Stupid books. I DNF book 1 because of the idiocy of the story, and how stupid Sally was.
Since I had the three books as a bundle I started book 2 and it was just as stupid and Sally is still an ignoramus. I skimmed the rest of the book
Book 3 was the same. What crappy books.

Police Investigators
The 3 books each were riveting with the investigation, and had surprising endings. Throw in some romance to add to the mystery. The language is quite coarse. The " f" type words were so frequent and off putting in the first volume, that I nearly didn't read the other 2 books.

Lovely,gentle reading
With a determined female lead detective, who has a soft heart, and a protective make partner who isn't afraid to tell her when she's out of order, these books offer a gentle sort of excitement that keeps you turning the pages. A little comedy, A bit of mystery makes them an excellent read.

Triple deaths (a cold case)
I must loved all 3 in the box set, I expected the books to be rushed ,they weren't, as with most books & films when there seems to be bits missing, (not in these books) we really get to know Sally & Jack. you root for team at the same time.
Sorry guess who kill the three,
And the vandal too.

Not bad stories, but a bit shallow and rather "girly" for my taste. I read all three, spaced out over quite some time, and would not want to read one after another. Overall, good value from the free offer via BookBub!

Good stories about this detective. It’s a story that feels realistic and makes it fun to read. I think most would enjoy all 3 of Sally Parker’s stories.

I greatly enjoyed this set. The protagonist s have interesting things going on in their lives. This allows for multidimensional characters.

Female detective inspector with a good working relationship with a solid team. Interesting cases with several twists and also an insight into the personal lives of the main players. Extremely enjoyable
