Rydeville Elite #1-3

Rydeville Elite Boxset Books 1-3

Rate this book
This box set includes the first three books in the Rydeville Elite series. Complete trilogy with HEA.

In the power struggle between two elite groups, one feisty girl will bring them to their knees…
Life is a cruel game where only the most ruthless survive. It’s a truth my mother rebelled against, and she paid for it with her life. Now, I play their game. Publicly accepting the destiny that lies in wait for me when I turn eighteen.

But, behind closed doors, I plot my escape.

Trent, Charlie, and my twin, Drew, rule the hallways of Rydeville High with arrogance and an iron fist. I execute my role perfectly, hating every second, but they never let me forget my place in this world.

Everyone obeys the rules. They have for generations. Because our families have always been in control.

Until Cam, Sawyer, and Jackson show up. Throwing their new money around. Challenging the status quo. Setting hearts racing with their gorgeous faces, hot bodies, and bad boy attitudes.

Battle lines are drawn. Sides are taken. And I’m trapped in the middle, because I made a mistake one fateful night when I gave my V-card to a stranger in a blatant F you to my fiancé.

I thought it was the one thing I owned. A precious memory to carry me through each dark day.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Because the stranger was Camden Marshall, leader of the new elite and my perpetual tormenter. He hates me with a passion unrivaled, and he won’t be the only one. Fire will rain down if the truth is revealed, threatening alliances, and the power struggle will turn vicious.

My life will hang in the balance.

But I’ll be ready, and I’m not going down without a fight.

Due to mature content and themes, this series is recommended to readers aged eighteen and over. Trigger warning.

I’ve been a fan of Siobhan Davis for a long time, but the Rydeville Elite series did not work for me. I’m not a fan of bully romances – the idea of romanticising something that has caused me so many issues in the past makes me extremely uncomfortable – but Siobhan Davis has won me over with other things I did not expect to enjoy. I had hoped such would be the case here, but it wasn’t.

Instead of a romance that was filled with emotion, we had a series filled with drama. It felt like every possible trigger was taken and used, ensuring every page had drama. It was too much, it distracted from the story. I wanted to fall in love with the characters, but I found myself distracted by the excessive need to try and be dark. I love a good dark romance, but this didn’t work for me – it was drama, not romance, and that’s not for me.

All in all, this series didn’t do for me what it seems to have done for many.

CRUEL INTENTIONS

Five amazing stars for Abby and Cam 😍😍😍!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is the first book I've read by Siobhan Davis and OMG this is one the best book that I've read this year!!!

I really love Siobhan's writing style because this book was so easy to read and it's a page-turner 😄.

Before this one, I didn't read a dark romance with bully trope so I think from now on because of "Cruel Intentions" I will start reading this genre more 😍.

This was one of the books which you need to read all night because you need to know what happens next.

Abby and Cam are very complex characters. Their relationship isn't like the ones you can find in fairy tales. They hate each other. There is no respect because in fact they enemies.

Because they belong to the two different kinds of the elite.

The end was so unexpected, I was like "What happened right now?!?!" 😲.

And yes, there is a cliffhanger in the end. So, right now I need to wait to find out what happened to Abby 😫.

P. S. I can't wait for the second book in this series and I need it right now.

I really hate cliffhangers in the books 😭.

Highly recommended!!!

TWISTED BETRAYAL

FIVE stars for Abby and Kai ❤❤❤!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

No, this book deserves an infinite number of stars ♾!

I usually don't write long reviews because when you love some book you don't need thousands of words to show how much you enjoyed reading the book and only one word is enough to show that.

But, there is always an exception...

And Siobhan Davis's books are one of them ❤!!!

I fell in love with Siobhan's writing when I first started reading "Cruel Intentions".

That book stole my heart and couldn't wait to read the next book in series and that was this one...

"Twisted Betrayal".

Before you start reading the "Rydeville High Elite" series you must know that once you fall down under her writing's spell, you won't doing anything beside you'll read her books.

And why is that?!

The first things are her characters, they'll go under your skin and every time when they are happy or sad you'll feel it as it is your own emotion.

The second things are cliffhangers.

I know that I shouldn't write about cliffhangers in her books but they are epic and she is...

THE QUEEN for writing an amazing cliffhanger.

This sounds crazy because who loves cliffhangers at the end of the book?!

The answer is...

Me!

The reason is one and only.

The book with a good cliffhanger will make to thinking about it the whole day, month or year before you read the next book in series of that what will happen to the characters or will they have their happily ever after?!

And that's happened to me two months ago.

I couldn't wait to find out what will happen to my two favorite characters, Abby and Kai 😍❤🔥!

And now when I found out, I want more...

I need more.

I must say there was one part in the book which broke my heart in thousand pieces and I was almost started crying (I won't say which part it is, but you'll know when you read it).

Abby is still one of my favorite female characters and really love that she doesn't give people to break her easy.

Kai, from the other side, showed in this book some sides I didn't believe that he had and they melted my heart.

If you didn't start to read this perfect series, now is time to do it because if you don't you will miss these amazing books and that will be a shame.

SWEET RETRIBUTION

#ABBY&KAI4EVER

FIVE CRUEL, TWISTED AND SWEET STARS FOR ABBY AND KAI ❤🖤❤!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have to admit that I hate writing reviews for books like this one because I'm always afraid that I won't say everything that is important about books/series like this one, that took my heart at beginning of the story and keeps it forever.

Yes, this book is one of those that keeps you awake all night and when you finish it, you just want more and more.

You want that series doesn't have an ending because you feel like a part of that fictional family.

The first book I've read by Siobhan was "Cruel Intentions".

That was the first time that I had a chance to read extremely dark high school bully romance which is definitely not for everyone because the whole series has a lot of triggers but luckily I didn't have a problem with that.

So, I can say that the "Rydeville High Elite" series was the reason why I fell in love with dark high school bully romance trope.

Also, it was also the reason why I fell in love with Siobhan's writing style which is unique and beautiful that makes you want to read all of her books.

And yeah, like I said before Siobhan is the QUEEN for good cliffhangers but she knows how to write the amazing ending.

So, this book surprised me in every kind of way and that very important because nobody loves predictable books.

I love Abby's character so much.

There were moments when I thought she will give up but she didn't.

She kept fighting and I'm amazed at her.

I'm sure that rarely anyone will stay normal after things that Abby was going through and that why she is so special.

She is the character who needs to be a role model to no just every girl but every woman because she showed in these books that women are not weak.

Women are strong and they need to be heard out and they also have the freedom to do anything they want.

Women need to show the world their confidence, fearlessness, and stubbornness because they are not the picture that man's world made for them.

Yeah, I think that is the most important message in this series.

Kai.

Why can I say about this perfect boy?!

Of course, he took my heart but I wasn't his fan in the first few chapters of "Cruel Intentions" but I must say he earned my love with his protective side for Abby in the other two books 💕.

His love for Abby is palpable not just in his word and actions.

There is so much more than it can be described in words.

It just exists.

Abby and Kai's relationship wasn't easy from the beginning but they kept fighting through the whole series for their love and they did it.

And they got it.

They got what they wanted.

Because true love always wins.

I highly recommended these books to everyone who loves dark high school bully romance because they will keep you awake all night and give you a chance in some new world which will make you forget about your real-life!!!

As always, Siobhan Davis brings her “A Game” to her work, not asking you to like the characters or the twists, but one cannot help but admire her ability to wring every drop of emotion from your body from love to hate to horror to disgust. The RYDEVILLE ELITE BOX SET combines the first three books in an often shocking and gut-churning way.

CRUEL INTENTIONS is dark, your limits will be scoured raw and your beliefs in reality will be tested beyond the limits, because humans can be cruel, twisted and their minds distorted. The strong will devour the weak and we only need to look at the headlines to see that. And. It. All. Starts. Somewhere.

This is a story of control, power and the complete debasement of humanity and it is in high school! I have a love/hate relationship with this book and everything about it, but I also have a huge amount of respect for an author who will follow where her writing takes her and do it well. How else could she evoke such a powerful emotional response from me?

TWISTED BETRAYAL is dark, the atmosphere allows for trusting no one, because, “love” is just another four letter word that becomes bastardized in a most brutal way. Who can be trusted? Who thinks they are doing “good” for all the wrong reasons? Who is beyond redemption? Who has the most dysfunctional family and friends? Who has the biggest mammary gland fetish/fascination? How many decades of therapy will these characters need when all is finally over? Is this tale proof that money is the root of all evil?

This may not be my favorite series from Siobhan Davis, but I DO think she is one of those daring and talented authors who will push the envelope every time!

3 This says it all: GAME ON, and trust me, Abby is determined to win at ANY cost! What a GRANDE FINALE! Siobhan Davis brought this one home in high style, with maximum impact and grit!

Justice was served in spades on every level and the edge of my emotionally charged seat was all that kept me grounded. SWEET RETRIBUTION is just as the title says…and I loved it!

Most definitely not for the weak of heart, soul or stomach, let go of your fantasies of a kind and gentle world and get ready to enter the house of horrors where even the strong may not survive and the twisted machinations of the mind run rampant!

I received books 1-3 from Siobhan Davis. This is my honest and voluntary review.

CRUEL INTENTIONS:
My heart is pounding so hard, it may beat right out of my chest. Siobhan, you never cease to amaze me!!

Cruel Intentions is the start of Siobhan's newest series, Rydeville High Elite, and boy does know how to get your heart pumping and body racing. I gobbled this book in one day. There was no way I could read this any slower, and I tried because I knew it was going to end in a cliffy. But I was so pulled in to this story that I wasn't coming up for air. And I didn't.

Rydevillle High is not your typical high school. The school (pretty much town) is run by the top four elite families and their generations-old idealism of how their world works. It is world were pre-arranged marriages still happen to keep the 4 elite families in place; women are only props and men rule. However, the school is where the boundaries are set and learned and carried out once the new generation is of age to takeover their fathers' places.

However, there are a few within the inner circle that are sick of the old ways and are trying to shake things up. But there's a new group of families trying to move in and take claim as the new leaders of Rydeville High. They want to shake things up differently.

When new lines are drawn between family and friends, no one can be trusted and everything becomes blurred.

I will be honest - I do this book no justice for how damn enticing it is. LOL There are some pretty intense and rough scenes that may upset some folks but this book is superbly well written. There is bullying and it's taken to the next level but don't let that stop you from reading. There is ALOT of teenage drama angst but OMG, I loved it. The sexual tension can be cut with a butter knife and it's soooooo good. I want to say soooo much more, but I can't. Just go read it.

Siobhan plays this book out beautifully. Every scene bleeds into the next perfectly and each piece to this puzzle is sprinkled well throughout the book. This book is rifled with tension, action, suspense, angst and drama and I loved every damn word of it. I'm no sure I have the patience to wait for the next one......I need more, NOW!!

Please note that this book is a bully romance. While I am not a fan of romanticizing the topic of bullying, this book is extremely well written, aside from that fact. I chose to not allow my personal issues with bullying go into this review but if you have any triggers that go along with bullying, please read this book with caution.

TWISTED BETRAYAL:
After finishing Cruel Intentions, I waited with bated breath for Twisted Betrayal. Not only did Siobhan give me what I wanted, she delivered even more on this story line.

I truly have no idea what to say or where to start this review. Siobhan is an amazing story-teller. She has this niche to deliver a well-rounded and thought-out story with so many twists and turns that keeps you on the edge the whole time. Her stories have a lot going on in them but that is what makes them so easy to get sucked into and never want to leave.

I had thought that I come to know everything that Siobhan could throw our way, but she has once again left me in a state of shock. But I should know better by now - Siobhan will always push her readers and keep them on their toes. And let me clarify that by saying Siobhan will deliver a shock not for the sheer value of it but because it fits the characters and what would be appropriate to fit that scene. You know something is to come and you think you know what bomb will be dropped, but that is where Siobhan executes the twists so well.

Ok - So I just realized I have not said a word about this book. LOL Sorry - I am just in awe of her writing and how well developed her stories and characters are.

This book does pick up right after Cruel Intentions. Abby has been drugged and she has no idea where she is and who took her. And well, in true Siobhan form, sh*t takes off from there and we are taken on an exhilarating journey riddled with discoveries to questions we had from book one but more questions are added in.

Abby, Kai, Drew and the rest of the cast (yes, cast because this truly feels like it could be a movie or a kick-a** TV series) are dead set on figuring out what their fathers are all about and what they each have planned. And just when they think they have an understanding, things only get more deeper and more depraved.

This book is addictive. That is all I can say. It is not for the faint of heart because some of the scenes are quite graphic but holy hell, are they jaw-dropping. The suspense is evident and keeps you right in the thick of everything. I have no idea what Siobhan will throw our way anymore with this story.

And that cliffhanger - OMG!!! I have chills, legit goosebumps all over my body. I also have this "HELL YES" feeling because I can only imagine what Siobhan is gong to bring next. I am so excited for Sweet Retribution.

SWEET RETRIBUTION:

I am not a fan of the bully romance genre, but and this is a BIG BUT, I am a fan of Siobhan Davis and wanted to give this genre a chance with her. I thoroughly enjoyed and loved the first two books and was anxiously awaiting this one to see how Kai and Abby's story ends. In the end, this definitely veered off the path of bully romance and more into the dark romance aspect but still didn't wow like me the first two.

I am not sure where it happened in this book, but at some point, everything started to feel repetitive and annoying to me. Abby's reactions to Kai (the need to constantly to have sex with him) or the twists and turns within the story that were to be shocking but just felt forced to keep the story alive or possibly the ignorance of so many secondary characters just became obnoxiously annoying. I really don't know and I struggled to finish this one.

I love Siobhan and her ability to create worlds that are unique with characters that are fierce and strong. And she does with this series but in this particular book, I felt things shift and characteristics were not the same. Now that may have been what Siobhan wanted (her characters to grow and change because of their circumstances) but I had at least expected them to maintain the majority of who they were from the start.

So what such a drastic change from books one and two to this one for me??? I think the shock factors became too over the top and too much for me. I have always said that Siobhan does not write for sheer shock value and writes because it fits the story. But even I have my limit of when it just becomes too much drama for one couple to endure. Maybe if this all this happened and it was through different characters, I would feel differently. But it didn't and therefore, just felt that most was written for shock value, which saddens me.

Does Siobhan deliver an angsty, dramatic and intense story?? Yes. Many of those who have loved the first two books will gobble this one up too. It is exciting, fast-paced and action-pack drama from page one. But for me, far too many things became repetitive and it lost it's edge for me.

I hate being in the minority on books, but I will always be upfront and honest on books that I read. I also hate that this book didn't live up to the first two for me. However, I am excited to see what happens in the future with this series. Siobhan has given us a lot of characters that I am hoping to see get future books and see how things pan out there.

5 OMG WHAT STARS!! OMG, OMG, OMG......What did I just read. I am exhausted, I feel like I just got off a rollercoaster and a wild one at that. Grab this book and devour it like I did.....I finished in about 5 hours give or take. It was so good, this author is phenomenal at storytelling.

5 TWIST AND TURN STARS!! OMG.....I think I just got off a rollercoaster. I am so dizzy from all the twist and turns in this book. Siobhan is a genius!
Seriously though, this series is by far my most favorite dark bully romance.
Abby's and Kaiden story takes you in a larger than life universe of the elite. Weaving through deception, lies, twists and turns this hot and sizzling romance will ruin you for any other in the genre.
Keep up the good work gal!

Cruel intentions
5++ stars
Amazing read!
This book has been on my wish list for so long, I couldn't believe I was actually reading it until a few chapters. *fangirling*
description
So..where to start..Ugh! I loved this! I'm going to keep this short, simple and devoid of any major spoilers but there still be some mild one's so proceed with caution.

The story starts with Abby, our female protagonist trying to commit suicide when a handsome stranger dives in to rescue and proceeds to make passionate love to her in a fireplace lit cabin. (Now you can get why this book had me on the prologue)😉

I loved Camden and he was the perfect anti hero for this book. The sexual tension between Abby and him was more hot than the actual deed which was for the best because it didn't take off my mind from the plot. The author has warned about this book being dark and I second her words. There were some triggering scenes and I cried for 10 minutes straight when Abby was being assaulted by her Father and fiancé.
Siobhan Davis is exceptionally talented and her writing skills are totally amazing. The book ends in a cliffy but it's amazing all the same.

Twisted Betrayal
5 stars
Impressive again!
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Siobhan Davis is exceptionally talented and I love everything she writes and this book was no different.
description

Again, there will be no major spoilers but proceed with caution.

The story kicks off right from where Cruel Intentions ended. Abby is doped up in a hospital unaware of her surroundings but it's not long before she wakes lucid and the drama begins.

Camden/Kaiden's life is in danger because of the hit called on him by Michael Hearst, Abby's father. Talk about villains, Michael still isn't the worst I've encounterd but he's a close second.
The story unfolds further and all the truths and lies storm in and punch Abby to the ground but the thing I admired most about her was her resilience. She's a badass, both literally and figuratively.
I loved Drew and how protective he was of Abby and I liked Charlie too. Jackson and Sawyer are going as good as ever and Xavier was the perfect stereotypical gay best friend. All in all this was interesting enough though I liked the first book better. Again, this ends in a cliffy that'll make you tear your hair apart! (Unless you have the next book downloaded already in your Kindle like me😉😉)

Sweet Retribution
5++ stars
Oh the drama killed me!
Needless to say, I loved this book more than it's predecessors!
description

There Will be no major spoilers but proceed with caution.

The story starts right from where Twisted Betrayal ended. Abby is forced to marry Charlie but we learn she is already married to Kai in the previous books. The timeline confused me a little but it wasn't something major so I let it slide.
Secrets after secrets unfold until it muddled so much in my head that I had to stop for a moment and align my thoughts before continuing. (That's what happens when you pull an all nighter for the story, but in my defence - I just couldn't put it down).
It is very difficult to write without going into details and I don't want to slip something major because trust me, it would be better if it's read on your own pace.

Again I loved Kaiden and Abby! And they totally deserved the HEA they got! Be still my beating heart but I think I fell for Charlie too! He was amazingly sweet and no matter what he'd done in past, he was portrayed as an amazing personality!
I'm excited about Jackson's book but I want to read more about Drew and Jane (and Shandra).!! There wasn't any mention of Drew's book in the end but I'm hopeful!

Congratulations to the author on such a wonderful job!

All the angsty stars I can give!

This trilogy is an explosive story that will keep it's readers on the edge of their seat and salivating for more. Both the new and old elite in the story are charismatic and the back stories had me truly invested from the get go.

The story starts out very heart wrenching and moves to steamy extremely fast. I loved the encounter after the beach and everything that it promised to be, even with the ominous statement at the end of the prologue.

Abigail is the kind of character that you can find yourself connecting with and relating to. I commiserated with her and the situation she found herself stuck in. I wasn't sure what to think of Drew, and at the end of the book, I'm still not sure. I did like Jane and I hope we get to see a lot more of her in future books. Cam is kind of up and down for me, but I WANT to like him.

I can not believe the amount of evil in Abby's father. In fact, I can't even believe how evil Kaiden's father is either. The majority of the "elite" is corrupted and foul.

Abby has to deal with all sorts of betrayals. She's blindsided on more than one occasion and I'm not sure how she's even functioning at this point. I, for one, can't wait to see her father go down hard. I don't think I've ever hated a literary villain as much as I hate him, and that's including Umbridge from Harry Potter!

I was super excited and surprised to see some Kennedys in this book! How awesome of a crossover that was! I know fans of the author will be pleased. And if you are a fan, you'll want to get started on this series right away!

I love how Jackson, Xavier and Drew are all so protective of Abby. Not just Kai. I also love how we keep getting mentions of the Kennedys. I love when series collide and overlap like that, especially when they are both series that I love!

The best parts for me, were parts I can't post about in a review that I'm trying to keep spoiler free. So, that being said, there are two BIG surprises that just made the whole book for me. Both positive things and situations that I think will make every reader/fan of the series happy!

In the end, I loved how everything came together and there was definitely a sense of closure, although I also know we will get more of these characters in further books in the series. There's not a cliffhanger, though. This book perfectly summed up the first three books and the story of Kai and Abby. I am sure everyone will be happy with the ending.

Cruel Intentions

Meet Cam, Abby, Sawyer, Jackson, Xavier, Drew, Charlie, Jane, Trent and more in this heart stopping, exhilarating, juicy, feel all the feels, addictive, page turner.

This book has it all and more: Villains to hate, a male love interest you want to slap and strangle one minute and want to love and root for the next, a strong female you don't even know how she does it, supportive best friend(s), family drama, hidden secrets, status, intrigue and more.

Fabulous twists, amazing characters, gripping storylines, emotional, cannot put down book.

A story which gives you hope in One breath and breaks your heart in the next but you literally cannot put it down to heal, recover or hope again! It leaves you wanting more with a fantastic cliff hanger...

I did not want to leave the Rydeville world.

Twisted Betrayal

Dark, intense, emotionally charged, addictive and superb story. Three words: emotional whiplash continued

Characters you sort of liked betray you, characters you didn't like surprise you, then those you love and hate make those feelings grow deeper.

Davis is the queen of angsty contemporary romance.

With more twists, turns, betrayals, friendship, deals and heart stopping moments than Cruel Intentions. Learn more about the elite, Rydevilles past and relationships. With some similar relationships, one liners and protectiveness... This book keeps you in the edge of your seat and wanting more...

Sweet Retribution

This book starts off with a bang...just as Twisted Betrayal ends.

Abby and co. are back but this time Abby is out for blood, she is taking no prisoners and she's doing things her way. She will do anything to protect everyone she loves especially Kai but will the sacrifice be enough. Through the shocks, the happy moments and the heart stopping twists you are literally sucked into Rydeville once more.

I seriously have felt all emotions with this book openly crying, laughing out load, swooning and boiling with anger...and those song choices at the party....100% nailed it!!!

From moving moments, harsh scenes and beautiful love this book takes you on a journey you don't want to end...a book you cannot put down, a book you fight: tiredness, the urge to throw the kindle, the urge to cuddle the kindle and actual reality to read. As always Davis leaves you wanting more in the best possible way...

Seriously Sweet Retribution is an epic treat ... Cannot praise Siobhan enough for such a fabulous end to the trilogy.

Looking forward to hearing more of Jackson's story....

CRUEL INTENTIONS

HOLY SMOKES!!!!! This is my first read my Siobhan Davis and I have been blown away by it!! If you are looking for a good bully romance, this is it!!! It got all the drama, deceit and angst in spades!! And the ending...UGH...I really wanted to throw my phone at the wall 😳, it’s that freaking good. It left me wanting all the answers and wanting to slap a few people (I’m an emotional reader 🤷🏼‍♀️). Is it August yet? I’m dying for the next book! I’d love to tell you more about the book, but I don’t want to give anything away. So, just make sure you have plenty of uninterrupted time to read, because you won’t be able to stop until it’s over.

TWISTED BETRAYAL

After the cliffhanger from Cruel Intentions, I’ve been literally dying to read this book. When it hit my kindle, I said goodbye to real life, and immersed myself back into Kaiden and Abby’s world. TB is unputdownable. So much is revealed, and yet we still need MORE!!!! If I thought the last cliffhanger was thought provoking, this one leaves me ready to kill somebody!!! I am pulling so hard for Kaiden and Abby, I want them together soooo bad!!! Ugh, this book is a journey that you have to make without any input on the plot from me. Just know that I’m feeling pretty stab-y right now!

Be sure to read Cruel Intentions before diving head first into Twisted Betrayal.

SWEET RETRIBUTION

5 Epic Stars!!!

Sweet Retribution is Siobhan Davis’s epically stunning conclusion to her Rydeville High Elite Series. A dark high school bully romance.

In books 1 & 2, Abby, Kaiden and the rest of the gang are forced to take sides. You are either with the Elite or against them. You can trust no one. Horrific crimes are committed by people who should have your best interests at heart. In the midst of all of the lies, deceit and betrayal, can Abby and Kai have it all?

Here we are now at book 3. I’ve been anxiously awaiting the conclusion to the Abby and Kai’s story. Siobhan doesn’t disappoint. Alliances are formed. Plans are made. It isn’t easy, but will it all be worth it?

Watching Abby and Kai grow as characters is one of my favorite parts of this book. I’ve been rooting for them since the beginning, and it’s been a twisted, screwed up journey to this point. But that’s what makes it so interesting. That’s what kept me up at night needing to what happens next.

If you are loving the high school bully trope, than this series is a MUST READ! It is dark, and has some things that could be triggers, but it will keep you on the edge of your seat. There are characters you will love and those you will love to hate. There are so many things I never saw coming. Many WTF moments and times I wanted to throw my kindle. Happy Reading!!!

You can't go wrong with a Siobhan Davis book, and this series was everything.

Cruel Intentions
5 Stars

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. I love this author, and her books always pack a punch. But this one took it to a whole other level. I felt like all the men were competing to prove who was the worst most evil in existence, and I went back and forth on Cam base on his actions. But that ending?!? I don't know who to trust, and I just need Abigail to be okay. I seriously cannot get over the madness of that final scene. OMG I need the next book ASAP. Man, rich people are crazy. Feeling really glad I refused to go to that fancy prep high school.

Twisted Betrayal

Siobhan can write a book. My life can be completely falling apart, but I read one of her books and think things aren't really all that bad. What Abby goes through in this is unimaginable. I kept thinking that she had just been through the worst possible thing, and then something else even more horrific would happen. Most people would be at a full mental breakdown, but she just keeps fighting and planning her revenge. And I cannot wait for her to get it. I want certain characters to suffer so so so very much. And that ending was so intense. I cannot wait for book three.

My head is still swimming from everything that happened in this. I thought the drama was intense in the first two books in the series, but this one upped the ante. Abby is back and ready for revenge, and it is epic. It was such a roller coaster of highs and lows, but I enjoyed the hell out of it. I love how this wrapped up Abby and Kai's story, and I am so excited for the story to continue with some of the other characters in the future. I am already feeling the book hangover from this one.

Rydeville Elite Box Set by Siobhan Davis is a dark high school bully romance series that I listened to on audio narrated by Carly Robbins and Tor Thom.

The series comes with a caution: "Due to mature content and themes, this series is recommended to readers aged eighteen and over. Trigger warning."

I absolutely love Siobhan's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the stories and I end up binging a book a day. This series took me on a rollercoaster that I never wanted to get off. The chemistry between Abby and Kaiden is off the charts.

I will say I was really happy to have this series in a box set since book one and two ended in amazing cliffhangers.

I can't wait to read the next book in the series that will follow Charlie, Jackson, Sawyer, and Drew.

Carly and Tor did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life.

I would highly recommend this book if you like dark romances, bully romances, or romantic suspense.

This series seriously messed my head up so much but I couldn‘t put it down even if I wanted to.

Abby is a badass woman! She‘s fierce, stubborn and strong. This is one thing I like about Siobhan‘s books. The heroine is never a wallflower or a pushover especially not when it comes to the guy!

I seriously loved this whole series! The characters are amazing and you want to know everything about everyone and see them get a happy end.

Kaiden and Abby‘s story is such a big one! So many twists and turns happen throghout this series I couldn‘t keep up.

The second Siobhan Davis series I read this month was a M/F dark romance.
It was an okay book for me. I didn't like that the same old cliches were uses. Why do alway the older rich generation have no respect for women and are deprived? I think I won't read this kind of Dark Romance for a while, except they are unique.

CRUEL INTENTIONS:
In my past review, I complained about the lack of passion and drama that usually characterize Siobhan Davis’ books. Well, in this book we’re back in style, since this book has lots of drama, passion, and plot twists. There’s suspense and darkness and some sinister plot going on, all related to domination.

In this town, there are four founding families and they comprise what they call the inner circle of old money. They are like royalty and their word is a command. This authority transfers to the exclusive Rydeville High School, whereby the sons and daughters of the inner circle families dominate on the school, establish the rules, have clear boundaries over where the inner circle and the common people may sit, and keep close control. The school principals and teachers are all subject to this reign, since it’s these same families that keep the school running with their donations.

Needless to say, power and greed are what motivates the head of the families, and cross marriages between the families is common in order to ensure the assets or improve on their empires. Abigail is being forced by her father to marry Trent, a young man who is as handsome as he is vile. He frequently mistreats her and sees her as a possession. Her twin brother Drew is also engaged to be married, for the same purposes, but in his case he’s crazy in love with his fiancée. All her life, Abby has been used, controlled, dominated by a careless and selfish father who only sees her as a bargaining asset.

One day, when Abby felt overpowered by all the burdens, she walked into the sea, planning to keep on walking until the cold made her drown. She was stopped by a stranger, who rescued and took her to his cabin. There they made love and it reaffirmed Abby’s will to live and to overcome her circumstances. She is a very intelligent girl, and she was planning her escape from her reclusive and abusive world.

Months later, when she’s biding her time until she can run away, three new students arrive to their high school. They belong to the “new money” elite, which is one step lower from their “old money” elite, and they were to be subjugated to their rules and dismissed. The problem is they have a sinister hidden agenda and they came to cause problems and disrupt the infamous high elite. The biggest issue here is that the leader of the group is none other than the stranger who had rescued Abby months ago. That time, he was tender and loving; now he’s hurtful, vengeful and hateful. He bullies Abby, insults her, rejects her at every turn. Abby’s heart is torn in two but she has bigger issues to manage, mainly her abusive fiancée, her abusive father, the bodyguards who constantly guard and control her.

There’s total mayhem: fighting, throttling, controlling schemes, spying schemes, bullying and blackmail. Someone is always trying to effect revenge on another, so there’s lots of rife, hating, and discord. At one time, the plot felt melodramatic but it was incredibly entertaining and riveting. Some parts felt like an exaggeration, but since I’m not acquainted with people in ultra high levels of society, it might all be true. Maybe they do have a strict sense of hierarchy and strict societal rules (shudder).

Since Abby is scheming for her freedom at the same time she’s fighting for survival in this nest of vipers, there’s a pervading sense of suspense, plus the heartache of having such strong chemistry and fond memories of a guy who is now an enemy. The plot evolves at a fast clip, a lot of stuff happens, enemies become friends and friends become enemies, and through it all, they all have one same purpose.

The book ends in a cliffie at a very dramatic point, so we’re now all desperately waiting for the sequel.

TWISTED BETRAYAL:
Every kind of dramatic element you expect to find in a novel, you will find it here: infidelity, domestic violence, murder, mayhem, abuse of power, child abuse, kidnapping, betrayal, complot for domination, you get it all in this story. This book is chockful of action, machination, and an incredible will to survive that motors the plot and the characters towards freedom. It’s a real page-turner, with a low thrum of suspense all the time.

It all starts with a kidnapping. Abby is kidnapped and spends some time in captivity in a sort of clinic. Because she’s so clever and conniving, she gets out. Her father was her captor and Charlie her rescuer. In the first book she was engaged to Trent; now in this book, she’s forced to be engaged to Charlie. Her father and his cronies have some sort of complot for power and they need Abby’s shares in the company, inherited from her mother, and upon marriage, transferred to her husband. Hence his use of his daughter as a bargaining tool.

Even though she loves Kaiden, she has a hard time forgiving him his latest betrayal, which was hiding from her his true identity and his purpose in their town. In the previous book he started as her unknown lover, then he morphed into her bully at school (vicious as hell), then they sorta make up and are loving each other but hell breaks loose again and there’s a big to do with guns and escapes and Abby’s kidnapping at the end of the first book.

Poor Abby is working tirelessly for her freedom from her family, from the town, and from this dark fraternity where they engage in sordid activities, all to foster their power machinations. It’s a dark and treacherous world and it’s very difficult to get away. She has been betrayed by almost everyone in her circle of friends and enemies, even her lover Kaiden and her twin brother Drew. Charlie, who was her only friend and seemingly gentle is now arising as a conniving tool too. Eventually she makes peace with their explanations and they start plotting again but it’s an uphill road.
This book is full of drama and passion, as per Siobhan Davis’ style. In this book, she surpassed the plot twists and surprises, and kept me riveted and tense as I read about Abby and her attempts to overcome and defeat her father’s nefarious scheme. When you think there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, another complication arrives, another heartbreak is revealed. At the end of the day, there is a strong element in this story: hope and determination. Even though the odds are against her, Abby perseveres and keeps on fighting for her freedom. She loves and forgives and accepts and moves on. With all the many characters in the series, Abby is the undoubted star, the heroine and a warrior princess. This is the strongest book I’ve read by this author, and the most potent. I was in shock when it ended and gasping for the finale!

SWEET RETRIBUTION:
In this spectacular finale, Siobhan Davis surpassed herself. I believe this is the most complicated book I’ve read of hers, with several plot lines, lots of characters, her usual surprising plot twists and a complicated main plot. Her characters evolved, changed, schemed, plotted, planned revenge on Richard Hearst and his slew of perverted cronies. Abby rose as a Machiavellian leader, developing a complicated scheme with the help of her twin brother Drew, her lover Kaiden and their band of friends. They used a lot of technical warfare and computer hacking, a band of friends from Rydeville High, and their friends the Kennedys (from another series).
This book was suspenseful from the start. It felt like they were all walking a high wire, where the balancing act was dire and dangerous and any false step would end in doom. The Elite is very powerful, it’s wide spread around the US, and it’s tentacles are deep and far reaching. Therefore, the scheme was equally complicated and multi-layered, and it depended on very careful planning and execution. I have to say, this was a very sophisticated and complicated plan for teenagers who haven’t reached their 18th birthday, but they had to grow fast in that environment and they were high achievers, the lot.
Reading this book was nerve-racking, and you keep turning the pages, because you want this suspense to end and for Abby to save herself and her brother, and to finally destroy the Elite and send its members to prison, where they belong. There is no way to describe the plot without some spoilers so I will just describe my feelings: biting my nails anxiety. We meet new friends and new foes, get acquainted with a lot of evil and depravity, and hurt for poor Charlie, who was manipulated by Abby’s father and is on a downward spiral.
The relation between Abby and Kai deepens and turns more caring, more protective and more equal. There are no more secrets, no more “need to know” for Abby, since she’s now front and center on the plans. They feel more like partners in crime than protégée and protector. We have our usual sexy times, but for me, the main direction of the book was the retribution that Abby was seeking from her father and the Elite. Now that their story has ended, I get to say that it had a lot of evil, cruelty, torture, depravity, perversion and just plain meanness, more than any other book I’ve read. It was at times uncomfortable and at other times distressing because it’s not a world we’re familiar with and would like no part of. It’s good that in this story, good triumphs over evil but this is not always the reality and for this, I was saddened. There was a huge plot twist towards the end that made me very happy and added a very positive note to this very dark romance. Good job!
Now I’m looking forward to stories about Jackson, Sawyer, Charlie, Drew, Shandra and Alexei!

Cruel Intentions:
My visceral reaction to him has been almost instantaneous.
Even when he was being a nasty prick to me, I still wouldn’t have passed up an opportunity to jump his bones.

WOW! What did I just read?!?!?! Cruel Intentions was FREAKING AWESOME!!!! I'm still mindblown over how incredible this one was! I have read a lot by this Siobhan and this one was my favorite so far. I was so hooked on the story I couldn’t put it down.

Siobhan Davis is without question a favorite author of mine—especially in the last year if my blogging history tells you anything and—she still wows me with each new release. I wasn’t a huge fan of YA romance at the high school level for a long time, but this year, I’ve gotten some straight-up amazing romances that apply to this troupe and I've had to open my mind again to the power of the indie author!!! This year I have been incredibly lucky to find so many that I never thought would suck me in so much… considering how long ago I graduated. 😉 (Yet to keep up the rouge of plausible deniability, I am not going to tell you just how long ago that was—LOL.) But this one hit the mark for me. I loved the slightly darker tone from the previous books I’ve read by Siobhan and I FLOVED the storyline. I found the plot had me on pins and needles, devouring this as quickly as I could because I couldn’t hand the possibility of putting down my kindle. Also, against it for me originally was the fact that it's written in the heroine's perspective and isn't a dual POV. BUT WOW, that is actually one of the things I loved the most about this particular book because it opened me up to some curveballs that I never saw coming. It’s my understanding that Cruel Intentions is book one of a trilogy. I hate cliffhangers but if they are done right, then I love them. Cruel Intentions? Yah, this is one that will have you chucking your kindles to this spectacular enemies-to-lovers romance. If this book is an indicator of the next two books, you can rest assured that these books will do nothing less than leave you as mind blown as I was. Definitely a five-star read—at the very least—but I would also tell you that this trilogy is likely to be my most favorite read ever by Siobhan Davis. Additionally, with the complex plot and a darker troupe, it's sure to a favorite amongst a new crowd of readers for her as I don’t think Siobhan's written this style of book in the past—although I could be mistaken as I found her later in the game. If you are looking for depth, outstanding characters and a layered plot that will grab ahold of you and entertain you start to finish, you’ve found the next book to one-click!!!

Twisted Betrayal:
"…we’re in a fight-or-die world, and I’ll always fight. In my heart, I know I’m a good person.”
A good person forced to make difficult choices. Forced to do bad things."

Twisted Betrayal by Siobhan Davis is the second book in the Ryderville High Elite trilogy and picked up directly from the hair-raising cliffhanger we were left with at the end of Cruel Intentions. As always, Siobhan Davis immediately captured my interest with her new dark, YA romance trilogy—which did not surprise me in the least! After all, it’s safe to say she’s one of my favorite authors. But the Ryderville High Elite trilogy is much different from the contemporary romances I am accustomed to Siobhan writing. The story has kept me captivated with its dark and completely unpredictable storyline. Just when I am sure that I have things figured out, Siobhan throws a plot twist at me that I never saw coming and I am more consumed then I thought possible with the characters and story she’s telling. The story isn’t as dark as some, but it’s certainly not a contemporary romance. Be prepared for that going in if you have triggers. I love a great bully romance, and you’d definitely classify the trilogy as one. Twisted Betrayal leaves Abby questioning everyone around her, and trust is nearly impossible, but I would be surprised if you don’t find this story as sexy, addictive and suspenseful as I have. Moreover, I wouldn’t hesitate to give this a five-star review! One-click Cruel Intentions and Twisted Betrayal now so you can pick up Sweet Revenge the day it releases! Happy reading 😉

Quotes:

My entire body tingles as every molecule recognizes his presence, and the craving is almost like a high, urging me to run into his arms and never let go.

…his sexual allure is like a spell. One I’m powerless to resist. And I’m determined to be stronger this time. He doesn’t get to betray me and have me again. This time we’re playing by my rules.

I love it when he’s like this. Looking at me like he wants to … me so hard I’ll bleed.

Sweet Retribution:
I FLOVED the Ryderville High Elite series by Siobhan Davis—not that it was much of a surprise since I adore everything that she writes. Yet her foray into dark, bully romance was deliciously sexy, highly entertaining and a nonstop roller-coaster of emotions. Sweet Retribution was an epic conclusion to the trilogy. This storyline kept me on the edge of my seat (with every single book) and it was unpredictable—which is always a huge draw to books for me! I’ve been a fan of Siobhan’s writing for years and include her in my blog schedule at every opportunity because it’s guaranteed that I will love the story. Yet, as much as I loved the storyline of the Ryderville High Elite books, I particularly loved reading her absolute mastery of the dark, bully romance trope. The range of her talents as an author was exhibited beautifully with the addition of this series to her catalog—it was so very different in nature from anything I had read by Siobhan in the past—and she deserves much praise for stepping outta the box. Bully Romance is a newer passion of mine that really launched itself this year, and now it's taken over as one of my favorite tropes. I simply can't get enough of it. As the Ryderville High Elite series is a continuous plot, it absolutely must be read in order (meaning Sweet Retribution is the last book!) And I’d absolutely recommend the series to new and old readers of Siobhan Davis who enjoy a grittier, angsty plot with lots of sizzle between the hero and heroine. Overall, I’d give this book 5-stars, but the trilogy as a whole deserves even more!!!

A Trilogy that will leave you breathless

What a journey...It was one of the most thrilling series I have read recently. Totally worth reading.

CRUEL INTENTIONS
“Cruel Intentions” is the first book in Siobhan Davis’ 'Rydeville High Elite'. I am still trying to recover from all the twists and turns of this journey. It was that awesome!

So, get ready to meet Abby Manning. Trapped in a golden cage, convicted to an arranged marriage when she turns eighteen with a guy she despises – seriously, Trend is despicable -, while still trying to keep appearances because that is what is expected of her and while she is trying to find a way to escape. Charlie, Trend and her twin Drew, along with her, are the Elite heirs that rule the school and is expected to rule the town soon, with an iron fist. One night of desperation leads to a heated encounter that will change her life forever – even is she doesn’t know it at the time. Enter the new Elite – Camden, Jackson and Sawyer . A war is brewing and no one will come out of it unharmed. Abby finds herself in the center of it, as she becomes the main pawn in a very sophisticated chess game of revenge and secrets, rooted years and years back. Everyone seems to have a hidden agenda. Who can she trust?

Let me tell you, the range of emotions this book evoked is overwhelming; angst and anger, desperation and heartache mixed with swoon worthy moments, seduction and awe. I felt for Abby. Emotionally I was with her every step of the way. The book ends with an epic cliffhanger after a revelation I never saw coming (I am not a fan of cliffhangers in books, but I can forgive Ms Davis for this one because of the greatness of this book). August can’t come soon enough, as I am desperately waiting to find out what happens next.

All in all, it was a great read. More than great, actually. Ms Davis has a way to create complicated stories that have you sitting at the edge of your seat. Well done and five solid stars from me.

TWISTED BETRAYAL
“Twisted Betrayal”, the second book in Siobhan Davis’ 'Rydeville High Elite' series, left me speechless. I was having trouble writing this review because of the plot – I can’t actually write anything without revealing major twists and turns, especially for those (unfortunate ones – trust me!) who haven’t grabbed the first book in the series yet.

Abby’s journey continuous in this second installment. And what a journey it is! She literally has to navigate through Scylla and Charybdis in order to succeed and free herself (and the ones she loves) from an impossible situation and her malicious father (who, I can dare say, is the most despicable villain I have encountered in a book – ever!) – and still it’s not sure she is going to succeed. She experiences the ultimate betrayal and loss and heartbreak – friends turn to enemies, enemies turn to friends. Secrets are revealed – secretes with the power to, once again, turn everything upside down – I can’t remember the number of times my jaw hit the floor.

Yet, Abby doesn’t give up. She is a fighter, a strategist, a powerful, determined woman, who doesn’t let anyone walk all over her, but with a heart that, even if it’s wary (and rightfully so), is forgiving and full of love. I am not going to talk about the males in this book (Kai / Camden, Charlie, Drew etc) no matter how much I want to, because the plot twists involving them are many and way too revealing – and I don’t want to ruin the experience for those of you who haven’t started with the series yet. All I am going to say is that many Alpha males (not only the main one) are swoon worthy, that Abby knows what she is doing in this department and that the hot scenes are HAWT – especially one in particular (you’ll know which one I mean when you read the book – I am still fanning myself). The cliffhanger in which this book ends – which, by the way, believe it or not, is WORSE, than the one Ms Davis left us with in the previous book , makes me crazy with anticipation for the final installment. October can’t be here soon enough.

The range of emotions this book evoked in me is, yet again, endless. I cried and I shouted (a lot), I laughed, I swooned, I fanned myself. The angst is palpable (as in every book by Ms Davis) and once again I found myself sitting at the edge of my seat. Well done and another five stars from me.

SWEET RETRIBUTION
Sweet Retribution by Siobhan Davis is the third and final installment in Abby and Kai’s story in her Rydeville High Elite series. And what a conclusion it is! The title suits it to a T. Prepare yourselves for one more gut – clutching, roller coaster ride.

The storyline continuous from where it ended in Twisted Betrayal – the second book. Abby has to make difficult decisions in order to achieve her goal and free herself and those she loves from her twisted, sick excuse of a father (and I use the term REALLY lightly here) and the rest of the corrupted Elite. Cooperation is a vital key in order for our beloved heroes to succeed. Abby is a true lioness. She doesn’t back down, calculates her moves, and with the help of those she loves the most, weaves her net carefully and methodically. The twists and turns will keep your jaw dropping, revelations will leave you speechless (not in a bad way – trust me, there are things that will make you REALLY happy) and you will fall in love again not only with Kai (swoon!), but with many, many of the amazing characters (fortunately there will be more standalones featuring some intriguing secondary characters in the series, according to the author, so I am allowed to do my happy dance).

The whole series left me deeply satisfied. I experienced all the emotions - fear, heartbreak, loss, love, swoon worthy moments, heat (oh, the heat…I’m still fanning myself when I bring in mind some particular scenes). I cried, I yelled, I hugged and cradled my kindle repeatedly. It was one of the best series I have read recently. One where you literally can’t predict anything. So, five well – worthy stars from me and congratulations to the queen of angst, Siobhan Davis, for another heart - stopping, nail – biting book (and series).

We have the conclusion to Abby and Kai’s epic love story. Just when you think there aren’t any more surprises around the corner for Abby and Kai, you couldn’t be more wrong!

I went into this book with so many theories and predictions as I’m sure most who have been reading the series did!

Will she marry him?

Will Abby fall in line as expected of her?

Will Kai allow it?

Will Abby’s father kill Kai once and for all?

HOW in the hell will they get out of this one?!

You guys, clear all that out of your head because let me tell you now, anything you THINK you know, is probably wrong! This book is totally unpredictable!

Book 1- Cruel Intentions:
Cruel Intentions it is throughout the book...Abby is my new favorite girl, not because she is a badass who kicks ass and stuff like that, no, it's because this girls goes through hell but still keeps her head high and for that? She deserves praise and much more. She is in a cruel world, a world that I wouldn't want to live in, but she tries her best, she wants out but she knows she can't just run, not she will pay their games until she can finally escape.

But, things take a turn when Cam, Sawyer and Jackson show up, them and their new money. Battles lines are drawn and Abby is in the middle because she gave her virginity to Cam because she wanted to rebel against her family and fiance. She didn't know who he was but it doesn't matter know, he holds that against her, he hates Abby like nothing else and will use that to make her do whatever they want.

If she thought her life was in dangerous before now is 10 times worse but she doesn't care, that means she will fight 10 times more, she doesn't trust anyone, not here father, not her fiance, not the new guys and it seems like not even her twin bother. She will have to just trust herself and fight.

Damn, this book, be ready people there is so much, so much going on that you will be reading int he edge of your seat. Just as Abby doesn't know who to trust, you will not know who to trust either, my heart is divided too. Do I like Cam, yes and at the same time and I want to hurt him too. Drew, ah I want to use my hands and nails on him. Sawyer and Jackson, it's a hate and love relationship too. See where I'm going...my heart is all twisted and this is only the first book. I just want to take Abby and hid her, don't know where, but then I live in MA so I don't think she would be too save with me lol.

But, seriously, I cannot recommend this book enough, I don't want to give spoilers but be ready for a rolercoaster and a half and for scream and crying and laughing and loving and hating Siobhan for this and then hypervatilating for book 2 when you are done reading book 1 because that cliffhanging at the end it's just TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!

Book 2-Twisted Betrayal:
We finally found out who kidnapped Abby. Abby is being kept hidden and when she finally wakes up she knows that things are just not the same, she just knows she cannot trust anyone anymore, now more than ever and she just knows they have broken her more than ever but she promises herself to seek revenge to the end more than ever, because NOW there is no coming back, there is no forgiveness for no one.

When help finally arrives for Abby, she has a very hard time to give her trust and to believe that anyone is there to help her. If anyone wants her friendship, forgiveness and even her love back, they are going to work ten times harder this time to win it back. How can she trust anyone? Brother? Friends? Kaiden? Her heart is just way to broken to forget and forgive...

However all the guys in her life don't give up on her and they do work hard to win her back. Kaiden is everything you want in a guy, he is the caveman that we all secretly want (I know I do lol). And he can be rough but at the same time just as gentle with Abby, and they are perfect for each other.

But there is so much more then Abby forgiving her friends and Kai, so much more at risk. Her father is more of a monster than she thought he could ever be and when they thought he couldn't do anything worse he just sucker punches them all again and the hit is even worse than before...I don't know how Abby and Kaiden are going to come through this one and I cannot wait to find out what's going to happen on book 3.

Book 3-Sweet Retribution
I don't even know where to start with this book...let me see, I don't want to spoil the many, many things that happen here because come on, you NEED to read the book and be just as surprised as me and love how things developed, right? But I can tell you that Abby and Kai get the revenge they deserve and more, so much more.

Their love is everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. These two have the most amazing love story ever. Well, it's true that their love story is not your typical sweet one, heck no, it started out with hate, revenge, bullying and much more but their love surpassed that and a heck of a lot more. These two were meant to be each others other half from the beginning. Their enemies list just kept pilling up but their small group of friends stuck together and fought through it all and that? That was solid.

Which brings me to my next point of this book, friendships. Heck, even though this trilogy was about Kai and Abby's love story don't be fouled. Siobhan focused on friendship a lot, and I loved it, I loved even more when Kai's best friends because Abby's best friends also. Sawyer and Jackson are freaking hot and every time they were mention we fell in love with them, but not only for their hotness (because heck yes) but also for their loyalty and sometimes for just being there when needed, I want a Sawyer and a Jackson in my life.

In this final book of Abby and Kai's trilogy we see Abby's master mind plan her sweet revenge on bringing down all enemies and damn is this girl doesn't do it. And of course she does it all with the help of her love and her friends and last bit of family she can trust.

The more I read, the more I wanted, the more I read about the side characters, the more I fell in love with them. I want a Drew book after this is all done, I'm literally craving more of him, I'm dying to know what is happening to him and Charlie and Jackson and Sawyer. I mean, I just need more books of all of them. I have no one else of blame but Siobhan, right? lol

This trilogy was brilliant, this story line was hot, action pact, full of amazing characters and left me craving for me.

5 out of 5 stars.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced complimentary copy of this book.

Y'all just don't how lucky you are to have ALL 3 of these books together! See, I read them one at a time, and I can't tell you how much time I spent dying inside as I waited on that next book.

Cruel Intentions:
OH MY HOLY HELL! WHAT DID I JUST READ SIOBHAN DAVIS?! It's hard for me to wrap my mind around what I just experienced, so I'm not sure how well this review will written, because while I have the general gist of the story, trying to explain it without spoilers will be near impossible. I will start out with Rydeville High Elite is the term for those kids whose families set themselves above all others, and they are contracted in marriage before they are out of school whether they like it or not. And this is Abby's story, of how she wants to buck the system as she's contracted to the most shady of a**hats, but she has king of the douchebags for a father. It looks grim for her, so the books starts out with her looking like she gets a little slice of happiness and/or revenge. It's not, it just opens her up for something that may or may not be more sinister. Oh the twists are so many, that my f-bombs couldn't even drop fast enough to cover them all to be honest. And honestly, I pretty much despised everyone who came near her by the end of the story, with the exception of a select few, as the secondaries all seemed like they were evil as well. Now I can't say they were, who the hell knows at this point, all I'm saying is I'm so suspicious it's not even funny anymore. And then to be hurled off the cliff like that?! OH THE HORROR! NOW I'M JUST SWINGING IN THE WIND WHILE HANGING BY A FINGERNAIL UNTIL AUGUST! I'm dying inside at this point because this tale of bullying to end all bullying has me jacked up & I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NOW! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Twisted Betrayal:
Twisted Betrayal is the second book in the Rydeville High Elite series, so it's absolutely imperative that you read Cruel Intentions FIRST! There are layers of insanity that start out in Book 1, so you would be very confused if you didn't. Now, let me get on with it. OH MY HELL! This book was even worse than the first one with the intensity & heart racing content. At this point, Abby is livid at Kaiden's betrayal, and when she needs his help, in the aftermath, she's going out of her way to make him hurt like he's hurt her. It doesn't take long before she has to rely on him to help her play the game of the Elite, and the stakes are even higher if possible. OMG, the twists are around every turn, while the turns are all kinds of twisted up, and it just about brought me to my knees. The level of evil the Elite is capable of it mind blowing, and I would love nothing more than to set them all on fire. Unfortunately, the way to stay alive at this point is to play the deadly game. And let me tell you, the cliffy is even more insane, so it's left me dying inside at this point. What will Abby have to do to stay safe?! Who can she truly trust at this stage of the game?! For the answers to these questions, and so much more, one click this bad boy that will keep you on the edge of your seat! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sweet Retribution:
I'm going to try to make this next couple of sentences not so confusing for everyone. Sweet Retribution is the 3rd book of Kai & Abby's story, while being the 3rd book in the Rydeville High Elite series, so, YOU MUST READ Cruel Intentions (Book 1), and Twisted Betrayal (Book 2) FIRST AND IN ORDER. Now, while it's the conclusion to Kai & Abby as the leads, it's not the conclusion to the Rydeville High Elite series. Anyway, I'm confusing myself, and I actually know what's going on. The diabolical Siobhan Davis has taken me on a ride from hell with these books, and HOLY HELL! I'm so glad that I made it to Sweet Retribution to get what I needed, though I NEVER EVER would have guessed the things that transpired. I mean, the twists throughout have been all turned out, while the turns are all twisted up, so I can honestly say that I didn't know my a** from a hole in the ground after the first two books, which only left me with one thing to do, drop some very loud f-bombs. That being said, the twists & turns in this story were next level, and OH MY HELL! I found myself speechless, so no f-bombs would be uttered throughout. I was on the edge of my seat cover to cover with heart racing, and it never slowed down until hours after I had finished. I'm hooked to these crazy, dark young people, so I'm super ready for more, and thankfully, there will be secondaries who get their own stories next year! I swear to all that is holy that you NEED to know how it all panned out, so get to one clickin' IMMEDIATELY! Now, that's all from me, except to HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Now it's time for you to hit that one click button, as this is an EPIC Trilogy! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Who does not like the connivence of boxsets? You can find the whole series in one set. I throughly enjoyed this series and i highly recommend reading this series as well as this author. She never fails to entertain me. I can expect to get lost in the characters and the plot. With lots of twists and turns, just when you think you have things figured out, Bam, not!!! I just love her stories.

CRUEL INTENTIONS:Cruel Intentions is one of the best ones I have read. Siobhan really did an exceptionally good job. She took a subject that is hard to write for many reasons, and just nailed it. You will really see just how good of a writer she really is. You really feel the characters personalities, all the way from their strength, pain, struggle, and hope. You will be on the edge of your seat all through the book. There are twists and turns that, Yes, will have you going WTF!!! There is a cliff hanger that will lead off to book two perfectly.

The characters are so different and you go through so many emotions with them. Abby was such a good character that I could get behind, she is full of spunk, sass, and funny with a touch of sweetness. Cam is a tough character. He is strong, and let me tell you, you will go from loving him to hating him. Each chapter could be different. I hope that in book two we get to know him more.
The Romance between the two is freaking hot!! Sparks fly along with the chemistry.

Overall this book is a must read for the Bully Romance fan, but let me tell you, It is so much more than that!! So sit down, carve a good long while to read. Because once you start, you are not going to want to stop!

TWISTED BETRAYAL: If I thought book one took me on a ride, book two just blew my mind!!! What in the world have I just read and I loved it so very much!!! You will be all over the place with this book. You will be drawn into Abby and Kaiden lives, rooting for them every step of the way. Ms. Davis has a way of weaving a story that not only grabs ahold of your attention but keeps it. You literally will not be able to stop reading. So much happens, and you just don't want to put the book down for fear of missing something.

Abby, my dear sweet girl how much more do you have to go through in this rough life. I felt so much of her pain and heartache, her desire just to survive. Kaiden is a strong character that is just what Abby needs to survive. Only he can give her what she needs, and that is his love.

There is everything that book one has and more, in Twisted Betrayal. This couple goes through so much to be together and their ride is one i just could not turn away from. So if you are thinking on sitting down and reading this, which i hope you do, make sure you have snacks and a drink. You are going to be reading for awhile!!

SWEET RETRIBUTION: By the time I finished Sweet Retribution, I was left thinking what in the world did I just read, and how freaking epic it was. That title, says it all right there. What an ending to a hard core, ever game changing series.

Abby and Kaiden are freaking back. After all the heartache and struggles, with still so much struggles to go. Their love for one another is so epic and inseparable. They have all kinds of odds against them, but they never give up on each other.

I don't want to give anything away, because it involves so much into the plot, but I can tell you it is a bumpy ride. Filled with planning, sacrifice, love, and lots of steamy moments. Kai is just so alpha male, I love him so damn much. One such moment had me fanning myself it was so freaking hot. And I am not one to like a situation like that. But damn Kai, you are such a bad a@@.

Overall, this series was such a great ride. Everything about it, from the main couple, to the side characters, to the action, plot, delivery, speed of the series. If you haven't read this series, I would highly recommend it, and anyone of her other books. Siobhan is really a talented author, and anyone of her book swill make you a fan.

Cruel Intentions – 5 STARS

Rydeville High is run by the ‘Old Elite’, Trent, Charlie, and Drew, whose families all come from old money. Everyone knows it, and the school runs smoothly because of it. When the ‘New Elite’ show up at Rydeville all bets are off. Camden, Sawyer and Jackson are here to stir things up, and to challenge the current rulings. Drew’s twin sister Abby is in the center of both groups, she is engaged to Trent (not by choice) and unbeknownst to her, she gave her V-card to a member of the new elite. As the battle wages on and secrets are revealed, the one thing that Abby knows is she can’t turn off her attraction to Camden, no matter how much he hates her and how much he torments her. When everything comes to a head, and even more secrets are revealed, can Abby find a way out?

This book…I’m not sure I even have the words 24 hours later to describe this book. ‘Cruel Intentions’ is a mixture (in my personal opinion) of the Fallen Crest Series by Tijan and the Boys of Brayshaw by Meagan Brandy. I don’t know what it is, but I am drawn to the Bully Romance genre and I can’t seem to get enough. The description of this book is just the tip of the iceberg. It is not only wonderfully written but will have you on the edge of your seat begging for more pages. I’ve never read any other books by Siobhan Davis, but let me tell you, if they are all like this, I’ll be buying every single one of them! This book had me going through every type of emotion. Just when I thought things were settling down, something else would happen that would throw me for another loop! The chemistry between Cam and Abby was fire hot, and I need more. Hands down one of the best books I’ve read this year, I am dying for the next book in this series to release!!

Twisted Betrayal – 5 STARS

Trust me when I say, you are not ready for this book. The Queen of Cliffhangers strikes again, but in the best way possible.

‘Twisted Betrayal’ picks up right where ‘Cruel Intentions’ left off. Abby can trust no one, but the man she loves and hates at the same time refuses to let her go. Kaiden can’t stay away from Abby, but that is the only thing that will keep him alive. Abby is forced to do the Elite’s bidding, there is nothing she can do but bide her time and play their game. When more secrets are revealed and truths begin to unfold, the reality of their situation becomes harder to bear, Abby realizes the sacrifices she will have to make to keep Kaiden alive, but make no mistake she won't ever stop fighting for the man she loves.

Holy smokes, this book. I don’t know that I have the words to express how utterly amazing this book is. The way that Siobhan writes, I know the book is going to be a cliffhanger but it’s where she leaves me that I can’t wait to find out. I read this book so fast, but wanted to savior it at the same time. This book is an emotional rollercoaster. I will tell you, that once again, Jackson provides some much needed comedic relief in this book. ‘Twisted Betrayal’ will draw you in from page one, and keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end. Every single emotion, I felt it, Siobhan has a way of writing that makes you feel every emotion that the characters are feeling. There were parts that had me laughing out loud, parts that had me screaming, and parts that left me in tears. This book will rip your heart out in the best way, but now I need book 3 to hopefully put me back together again. Well done Siobhan, you truly are a gift to the readers of the world!

Sweet Retribution – 5 STARS

What. An. Ending. I don’t think I have the right words to express how seriously EPIC this book was. I don’t know that I could have asked for a better ending. The title says it all. I won’t say much, because I don’t want to give ANYTHING away for readers, but just know, this book picks right up where book two left off, and takes you on a freaking emotional journey. Just when you think you have it figured out, Siobhan throws you for another loop.

‘Sweet Retribution’ is the most perfect ending to Abby and Kai’s story. I also love that we aren’t done seeing these characters, as Siobhan has confirmed more books are coming involving some of the secondary characters in the series. So we will still get to visit with Abby and Kai and I couldn’t be happier. Siobhan made me fall in love with these characters, and for that I am grateful. This is a series that will be on my list of books that I reread because the entire series is that good. If I could give this book more than five stars I would because it is that amazing. Siobhan has a way with words that just grabs you from the start and keeps you turning the page until the very end. This is truly the epic conclusion we've all needed!

Cruel Intentions: Rydeville Elite #1
When the new elite show up at Rydeville High Abby's life will be turned up side down. Abby is drawn into the group of boys determined to get revenge on her father. What the boys don't realize is, that if they told her of their intentions, she would willing participate in her father's downfall. Her father made an agreement with a business associate when she was 10 years old, Abby will be forced to marry the son of the associate when she turns 18. The problem is, Abby can't stand her fiance, he is a bully and abusive, just like her father.

Wow, I loved this book, these characters are absolutely driven and take extreme measures to make sure their plans for revenge will succeed. OMG, this book kept me on the edge of my seat, and up until the early hours of the morning, from the first page to the last. Fantastic read with betrayal, murder, extreme bullying, and abuse. A must read book, I love all of this author's books, and in my opinion this may be the best one yet, and I can hardly wait to find out what happens next.

Twisted Betrayal: Rydeville Elite #2
Holy @#$& !! I didn't think Drew's and Abby's father could get any more evil than he already was, I was wrong. The new elite are doing their best to find the evidence they need to bring down Michael Hearst and the rest of the and the rest of his generation of the elite, but someone they consider an ally has his own agenda. Kai is threatened and Abby will be force to marry another to save his life.

While I was rooting for the younger generation, well most of them, the older generation I thought were completely reprehensible, twisted, with absolutely no redeeming qualities, and wondering if they even have any humanity left in them, although I'm not sure why because they obviously don't. I also found myself wishing I could crawl into the pages and strangle a few of them myself.

In my opinion, this is a fantastic read with so many unexpected twists it keeps you guessing all the way to the end of the book. I loved this book, and I can't wait until the last book of this fascinating, captivating, intense, and twisted series of books. I also think this is a must read, but with possible triggers for some, it may not be for every reader.

Sweet Retribution: Rydeville Elite #3
Abby, Kai, their families, and the few friends they can trust have plotted, carefully planned, they successfully execute their plan, and finally believe they can put and end to the Elite. Part of the plan is to make sure Abby's father will never become president of the elite, in order to do that they must convince other members to vote for another candidate. To do that, they will have to find all the evidence that Hearst is using to blackmail the key members needed keep him from becoming more powerful than he is already.

Wow! There is romance and a happily ever after, but this book is action packed, with suspense, and a lot of violence, and there are plenty of surprising twists in the plot that kept me on the edge of my seat. These characters are fascinating, unique, and convincing, although some of them are down right twisted, I think this is a must read. I think this book was a fantastic conclusion to this series, and would recommend all of these books to fans of romantic suspense.

I am voluntarily leaving an honest and non-incentivized review of this ARC.

I've read all of the three books in this series, they were all fabulous

Cruel Intentions
The story revolves around two groups the Elite and the New Elite. The Elite is made up of four key players, Abigail Manning, Andrew Manning A.K.A Drew who is also Abby’s twin brother, Trent Montgomery, and Charles Barron the Third A.K.A Charlie.I loved Abby & Cam as a couple, I hope the author focus more on these two in the second edition rather than on the others. However, with the way the book ended I also need Cam to step up and be someone worthy of Abby! I also hope the author justifies all the humiliation that Abby had to undergo because of her horrible & wicked father and his goons. The author conveyed Abby’s utter helplessness of being overpowered and unable to escape it. It was horrifying to read what her so called father put her through, the embarrassment, humiliation she underwent. I felt very sad reading it She’s been through so much by the people who should love her that I need her to have ONE person who is HER HERO.

Twisted betrayal
The book is full of twists, betrayal and lies. Continuing from the first book cruel intentions, Abby is been kidnapped by her bastard of a father and kept at Parkhurst as a prisoner. When she finally comes to her senses, she devise a plan to escape. I absolutely loathed Abby’s father and Charlie (who seems to be running his own game) there are no words to describe Abby's despicable father and the things he has done to her. I don’t want to spoil the story by divulging more you have to read this series. This story is so well written, the plot and the emptions running through your body is just amazing! Hats off to Ms. Davis for writing a firecracker of story. I just couldn't finish this soon enough to see what happens. Of course, this is a cliff-hanger and waiting anxiously to read the spinoff of this series. I hope we don’t have to wait a long time for the release of the third book and also looking forward to reading Drew’s HEA as well.

Sweet Retribution
I’m in awe of Siobhan Davis!! She has written a spellbinding spectacular series and this is the best out of all of the three. This book can’t be read as a standalone and you have to read the other two previous books in the series. I recommend that you start reading them if you have not done so already, you will not regret it. Sweet Retribution is the epic conclusion to the Rydeville High Elite series.
Kai & Abby’s emotional saga continues in this book, but there are several surprises that I did not see coming. This story brings together Abby’s plan and execution of it with her friends. Abby & Kai are both stronger characters in this, especially Abby after all the abuse and punishment given to her by her evil father. I just loved Drew and how he protected Abby, I’m waiting read more of his story in a another book
I just loved all Abby & Kai’s friends, and looking forward to reading their stories. Take a bow Ms. Davis you have written an epic series.

Now that this is a complete box set. I'd thought I'd copy and paste my reviews. I love Siobahn and you need this series in your life!
Cruel Intentions is the first book in the Rydeville High Elite Series by the phenomenal Siobhan Davis. She did a fantasic job with this bully romance. 5 twisted amazing stars. This story has everything you want lies, secrets and hot and heavy scenes. This story is so well wrtitten. But if you know Siobahn's writing you know you are in for one hell of a ride. I can't wait for book two. You need to 1 click this book stat. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Siobahn for another amazing story!

Ok, this book left me speechless! October can't get here fast enough. Twisted Betrayal picks up where cruel intentions left off with Abby drugged kidnapped and alone. She has been betrayed by everyone she loves. It is so hard to write this review without giving anything away. Aaahh. The character development was epic. I no longer have a love hate relationship with Kai, I just love him now. Charlie on the other hand I knew there was more to him then what we thought. I love/hate him now. I love how Davis has other characters so involved. I absolutely loved Jackson in this book. I'm all for team Xavier/Sawyer. We will see where Siobahn takes those two. I didn't think I could hate a character as much as I hate Abby's father what twisted f& this story reveals so much more then the 1st book. I literally read it in one sitting. Screw adulting right! 😜 but in all seriousness Siobhan sure delivered with this one you literally feel every emotion. There is so many twists and turns with this book you see alot of the characters true colors in this book. Siobahn writing is epic. I was not disappointed the wait was torture but totally worth it. Now onto waiting for Sweet Retribution! Thank you Siobahn this series one of my absolute favorites. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book

OMG, what a ending to a fantastic series. I DREADED the end of Kai and Abby's story. I feel complete with how it all ended and it was one hell of a roller coaster rides with what every character goes through. My heart hurts for everything Abby has been put through. This story was so well written. Their is no words for how crazy Abby's father is and the elite. You will not be disappointed in Abby and Kai's conclusion. I literally don't want to give anything away from this story. It is definitely a 1 click buy and Siobahn never lets her fan base down. She is brilliant and Sweet Retribution was phenomenal. Bring on Jackson and Sawyer. I am hoping Drew and Xavier and Charlie all get their own story! I got a ARC for my honest review.
