I have wanted Den's book since we first met him when protecting Talia. This meant, I had VERY high expectations going into this book. I didn't think it was possible, but the book exceeded those expectations. Den's story and history were fascinating to learn. And I loved the way he and Mina opened up to each other, all while unravelling the mysteries at the heart of this book. Nobody intertwines the personal with the suspenseful the way PT Michelle does. And I honestly think this might be my favorite book of the whole In The Shadows series.

This was my first read in this series, so obviously I read out of order. But I didn't mind! It was easy to follow along with the drama without the fine details. I found the storyline gripping. There was a lot of crazy drama but I jumped into it fully. The romance was quick and not fully fleshed out, but I still found them sweet and bought into it. An exciting read.

Seeing as I'm a fan of romantic suspense, the synopsis sounded right up my alley. Bodyguard is synonymous with action and intrigue for me and just wow, Michelle has delivered in spades! And I have to add that she did an excellent job with the British lingo. Nobel Brit can be read as a standalone; however, there were moments in the book when I wanted to know more about the Blake family, especially Sebastian. That being said, I really enjoyed this novel.
Dennet Barasa is a true Brit. Loyal and undeterred, the safety of Mina Blake is his first and foremost concern. He took on the assignment with Black Security for various reasons and he went about it with expertise. Throw gorgeousness into the mix and what we have is a swoon-worthy guy who’s trying to overcome a past happening, yet still consumed with guilt. What I truly liked about Den was his unforgiving stance, and him holding back his feelings until just the right moment showed me that he'd found someone he could share his feelings with. But injustice isn’t in his book regardless of who had been or who could be on the receiving end. His vengeful steadfastness is woven into the story really very well, considering that the story revolves around Mina.
Mina. I wasn’t too sure about this lass to start off with but while reading on, I realised how capable she was of being her own woman. Now then, I really don’t like letting on but in this case, I’d like to give you my honest opinion regarding age differences. Yes, it plays a part in this story. Yes, it’s relatable and lifelike but I really didn’t think it was a problem. Den ruminated about it, Mina didn’t even blink an eye. There were many more pressing issues to resolve without worrying about numbers because that’s just what they are. Mina’s in danger, and he's got to find out why.
I loved the banter between Den, Mina and her family and although there were a couple of big-little surprises before the book finished, one of them tied up a loose end perfectly. I’d never put two and two together in respect to the title which also got a smile out of me! Great character development, a solid plot with some action-packed scenes makes for a good read. I’ll certainly be adding other books from this series to my TBR list. Bravo Michelle!

Noble Brit is book 9 of the In the Shadows series and is PTs best novel to date!! The book centers around characters that you were introduced to in the previous novels Den and Mina and the growing relationship they build. The interaction between the two of them from the very beginning to the end builds to this intense connection based on healing and moving forward with happiness.
Den as a character is very mysterious. He keeps his life private and doesn’t get attached to anything to protect himself, that is until Mina comes into his life when he’s assigned her. She becomes a beacon in his closed off life and saves him from past demons that he harbors until the end.
Mina as a whole is a character who grows into the woman she is. Yes she’s a mother to Josi but she’s more than that, she’s her own woman and she learns this in her journey to finding her love with Den. It’s amazing to watch a spoiled heiress at first become the sexy woman she’s capable of being!
What I loved the most about their explosive story is how they helped each other heal from past traumatic experiences and became the foundation for each other to build themselves again. It was a spectacularly beautiful novel with all the suspense and romance you need to keep you in a book trance. I would so completely recommend this book!!!

Noble Indeed!
I gave this book a five star rating because it delivers on all levels. PT Michelle’s series “in the shadows “started out awesome and just kept getting better. Mystery, intrigue, erotic romance, and characters you either love or love to hate! One incredibly satisfying element of PT Michelle‘s writing is the revenge, she doesn’t sugarcoat it, you can bet when they’re evil, They’ll get what they deserve, one way or another! My only issue with this book is that I want more! I totally love Den and Mina together and I want more of their story - wedding, (hopefully) kids and their life together!!!!

Yet another brilliant book
Pt Michelle thank you for yet another gripping book in the series. I have eagerly anticipated this book as have enjoyed each segment of this brilliant series. I love all the characters and how you easily portray their relationships with not just there romantic interests but also the team which is their bigger family. I recommend this series of books especially the Noble Brit.

I’ve wanted this story since Den was brought on stage. P.T doesn’t fail with him and Mina. If you love the Series you will love Den and Minas story. Melt your heart and make you have all the feels with the twists and turns. I will not put spoilers but you need to read the book.

British, former MI6 operative, need I say more?
I’ve loved Den since we first met him many books back in Talia & Seb’s storyline. It was wonderful to finally get his story. He’s loyal, sexy, smart & deadly; that’s quite the combo. It broke my heart to find out about his past and am so happy to see him find happiness again.
It took me a bit to connect with Mina. That may be because we’ve only had small interactions with her in the past. She seems much more mature since she’s been a single mom, but she still made questionable choices in this book.
There was SO MUCH happening plot wise. I almost had whiplash from everything going on. In the end, it all came together and it all played a part. However, it did feel like maybe too much was happening.
I do truly love this series and look forward to more from Den & Mina.

I just love Mina! She's come a long way since the suicide of her roommate in College. Talia helped with that! And over the years her three brothers have been there whenever she needed them. Even still babying her, she is the baby of the family after all. She's been married & had a baby, Josi, & divorced! She's grown a lot as a woman & a Mom! Though things are getting a bit weird & she's not sure what is going on!
Den works at BLACK Security! He's ex-MI6. Not someone to mess with!! And his eyes are on Mina. He's watching out for her, at Talia's request. And what he sees is bothering him. As they figure things out, Den is also becoming much closer to her. He keeps telling himself that she's too young, that it's not right to be with a client! But...
As with the others in this Series, A great read!!

Another great addition to the series. This story was about Mina as she copes with the death of her mom and disappearance and betrayal of her friend, all while dealing with being a single mother. Then in comes the sexy bodyguard who has been protecting her family for years. Only, Haha deadly secrets of his own. Together, their lives and mutual attraction combust with a whole heckuva lot of unexpected and unpredictable twists.
Quite an intriguing story.

I was so happy to read Dens book, I was looking forward to it from the beginning of the series and I was not disappointed in the least!!
I was so happy to see Den and Mina together, they were exactly what they both needed in one another.
The intensity of this story ripped my heart out then it was slowly put back together by the end. I cant wait to see what else is in store for this series.

Great Read
Loved the interesting plot and the loyal,enigmatic Den. I will definitely have to go back and read the first books in the series all over again. P T Michelle has a great writing style and tight plot. Talia and Sebastian will always be my favourites, but Mina and Den certainly come a close second.

So happy Den and Mina finally have their stories. Den is one of the most interesting characters and I am glad this book delved into his past a bit more. I think he and Mina end up as a good fit for each other.

Den is an amazing character and its nice to finally read his story, with his strong character its nice to see that he has a soft side. Prepare to cry, smile, and be happy for this handsome Brit!
