Compared to the first half, the second half a bit slow, with a lot of waiting around and blow-by-blow actions that become a bit tedious after a while. The slowest is probably the end, when the main characters plan their attack on the nuclear power plant. The sheer volume of details about the construction, geography, layout of the plant as well as their plan—though they help to make the story credible and I admit I was quite amazed by the level of details included—slows down the narrative significantly. Personally, I really liked the concept of "opening the lid of the reactor" but would've liked a little more depth to the story at that point and the characters rather than just details.
