got tired of guarding the Gates of Hell and now guards her home against monsters. She’s a geek, a mother, a scuba diver, a tyrannosaurus rex, and a wordsmith who sometimes switches out her pen for a sword.

If you see Kendra on the streets, don’t worry: you can distract her with talks about Kylo Ren or Loki.

Yup just as good as the first one! I absolutely loved it. It drew me in and I couldn’t put it down. The thing that did upset me a little bit was that nothing got answered. I still have so many questions, but the next book comes out soon so hopefully we’ll get some answers.

I'm more invested in Cerulea than Ila. Cerulea should have been the main character, I love her. This series would be 1000% better if Ila had a mixed gendered RH. I don't think I'll continue with the series.

I love this series so far. This book does not fall short at all. It picks up where book one leaves off. So we follow Ila on her journey for her season. However, there are more questions that arise in this book? I loved that I actually could visualize the book with the descriptions given of the courts. Now I feel like Ila is collecting mates like pokemen at the rate things are going. Hey that is cool, but now her human mates may be in trouble. The smexy scenes are on fire! This series is a definite read. I cannot wait for the next book. The plot thickens with that cliffhanger.

I didn't think it would be possible, but I loved this book even more than the first one. I thought he first book was amazing in its originality, complexity and the uniqueness of the world the authors created, not to mention the array of wonderful characters, but this book is taking it a step further and I have a feeling it will only get better with each book.
It is a pure wonder how the authors open up the world to the reader gradually and let the reader acquaint themselves with the Blooming Courts through Ila's eyes. At times, I felt as I was there, transported to the world full of beautiful colours, creatures, foods and smells. And that's the best part of this series, it allows the reader to truly get lost in this wondrous world.
Ila is travelling and experiencing more adventures, surprising louloudi wherever she goes and winning their hearts with her pure goodness, genuine interest in their cultures and her non-judgemental and compassionate nature. Not all of the characters she meets are good, but those that are good are simply amazing. And this book focuses on one such amazing character that I absolutely fell in love with.
Be ware, there is a cliffhanger, so have the next book ready, because of course you will want to continue. I couldn't stop if I wanted to, the series kidnapped me and I am forever grateful that authors are so quick in releasing this series. I freaking love this series beyond words!
Books need to be read in order: Resurrect: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem (The Blooming Courts Book 1), Sprout: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem (The Blooming Courts Book 2), Flourish: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem (The Blooming Courts Book 3), Emerge: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem (The Blooming Courts Book 4), Blossom: A High Fantasy Reverse Harem (The Blooming Courts Book 5).

I am so excited to be back in Tuatha with Ila and Cerulea. Something about Ila just captured my heart. Everything about her is endearing.

This book was just as good as the first one as you continue to follow Ila on her journey during her season. Kendra and Poppy describe the courts and the different areas of Tuatha so incredibly that it makes you feel as if you are a part of them.

This particular book makes you laugh and cry equally. Your heart will break and be molded back together so many times you’ll lose track. I love this series so much and can’t wait to see what else is in store for Ila.

This second book in the the series touched my heart far more than I expected. I found myself immersed in the world of Tuatha.. As Ila grows and continues to find mates, I find myself drawn more and more to the mystery of her backstory.
My heart hurts for Cerulea. She is such a staple character that I pray as the story continues she'll find her mate.
I absolutely envy the authors of this book, their ability to create a story so seamlessly, so detailed that I can close my eyes and envision myself in that world, in that story. It's amazing!!! This is turning out to be my favorite series I've read in a bit. I can't wait to read the rest of this series.

I love love loved Sprout. We continue on Ila's journey in the different courts. I think Ila is growing up a bit with each court she is visiting and evidence of the sickness is mounting. I really curious about the true cause of the sickness.

I swear, I was sitting on the edge of my seat at the ending of the book. I was simultaneously chanting "do it" and "no, don do it" while my leg was bouncing. I'm dying to get my hands on book three. Luckily I only have to wait a month.

I adore this series and highly recommend that you check it out.

As we continue Ila's season we get to see some more of the different Kingdoms and how they live. I am still enjoying this aspect of the series very much! I like that even though she has to keep moving on she can still connect with Torren here and there as well as her humans. Things get more interesting the further Ila gets and I'm very much curious how all of this will play out for everyone as we continue to progress through the series. Some feels in this one too. Excited for the next book as this series still captures my interest greatly!

This is well written, fast paced, a page turner, action, adventure, danger, and steamy. This is the story of Ila, a Fae Princess, and her journey of life and love. She has to visit all the courts of her land, and made find a man or a few. Which is something she really didn't want, but we all know we take the good with the bad. Come take this journey, this is a magical story, and one that needs to be read. So good.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
Ila continues to grow - both in character, strength, power, and love. I see her growing up to be a queen worth fighting for.
The descriptions of the different kingdoms....wow! I could close my eyes and picture myself there. Beautiful!! And 2 of the kings...I would love to meet them.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, growing more attached to Ila and her growing "family". I can't wait to see what happens next.

Oh blooming vines! This second installment of the blooming courts finds us in Vigna, the court of ginormous trees and sentient vines. This book is even better than the first book, Resurrect. It’s left me not knowing what to read next and wanting book three now. So much happens in this book. Ila continues to grow into a strong and determined Princess as she continues on her season, seeing the beauty and horror beyond the walls of her enforced sheltered upbringing. She’s just beginning to understand the reality of her situation and her realm, but there’s so much she doesn’t know yet. Her best friend Cerula is hiding a secret from her, the next court is conspiring against her and her evil Queen mother has her own agenda for her. She’s collecting yummy kings and humans along with “skills” she doesn’t know what to make of but she’s such a strong female lead with a great, wide independent streak that I just love and I look forward to watching her figure it out.

Yes to vines

With each book we get to see more and more of this world as this book takes us to another court.

I really enjoyed the king of this court and the relationship between him and Ila. There are some sad things in this book that will make you tell at it and go nooo. And the queen is crazy...just putting that out there. I never know what she's thinking.

Can't wait for book three when she visits the next court and to see what happens to the people who are important with her.

From book one to book two I still love Ila and her lady in waiting Cerulea.
Ila is still on her season traveling through and meeting different courts and all of their/her people. Along the way Cerulea runs into some problems that i'm hoping Ila will be able to fix.
We get introduced to Kyrion the Vigna king and he is perfect! Super alpha but extremely playful and loving with Ila once he gets over some issues he has from his past.

I might have a change of heart about Olis and his sister.. well mostly his sister Ally, Olis is still a jerk!, Ally seems to be coming around to me.
Queen Wisteria, Ila's mom is crazy and I need to know more about her past and what potentially made her the way she is.

We are back in the second installment of The Blooming Courts and it was just as great as the first book.

We are continuing our journey with Ila as she travels the different courts during her season. During the first book I just loved Ila and her rebellious soul and how strong she is. As she grows as a person in this book I just adore her even more.

Kendra and Poppy work so well together, we get so much character and world building you can just feel yourself there with them.

I recommend this series to any and everyone. It's such a great book with a great story line and you will be hooked from start to finish and be left sad that you have to wait for the next book to be released.

This series is just *chef kiss* amazing. Ila returns in the second book of the Blooming Courts series with the continuation of her season - basically travelling the various courts of the kingdoms she will one day rule over. I love Ila's growth from petulant princess to a queen in her own right. She is finally seeing her people, something that she has been sheltered from her whole life, and envisioning her eventual role as their queen. The second book introduces heartbreak, loss, but also compounds with love, acceptance, and growth. Like I said; this series is simply amazing. There will eventually be five books total, so lots of story left for Kendra and Poppy to tell. Pick up book one now!!

This is the second book in The Blooming Courts series and it's as amazing as the first. I was completely hooked from the first page until the last. I love Ila and watching her as she becomes into her own, she's such a charming character. The courts and scenes are explicitly detailed and you have no trouble visualizing each scene as they play out. This story is well written, imaginative, with an innovative plot, and wonderful characters. I love this series and can't recommend it enough. I can't wait to read the next book.

Better than the first!
The humans still seem out of place, but it seems like we will learn more about why they’re important to the story in book 3.
I’m looking forward to finding out what happens next!
