Book 7 was okay but not the best one of the series. It was rather predictable. It filled its purpose in the long run as the story goes. I'm so in love with Quinn. What a guy! Can he be real and cloned please? I wish. He's just about the best you can find I think. Book 8 was okay as well. We get a lot of info about the past and everything. Lots went on. The 9 th and final book brings everything to a head. I love the way she writes the scenes between the main characters. Especially the main two. Rowan and Quinn. She writes their scenes with style and wit and brings a little fire but we don't have to see the pilot light to know the stove is lit. Paul's reactions are typical of a father and Fred is just too funny. Lots of action and danger transpires before all is said and done. I enjoyed these stories and hope we'll get to see into all of their futures. She knows how to put out a good mystery! Kathy
Absolutely fantabulous series. Could not put down! I plan to read all her books. Yet hope she continues with this series. Being married to a loyal reliable marine this series was one which made me smile then roll over and oat my hubby’s back while he slept. One thing that bothered me was the lack of cohesiveness when integrating the ‘psychic’ phenomenon into the series. It worked but it was isolated.
