It was an enjoyable read and has many very good tips. I applied some of them already, and they work. A lot of the content repeats itself and could have used better editing. Overall, it is really good, with helpful insights. The mothodology proposed is sound and structured, even though the structure sometimes hets lost in the stories. However those stories are valuable, they help the reader relate to what is beeing proposed.
I had a hard time with an example in the introduction about sharing/being vulnerable in a small group of strangers and that ultimately set the tone of the book for me. I think the author does a great job outlining a practical plan, but it just wasn't a fit for me. I don't think you have to be vulnerable to be authentic, nor join Twitter to be exposed to people outside your sphere.
