I love this book so much, it's really useful and you get so much information from it. It is done by multiple artists so you get to see how differently everyone works. Probably my favourite drawing book I own!
I think it's a good book to start with as each creature has a tutorial that will show a sketch with simple shapes, the pencil design, the ink review and the addition of color. In addition, the participating artists have very different styles, from cartoon to realistic; so it is an advantage when wanting to develop a personal style, since it allows us to glimpse what we are going to want to do and what not.
It's a fun book, has some cool designs in it. There's techniques for pencil, pen and even digital drawing. About 30% is about the drawing process. The rest of it is about anatomy (30%) and characters (30%). It talks about colour, anatomy, poses and lightning as well :) would recommend!
