I have a belief that when something of value is broken- a person, a keepsake, or a relationship- you don’t throw it away, you fix it. Whether the thing in need of repair is a character trait, an attitude, or a relationship- you do whatever is necessary to repair it, if possible.
My focus is relationships. My passion is love. Much of my writing embraces themes of renewed relationship, trust and forgiveness, repentance and correction, and character refining.
I was given the advice once, “Don’t be afraid to be bold,” and that is how I try to approach my writing.
My stories are about relationships and commitment. They encompass strong, dominant, men and headstrong women who learn to trust their man. Many times, this compromise takes place over a red bottom!
I hope you will join me and that you enjoy my books! Thank you for your support!

TEACH ME, RALPH, TEACH ME TO DO RIGHT

Escorted by her mother, Candi Papageorgiou shows up at R. Hamilton & Co. seeking employment, her attitude is shocking to Ralph, but it doesn’t take him long to decide that she needs more than him helping her find a job, she needs a complete attitude adjustment. Speaking with her father, and obtaining his permission, Candi will be under his care and guidance—and that includes discipline, living with Ralph.

“He was surprised to admit it, but he no longer felt that Candi’s problems were all her own making. Clearly, the attitudes of the family she lived with contributed to the type of woman she had become. What he had witnessed in her behavior was due to more than a lack of self-discipline and responsibility. It was likely due to a lack of nurturing and care from her family as well, but he would find out for sure as he got to know her better.”

Ralph will be extremely strict with Candice; she will lose privileges, like her phone, her friends, and social media. She will be punished and have set rules and guidelines. But, he is also willing to reward her for a job well done. He will teach her responsibility and respect.

“We agreed, Candice. You agreed. If you’re going to trust the process, you will have to accept my conditions. My rules and the consequences for breaking them are really quite simple to understand. They may not always be easy to follow, but they are simple, doable, achievable measures. If you are going to benefit from this process, you are going to have to trust me. I’m offering you what no one ever has, a chance to be redeemed and start again. Deep down, I think you know you need this. Way deep down inside you realize that you can’t keep going on the way you have been.”

“His goal was to better her life and help himself with some personal baggage in the process. She was a project, a good deed, an opportunity to give charitably.”

The story involves a bratty, self-centered Candi who can’t hold down a job, knows she is beautiful and uses that to get her way. She has held and lost more jobs because of her attitude. She has low self-respect and uses men and allows them to use her—the only thing in her life that has meaning is her dog, Coo Coo, and now her father is threatening to get rid of him.

Ralph is a man who has his demons from high school, and something about Candice makes him want to help her succeed. He runs the business his father started and inherited and takes care of his mother with dementia. What he wasn’t counting on was developing feelings for Candi, and have them reciprocated. What will happen when their relationship develops beyond him improving her disposition? Is there a chance for more between them—or will her family get in the way?

“She was his now, and no one was going to take that from him. Not her father, or some thug, or Candi herself. From now on she was his girl, to spoil, to love, to correct, and to tame.”

The story has several spanking scenes and one intimate scene. There are some danger and suspense and memories of the past.

Ralph new exactly what Candi needed to get her foul-mouthed, lazy and bratty attitude under control. What he didn’t know is if she’d agree to it! What Ralph didn’t expect was Candi helping him heal and open up to the love that developed between them. Jessica Lynne did a wonderful job hooking you from the first page. I can’t wait to read more of her work.

Candi burst on to the scene full of vinegar and rough talk. She does not appear to be likeable at all and goes out of her way to be offensive and rude with no consideration for others. Although her parents care about her, it appears that they did not teach her how to be a mature responsible adult. But maybe the basics are there; Ralph says that her bad decisions do not make her a bad person. Clearly that judgment is finely balanced and Candi is in danger of tipping the scales the wrong way. Fortunately Ralph is able to put time into teaching her some discipline and leading a good life and Candi responds well to that, mostly. She is a work in progress and he is fine with that. They both have "issues" but work well together.

Correcting Candie is a cute story. Candie has never had to try to be successful and has a low self esteem because of the way she grew up. She manipulates others to get her way, but finds that Ralph is not her usual type of man. Ralph's past pushes him to be successful and protect those he loves, even if that means using domestic discipline to achieve his goal. He is not the pushover that Candie is used to, so be ready for sparks to fly between them. The plot is cute and the characters are fun. The author includes some danger and suspense mixed with plenty of spankings, a little sex, and a lot of love. This is the first book I have read by this author, but look forward to reading more from her in the future. I recommend this book for a fun night's read! Candi (Candice) is given an ultimatum by her father to go to the agency to help her find
employment. She happens to get the owner of the agency and he tells her that he can't
help her with all her failures at prior jobs. She begs him to help her because she will lose
her dog Coo Coo if she doesn't get a job. Ralph has a non conventional way of helping
Candice. She is given responsibilities and if not completed she faces certain punishment
as well as other rules. This has some twists and turns but is a very good novel.

Candi has never been able to hold a job because she has never been taught how to work at a job. Her father gives her an ultimatum and she ends up at Ralph's job recruitment business. He starts to turn her down, but then he has an idea. He will take her into his house and teach her responsibility and respect. And when she needs to be punished, he punishes her. It is supposed to be all business, but they start to have feelings for one another. Unfortunately, her father has said that it needs to be platonic.

This is an interesting story. I like the premise, but it's weird that the father treats her as a child when she is in her twenties.

When recruiter Ralph Hamilton interviews Candice for a job, he realizes why her father sent her there for a job. She hasn't been able to hold a job in months. She's wild, she's a little crazy, disrespectful and curses like a sailor. It doesn't take long for Ralph to realize that this girl is almost beyond redemption. He makes a deal with her father that if he can get her to learn to behave within a short amount of time it will be considered a success. Stipulation: he can't fall in love and they can&'t have sex. Can they do it? Hand, belt.

Action packed fast pace romance. The story is well written with a fast pace plot. The Hero is strong alpha male who knows the benefits of domestic discipline. The heroine is spoiled feisty and stubborn at first glance. But the Hero sees more in her then a spoiled entitled brat. This is a very different story with weird family dynamic it is no wonder the heroine is the way she is. With the ups and downs in the story. You will be drawn in kept on the edge of your seat to see what will happen next and by who. Can he help her will she except his help. Is she really more than a spoiled brat. Get the book and see. Definitely a must read

Good concept...

I liked the book’s honest concept of doing something for others and thereby doing something for yourself. I also liked that the relationship between the characters started out as platonic and developed from there, but in my opinion it developed a little too fast from attraction to love. It has a really good plot but the discipline scenes seemed staged, I would have liked both them and the characters to be a little more subtle so they would have come across realistically.

He is going to teach her responsibility and respect.
The author has done a great job of writing a super bratty young woman. This character is lazy, foul-mouthed and needs discipline (and yes she will get it in spades). Her good old dad gives our brat ultimatum. Getting a job was not so easy and as she seeks help it will be with a very strict gentleman. You will love the characters and how their relationship grows. I liked how Candice finally came to terms with growing up and was able to thank her father. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

This one is hard to put down, and actually, I couldn’t. I read the entire story in one sitting. Correcting Candi is an engaging story about a spoiled brat who doesn’t like to be bested finally meeting her match. Candi is in much need of discipline when she meets Ralph who gives her a second chance to grow up, this time under his tutelage where she learns to respect others and herself. The story has great pacing and moves from one great scene to the next with lots of conflict, emotion, and suspense.

Candi is a spoiled and bratty young woman who is not able to hold down a job. This changes when she meets Ralph where she applies for employment. Ralph immediately realizes that Candi needs more than just an attitude adjustment. He is taking the young woman under his wings, not only showing her how to behave but also teaching her that love exists.

Correcting Candi is a compelling spanking story with some elements of suspense which I enjoyed reading.

Candi has lived off her parents money her whole life, getting what she wants without having to work for it. When her daddy threatens to cut her off, she needs to find a job. Enter Ralph, owner of R. Hamilton & Co, who thinks Candi may be just who he needs to get his life back on track. Candi is about to learn how far his influence on her will go. A fast paced romance for sure.

This is a winner of a first book for Ms. Lynne. I thought I would not like Candi. She was a brash, foul-mouthed, attention-seeking, and lazy. But I very quickly changed my mind. I fell in love with her and with the story. I love a good DD-type story. It there is definitely romance, with lots of tension. I’m looking forward to more of Ms. Lynne’s books now.

Fabulous Story!!!

I loved this book about Candi and her transformation via the loving discipline and guidance of Ralph. Her father obviously loved her to allow Ralph into her life, those his parenting skills were non-existent! Without Ralph, she was doomed to a life of failure. Great book!!!
