I don't know who this pretty little tree hugger thinks she's talking about, but I’m not the devil this vixen has made me out to be. I can be friendly. Even charming, I’m told.

I’m a powerful billionaire whose family runs this small town. When it comes to business, I'm the boss, and I get what I want. Now, I want her.

They call me the Prince of Clear Creek, but Samantha Evans calls me evil.

She thinks running a fake smear campaign against me is going to stop me from building on the land next to her nature-loving inn.

Wrong.

Clearly, she doesn’t know anything about me.

Yet.

But she will because I just made reservations.

This is the third instalment of the Brocker Brothers, it’s a fantastic read. I was so excited for Owen’s book and I wasn’t disappointed.

Samantha Evans is the oldest sibling and guardian to her three younger sisters after they list their parents she out he life on hold and moved home to run the family bed and breakfast and take care of her family. But things are changing and there are plans to build a luxury lodge, she’s worried about the wildlife and birds in the area and writes a scathing article about the possible new owner, she seems to have got things wrong and it all becomes clear to her once she meets Owen Brocker. She fighting hard against an attraction to him but with him popping up here, there and everywhere in her life all of a sudden she cannot deny the attraction for long. But Owen has a past that he can’t let go of, she’s falling for him fast and hard but can she trust him with her heart or will he crush it?

Owen Brocker the oldest of the Brocker brothers and the one all the responsibility for the family business, when the biggest deal he’s ever set up and one that would cement his legacy is on the verge of collapse he’s determined to discover who and why Sam Evans has decided he’s the villain of the peace. He’s shocked when he finally gets to meet Sam, and unusually finds himself wanting to know all about her and spend time with her, he is suddenly feeling things he never expected after his ex wife’s betrayal. This was a great romance and I know that you will fall in love with Samantha and Owen just as I did. They were a decade apart but so so perfect for each other. Each were from large families and the eldest sibling. Samantha had been a surrogate mother to her three younger sisters after her parents death even though she was only 18 at the time of their death. Fate brings her together with Owen after she writes a nasty article about him in the paper. Lots of drama, plenty of suspense, some danger and chemistry. An attempted break-in, an arsonist, a car with 'failed' brakes add to the drama. The book is well written and a real page turner. Once I started reading, it was hard to put down. I actually read it in one sitting. Samantha and Owen are so likable and their siblings, adorable. A cute slow burn enemies to lovers romance. A happy ending and no cliffhanger. I read an arc and voluntarily chose to write a review.

What Owen Brocker and Samantha have in common: both firstborn in large families, both working to assume control of their family legacy, both spent chunks of their childhood roaming Frost Forest enjoying nature. They don't know each other at all, though. Sam is assuming Owen is going to misuse the undeveloped land when he buys it and builds a fancy lodge and cabins there and has written an article in the local paper saying as much and telling the town that they will also have to pay for infrastructure for his rich clients. She also fears the competition to her and her sisters' Bed and Breakfast. The plot has lots of action, scary at times, loving passionate at other times. Will their differences (10 year age gap, Owen a billionaire while Sam barely makes ends meet) be a hindrance to their attraction? Good story!

The definition of kismet is destiny or fate... Owen and Samantha's paths crossing definitely was in their destiny because fate had a hand in this hate/love relationship.

So, we know from the first two books in the Accidental series that Owen is the brother scorned. His marriage falling apart definitely was the icing on the cake that turned his heart to stone. Now, Chief closing off his heart did scare his brothers away from love until Ryan (LK) took the plunge and now it seems to be a ripple effect for the brothers.

Samantha after losing her parents has become the mother-hen of her three younger sisters. She had big dreams once, but squashed them in order to care for her sisters and Frost Forest - her home.

It's no secret that these two are both very passionate workaholics who are in need of letting their guards down and falling head over heels in love... Let's hope they do😉

I am so sad to see this series end, I have loved reading these stories about how these brothers found their HEA. Zach is the baby of the bunch and his story was the one which moved me most. I cried as feelings were revealed and secrets and fears exposed. Zach has loved Chloe his whole life but has always been too afraid of losing their friendship if she didn't feel the same way so never told her how he felt.

Seeing how he came to terms with his feelings for Chloe, his best friend, was moving and as for Chloe, she knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. I've said that I cried and that the story moved me but it also had just the right amount of humour throughout the story and by the end of their journey I was smiling.

I will miss reading about the Brocker Brothers - do they have any close cousins I wonder?

This is the third book of the Brocker Brothers series. I was excited to read Owen's story. Owen is the oldest of the brothers and the one with the responsibility of the family business. Samantha is also an oldest sibling, left with the responsibility of taking care of her younger siblings after her parents died. Owen wanted to purchase some forest land for building and that doesn't sit well with Samantha. She is worried about what will happen to the wildlife in the area. So she writes a very unflattering article about Owen in the paper. They start out as enemies, but they can't deny the attraction that is between them. The story definitely had me captivated from beginning to end and the characters were absolutely wonderful. Definitely a great read!

Surrender to mutual devotion
Accidentally Devoted (Brocker Brothers Book 3) by Jenn Sable is a well written romance that features the eldest Brocker Brother and the eldest sister of 4 Sisters Inn. These two get sparks flying even before they meet!
While they seem to be the most unlikely pair, Owen and Samantha have more in common than they want to acknowledge. The plot of this book brings them together and then keeps them interacting. That's when another kind of sparks start flying making these characters and their outcome really intriguing and interesting.
Overall a well written romance with an emphasis on the romance for lots of heart, a little heat and a really great HEA.

This is the third book in the Brocker brother series but is a total stand alone so you don't need to read the previous two but do yourself a favour and read them.

This is Owen the oldest brothers story He wants to buy the land that surrounds the Four sisters inn and build a lodge there He intends to only remove the minimal amount of trees to build t Somehow the eldest sister of the four sisters
Samantha has decided that he is going to destroy everything and has written to the local paper stating that Can he convince her of what he plans will she retract and what happens when they start to feel a growing attraction to one another. You will have to read to see if they end up with a HEA

Healing Their Broken Hearts:
By Korkoi -
Owen and Samantha started out as adversaries, but soon discovered it was better working together, when finally acknowledged their sizzling chemistry could start a forest fire. The story contains a few twists, some witty banter and a lot of family meddling, to make it really entertaining and captivating. This intriguing storyline, grabs your attention from the beginning of the book and doesn’t let go until you read the final word.

Yes!!! I have been waiting impatiently for this and Jenn Sable kicked butt again. Turns out Owen found out exactly what kind of bird-watching tree hugger ‘Sam’ was lol!! It didn’t take long for his interest turned the corner, no matter how hard he fought it...why do the always resist the inevitable?? Brocker brothers are so yummy. Just wished there were more scenes with Ryan’s family and Wesley’s. Who’s going to fall next and what’s REALLY going on with Mason and Trish?? Hmmmm...

All started because of Owen wanting to purchase and build on some forest land.
Samantha (aka Sam) was opposed and tried to stop it by any means possible.
Upon the first meeting the air is humming.
A fire and attempted break in brought them closer together.
The more time they spend together the closer they become and the inevitable happens.
The episode at the Gala is just adorable.
Honestly, this is the first book I have read of Jenn Sable and will continue to enjoy the rest of her books.

A fun entertaining story about a bird loving neighbor and her developer neighbor across the forest. Owen wants to build a high end resort. Samantha has a historical Inn for bird watches located near Owens proposed lodge. She write a scathing news article that Owen response to. Sam is over her head when she realizes he may not be who she thought. I adore these characters. Owen is a very likable person who cares. Sam has great passion. This book is a great stand alone with a HEA.

Great Accident

This story introduces the Brocker family has a highly successful family business with Owen being the eldest son. The Evans girls own the Four Sisters Inn. Samantha is the eldest sister who is in charge. Throw in a small town, a greedy villain, great supporting characters, humor, a mystery, love, and a HEA. The author did a fantastic job with character development and the storylines. This book is a must read.

Another good romance from Ms. Sable. This was Owen's story. He got burned in his marriage and has been gun shy for the past several years. Now he has a young tree hugger writing a scathing article about him in the local paper and he's furious. Their story is quite a fun ride with all of their siblings chiming in. There is also some mystery and lots of romance. A really good addition to the series.

It all starts with a disagreement between Sam and Owen over his plan for the forest and Sam’s article about it but even from the starts it is more than animosity with a strong attraction. Owen and Sam are sweet, smart, very likable characters with a lot in common despite their age difference. I love each story about the Brockers, this one is no exception. ARC review.

I always knew Owen Brocker was going to be my guy, and that he sure is.

Just know, Owen and Sam creeps into your heart immediately. The wicked sense of humour their siblings has adds on to their chaos and honestly, you can’t not love them.

Enemies to Lovers

Book three of the Brocker Brothers series features Owen, the eldest. His real estate development is opposed by Samantha. Their separate histories are given, adding depth to their interactions. Read the series in order because of continuing characters.

Owen v Samantha. Inn owner makes some presumptions about his prospective land deal.

This was interesting. The grandfather needs to be dealt with. Why wasn't this tied up?
