STICKY: Some things you never forget

Rate this book
Memories are strange things. Sometimes you could forget the most “important” things and recall seemingly random events that have no bearing on anything.

In other words, certain chains of events are Sticky!

In this curious and compelling collection, author Michael Wexler (The Seems Series, The Work From Home Survival Guide) digs back into his own memory bank and comes out with a basket full of stories that defy categorization. From “The Golden Rule,” about a Down syndrome boy who finally gets his shot, to attempting to crack the game “Wizardry,” to the hilarious but heartfelt ”When Your Drug Dealer Tells You He Wants to Kill Himself,” Wexler takes us on a journey through his own life and times.

Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction and these touching tales will not disappoint!

By the author of Baked Potatoes, this was a short, cheap, funny and touching collection of those "sticky" memories you never forget. Amusing and sometimes sad. A fun, fairly quick read. I'll be searching out more of his books.
