In one second, your entire life can change. Sydney will never forget the night that this became her reality. For as long as she can remember, the only people Sydney has cared about are her little sister, Paris, and her Uncle Maurice. There's no one in the world she loves more than these two, and there's nothing she wouldn't do for either of them. However, one fateful night, her world as she knows it flips on its head in a frighteningly tragic event. Sydney is left to pick up the pieces with a hundred questions and even fewer answers.
Breezy Kingsman is a notorious hustla with a big mouth and an even bigger attitude. He's made his money off the streets his entire life, selling drugs and pimping strippers. His lifestyle has made his heart cold. Love has never been on his mind as he's always been about his money and his next move. But when his world unexpectedly collides with Sydney's, everything changes.
Extremely skeptical of Breezy's motives and lifestyle, Sydney cannot discount the fact that she is completely intrigued by him. Sydney is different from the girls Breezy is used to, so his attraction to her is not something he can ignore. Can these two find love despite their differences? Or are their pasts connected in more ways than they even know? Find out in part one of Capturing the Heart of a Ruthless Boss.
Held my attention from beginning to end and what a ending. Enjoyed the storyline, plot and these characters. It flowed really well and I couldn't put it down...a page-turner. Sydney and Paris watched her uncle murdered and now alone in the world. Throw in some drama with twist and turns, she meets Breezy. I like her and Breezy together, but it's more drama on the horizon. Throw in her friend Brian and Ebony to add in the mix of things. That ending is the beginning to it all, who killed Sydney uncle and Breezy friend Chico.....Ice. I can't wait to see what happens next. Great job Sephiri J.
Sydney and Paris witness something that no should ever had to witness and that changed the course of their life. As Sydney best friend. Brian shouldn't have allowed Kelly hoe ass to disrespect Sydney. Especially after what she had went through. Kelly was trifling but I have a feeling she's going to be a problem. Breezy is cocky and rude but seems like a okay guy. He came into Sydney life at the right time but it seems their relationship is going to be full of drama. For one Ebony feels like Breezy owe her for being down with him for year's and secondly the way this ended with Ice showing up. Sydney remembered who he is and I believe Ice has the answer's to Breezy question's about Chico. I'm looking forward to part two.
Sydney has had a rough m Dr she sees her uncle killed in front of her and her baby Sister paris. Her best friend Brian is in love with her but he has a no good girl friend. Breezy comes into the picture and doesn't know Sydney is the piece to the puzzle he is missing. Hurry up part 2.
