Loved it!
As a high fan of this author's work, I had no doubt this would be a great series and I wasn't disappointed. Haydn is like the other brothers, alpha Male, strong, and fiercely protective. I strongly suggest you read the books in order so you can know all the characters that show up in each book. I hate the fact that Lucan is the last in the series, but, as with all the other books by this author, the can be read again and again.

I can't stand TSTL heroines who have people who are able to provide the exact help you NEED to live but yet you're too 'independent'. Doesn't make you independent just makes you stupid

Great book as always from Carole Mortimer. Love the different characters of all the Steele Brothers. Looking forward to reading Lucan.

Carole Mortimer’s 250 book. Congratulations on writing so many fabulous books. I mostly read Historical but if Carole Mortimer is putting out a new series, I’m there.
Haydn is one of the Alpha brother, of the Steele Protectors, all the boys following in there fathers footsteps as much as possible.
Haley is employed by the company and Haydn has eyes on her from the moment she joined them 12 months ago.
Intrigue, suspense and sexual tension follows them through out this book, real page turner.
Ms Mortimer included nearly all of the brothers in this book.
Highly recommend the whole series as there is only Lucan story to come, then the series will be complete, and I sincerely hope we are treated to another series by Ms. Mortimer.

Awesome, intense, rivetng, and compelling. Overall quality of writing was really good. Proofreading needs attention. The storyline and characters are well thought out and well rounded. Ms. Mortimer has continued this series with the same detail to quality from book 1-5. You'll love the Sparks, steamy intimacy scenes, the sexy alpha Hayden and strong and sassy Hailey. No cliffhanger or cheating and you get a happy ever after. Enjoy.

Fun Sexy Read
This is a pretty typical Carole Mortimer read. Hot alpha man meets virginal festy heroine. As this is one of her hotter reads there was some hot sex scenes. Overall, I enjoyed it. It didn't grip me as much as some of her other novels. The Steele protector books are too short in my opinion they just don't have the character development I like. If you like Carole Mortimer books you like this novel. It is an enjoyable read.

The dysfunctional family
Poor Hailey. What a screwed up family life. Thankfully Haydn was able to protect her. The ending was peaceful and the introduction to Lucan and Becca was accomplished.

Loved this book ! Full of adventure, action and all of the Steele’s brothers and their significant others. Hailey has been working with Steele Protectors for a year and since joining the company Haydn has been smitten. It is great watching the dynamics of the two of them and their situation.
