The content is a little, uh, flimsy and shallow, peppered with already accepted minimalist wisdom and findings from pop psychology, so we get pretty unscientific claims like "Eating once a day is how humans used to eat" (which is most likely untrue, as their food intake would probably have been random). There were, though, a few takeaways I'd probably implement in my life (using the convenience stores for Amazon deliveries and making efforts so that I don't have to make any, etc.).
Conclusion: there are other minimalist books that are far richer and deeper in content. A light read.
