Great book. This book has many top producing agents that go over their 30-day blueprint to get 3 clients in 30 days. The info, strategies, and tactics were good, but in some cases, left me wanting more. Nevertheless, this is an excellent read for any real estate agent. Highly recommend.

Not necessarily for new agents

I thought this would be a good resource as a newer agent, but the advice was set up as if you were already an agent but moving to a new area. Some of the tips were helpful, but it was not entirely what I was expecting.
