This book is about a love story that only came true because both sides took a step forward from their fears. I really understand the FL's concern of the ML and why she was so scared to even imagine a future with him. It started off really sweet actually, both of them met at a temple (love at first sight for the ML and he unintentionally became the person who pulled the FL out of her darkest times and gave her hope in life). What's even sweeter is that the FL chose to study at his city just to attempt to be closer to him and maybe bump into him one day. BOTH of them did not know each other and they really just saw each other for less than an hour added up together, but it tugged a string in their hearts and this made them still having such a strong impression of each other even after 5 years.
Their reconciliation was really sweet too. The ML made and created as much as coincidence as he could so that he could reenter the FL's lives, really happy to see it work!! There were many parts where the scenes really tug at my heart and hence the 5 stars. I really like to see couples being there for each other and supporting them especially if one of them is thrown off course.
Another one of my favs that is written by 北倾, I really feel like we will become besties if we are ever to meet each other on terms of love opinions
