My first from this author and my first of this genre, loved every page! was really drawn into the scenes with great detail and a mix of characters you love and you wanna not so love. not to long of a read but was well paced and enjoyable read throughout.

Well, I think the delicious cover alone deserves 5 stars, but the story was entertaining and steamy too. I really liked Maxim and Melisa's chemistry, and thought the author did a marvelous job with the world-building as well. I look forward to more works by Alex Keen.

A story for love between gladiator and female slave. They are forced to have sex for fun of others but there are things their owner does not know. They want to be together. Will they try???? Well written historical steamy read. Good reality and background. Interesting characters.
