Mary Gautrueaux delves into the necessities of living a true life for Christ. She provides a detailed, yet easy to read, map that describes Jesus' commands on how we should go about our day to days. In addition, she also provides various prayers and habits we can apply in our life. Truly, she is a woman of God and anyone would be blessed to read her words.

I generally liked this book but due to the short length at some parts I wished she would explain more what she was trying to say. Personally I had to process a lot of what I thought were strangely worded phrases but ended up finding it biblically sound (from what I could tell anyway). A good starting point but I’d definitely read it with people who can help answer questions if there comes points that could be more explained. Overall message was super good and important though 👍🏻

A quick read that touches all the basic spiritual disciplines and has practical application after each chapter. Definitely practical for small groups or in a churches new believers class.
