I've just read all 6 books in the last few days,

These books are very gripping, but also very graphic, don't read this if you are easily offended and don't like violence.

It gives a true account if what happens in a high security prison, including, rape, assault and suicide.

I have to say I was surprised to hear what really goes on in this settings, from pat downs and cell searches to full anal and oral inspections.

A true eye opening and insightful series of books.

A solid 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would of given it a 5, but due to the nature, it dropped a point), yes I know that's the nature of the book, but that's just my opinion.

October was a tough month

Hard to keep writing praise because these books are always fascinating. Simon knows how to tell a story. This book in particular was the hardest to read because it's the saddest.

Another good insight

I’m really enjoying this series. I have read 6 in a week so far. I know a lot of the things can be very similar but thats just say to day life in a place like that. However the different stand out tales in each book are what makes this series great reading.

Los libros no son muy interesantes, pero te enseñan lo que es una prisión y lo que piensan los reclusos. Y también lo que piensan los carceleros y como viven su experiencia, porque desde luego no es una profesión cualquiera.

Captivating

A no holds barred look at life inside a prison. Not for the faint hearted. Well written and from an author that speaks directly to the reader in a conversational way.

This is a diary of Simon King, as he served in a maximum security prison. Excellent read.
