Good content, learned a lot about the foods that make endo pains, but most importantly- why. The recipes are nice but not so great if you follow a weight loss diet.
Many of these recipes seem to be in total contradiction to the advice for the endo diet. She advises red meat which can cause problems for many, including myself. There are very few recipes and some of them have strange ingredient combinations like apples and onions and seem to rely on lots of frying or using the oven for hours with each recipe. Not the best book to help with endometriosis.
Very inspiring and eye opening. I know more about myself now and some of a few symptoms that I’ve suffered since I was a teenager that I would have never thought they were related to Endometriosis.
This book was very informational in helping with a diet plan that will hopefully lessen symptoms of endometriosis. Katie writes in a way that is easy to understand. And also gives alternatives to each recipe. Definitely gonna try this diet plan to lessen the horrible symptoms of endometriosis.
This book absolutely changed the way I eat. After being told I had endometriosis I felt hopeless. Constantly bloated and tired. Just changing a few small things in my diet has made wonders in my life.
GET THIS BOOK EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE ENDO. WOMANS CHEAT GUIDE❤️
