I think this book is quite essential for my self esteem booster. I’m still working on my self acceptance and love, and the book reminded me to keep loving myself. Deep down in my heart, I know how my mindset should be, but sometimes it’s hard to stay positive. On low days, I feel defeated and vulnerable. I will keep re-reading this book to remind myself the importance of my value especially when I’m feeling low. Self-love isn’t equal to narcissism, and loving myself won’t hurt anybody :)
