Meet Sly Verdict. A successful realtor with a special hobby. He follows a specific set of rules to aid in his serial killing hobby. If you ever buy or sell a house, beware of who might have a spare key to your home.
Each chapter in this book demonstrates how Sly applies his 'rules' to his special hobby of killing people that he deems unworthy.
The 'rules' are in place to keep his identity a secret. But when a member of a policeman's family goes missing, Sly's rules don't protect him as much as he thought they would.
WARNING 18+. This book is full of blood and gore. Not for the faint of heart. Proceed with caution. If you don't like extreme horror, then this book is not for you.

This is an extremely gruesome and gory horror story about a businessman who is a successful and well-liked estate agent but whose sick hobby back at home is to torture and slowly execute his ‘invited’ houseguests who have all strayed from the path of righteousness in their own inimitable way.
Living on an isolated farm and with the local sheriff as his trusted, but totally unaware, best friend, what could possibly go wrong?
A really good, well structured and fast moving story which does however unfortunately seem to lack a true cliffhanger ending and deliberately fails to offer closure to many of the sub-plots contained within the narrative. Never mind, looking forward to reading more about old ‘Sly’s’ exploits and his ‘always hungry’ farm pets in book 2 - ‘Unhinged’. How apt!
Scenes of extreme violence, torture and distress are contained within - you have been warned! Rating: 4.2 stars.
I love horror so of course, I loved this book extremely!!! Great story with lots of blood and gore, of course! I love this author because I have not ever been disappointed. Love it so much I had to purchase it!

This is the story of Sly, a part-time realtor and part-time avenging angel(in his eyes). While I can see how some of his victims deserve punishment, let's face the facts: this guy is just a deranged man with a rigid set of rules that make him feel justified in his actions; I will say his love of animals is refreshing in this sorta book. This series seems like it is gonna be a wild ride full of twisted moments, brutality and gore and while I don't hope for the best for Sly; I also don't hope for the worst for him.
Got the bind up with the 3 books in the series but decided to review each. A good start, dark and gruesome but also made me invested in the characters wanting to know whats going to happen next.
I feel like I should have liked this more. It’s kind of like Dexter. Which I haven’t read but have watched multiple times. And it’s not the horror/gore content. I wasn’t offended or anything like that. I read it and it went by quickly. It’s paced well and there’s obstacles for Sly and I don’t think there’s any big error other than it simply not being for me. May swing back around later and try a different series.
This book starts off with the introduction of Sly Verdict, a very succsesfull realtor who's best friends with the sheriff and his lovely sister, and his unwilling guest, Chester. Unwilling? Yes he's been abducted and now held prisoner underneath the guesthouse. In the first chapters we witness the gruesome torture and murder of Chester before he's fed to the pigs. Sly has a hobby! But he's not just any serial killer, he's got a set of rules and only takes the (according to himself) unwanted elements out of society... . This serial is definetly not for the fainthearted as the various acts of violence, sex and torture are meticuosly described in gruesome details. And despite this, there are several moments where you can almost feel sympathy for the killer because of the nasty character of the victims. But of course I can't condone anyone taking the law into their own hands. Apart from that he's not consistent in his criteria: adultery?, hunting? If anything this book is fast-paced and the body-count soon runs up. This book 's a quick read with 104 pages and ends in a cliffhanger so you have to wait for the next installment in the serial to find out where it all ends. I received a free ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This is defiinitely a dark gorefest of horror. Not for the faint hearted and those that are easily offended. I enjoyed this as horror is my genre . Really well written plot and story line. Really enjoyed the characters and can't wait to read the next one to see where the author takes us next with them. Recommended for true horror fans.

This was a fantastic read! I really felt charmed by Sly from the get go. Rather odd considering he is a torture murderer. However, I see his actions as justice. The thing I found so wonderful about how Sea wrote the characters is the fact that they all had air of some mystery. Other than the victims there was mystery to them. The victims were the ones we learned the most about. True we learn some of Sly’s methods and rules, Edward, and Cindy. However, it just felt titillating and just a taste of what is to come in the following books. I love the fact that sly is not completely explained. He doesn’t explain why he started what he is doing, his motives, or what drove him to it. It just sucked me right in! I was cheering for sly! And old stalker cop is gonna get his, even if sly has to bend or break rules. Because he is a thorn. Thank you so much Sea for such a wonder introduction into the world of Sly Verdict! I cannot wait to read all the others! They are on my TBR! Very original, creative, and chillingly gruesome!

This sure was kind of a book. While the writing isn't bad, the book is littered with typographical errors that are a little distracting. They're not really distracting from much though. What Caummisar does here is give us a taste of a plot. The entire book is a tease because there really isn't a story. It's character driven, but the characters aren't doing much but killing or being killed. It feels senseless, which hurts any attempt at horror by taking the violence out of any context. Descriptions are very sparse except the protagonist. Even the violence is underwhelming. Overall, this was an attempt--and I think the author shows a lot of talent, but it just isn't refined enough to produce a good horror novel just yet.
Really enjoyed this book. Full of gore and blood and horror throughout the whole story right til the very end. I can't wait to read the next book in the series to see how sky progresses and how Cindy comes in in the story and if she ever finds out about slys hobby. Also if officer Williams finds out of becomes a house guest. So many more things to find out and that keeps you enthralled. Only part i didn't like was the ending. It just like stopped. Though you was half way through a chapter but from another perspective a great way to get readers to buy the next book to find out what happens next. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommended for readers of extreme horror!!
Following the life of a serial killer, Sly is a Dexter-style villain who picks his victims with their own indiscretions and faults, from family bully to thief to animal hunter. The torture methods used made me squirm in my seat...this shows how good this really is. I can't wait for the next in the series.
This was a decent book with a Dexter-esque theme. Sly tortures and kills people for fun. Some of them are pretty bad people, some really aren't, but they fit his parameters. This book was short and had a fairly predictable plot, which isn't bad. This would be a good beach read that could be finished in a day and not strain the mind. All in all a good read and good start to a fun series.
I really liked this book. It was really hardcore gore. I've often wondered how people like this can exist. The mind of these psychopaths are incredible. Sadly they do exist. Sly is a psychopath who makes a good living as a realtor and on the side is a killer of those he reasons unfit to live. He does some really sick torture to his victims and the author cuts no corners. This book is Not for the squmish.
thank you so much to sea caummisar for the pdf download of verdict realty about the book Meet Sly Verdict. A successful realtor with a special hobby. I don't know how to describe this book it was like nothing I had read before , the writing was amazing I love how sly has a special hobby it just made the book so different and unique in murder mystery books the people just die this horror story was told from Sly's point of view killing people and why he did it I also like how the book left you wondering what would happen next and the feeling of wanting to read more . can't wait for the next one to come out I read this in one day it had the right amount of pages I would recommend this to my friends and family love LAURA8759.

Looking for something a bit grizzly to read look no further then the books of 'Sea Caummisar'.
I'm having finished the Easy Money (Deadly Reality TV) series I have moved on to her next extreme horror series (Verdict Realty #1: Judge. Jury Torturer) This time we meet Sly Verdict as cool as a cucumber, a successful realtor and guy with a deadly hobby which has a very specific number of rules that must be obeyed.
I can confirm these books are not for the faint heart and definitely not to be read in the reception area of the opticians where I started pulling rather funny faces.
A great fast-paced character-driven story for those that are fond of stories about serial killers. Sea Caummisar takes us into the terrifying psychotic mind of Sly who is completely convinced he's doing the world a favor with his gruesome hobby of killing those he judges to be bad people. Definitely a lot of gore with detailed descriptions of the torture and death of Sly's victims. I enjoyed that it was fast-paced and I sat and read it in one sitting because once I started it I wanted to see what happened.
An enjoyable read. Sea Caummisar knows how to flesh her characters out. The idea behind the story, at times, reminded me of Dexter (a serial killer with a moral code). That's where the similarities end, thankfully. The plot, being an original enough beast, that it doesn't feel, in any way, ripped off from that show. As with any extreme horror, it's the kills that everyone is interested in, and there is an abundance of wince-inducing murders, and nobody kicks the bucket pleasantly. Judge. Jury. Torturer. is more than worth your time. I will most certainly be reading more from the author.
This author is brilliant at what he does, that is write the most sick and gory stories out there today! Here we go again with the start to a new series, this time our theme is real estate agents, one in particular agent, Sly Verdict. If gore isn’t your thing then you may not like this story, then again you might just read it and change your mind and decide gore is now your thing!

Verdict Realty #1 Judge. Jury. Torturer is an extreme horror and forms part of the three series.
Sly is a realtor who has had a tough childhood moving from one foster family to the next, and this has shaped him to be the person that he has become - a successful businessman with a hidden dark side. He keeps his professional and personal life separate from his hobby which is ridding the world of the evil.
It is a great plot written in the third person with a unique story layout of Sly's rules instead of the standard number sequencing of chapters. There is more to the story than reading about extreme torture as it emcompasses other aspects of Sly's day to day living and relationships with other people. The character building throughout the book is exceptional and readers really tap into Sly's mindset.
The ending is unexpected but is one that hooks the reader into the next book in the series. It is an enjoyable read for those that can stomach sickening human torture. A great book for horror fans and also appeals to those looking for a different genre to read.
My first book by this author and will be my last. At about 50% I got bored and started skimming. I found Sly a bit stupid to be honest. The cops searched his house and property and he took another victim that night. He didn’t get catch but I found he took unnecessary risks. Cindy only became interested in Sly after she found out he was rich so I can’t imagine that they are going to work out. Sly’s basement torture was very mundane and I wasn’t a bit horrified....maybe I should stop reading these books for awhile.
As in Sly Verdict, serial killer. I’ve read all three books in the series; I guess because I kept hoping to see some improvement in the storyline; but it was just more of the same. These books are solely about torture and gore. I find it hard to believe a serial killer would get so sloppy with cars and develop a conscience; as he did it book 3. There’s not a lot in character development or scene settings. I’ll take a hard pass on anymore of this author’s work.
If you really get a kick out of B Movies, and want to watch a painfully Amateurish Author butcher Jeff Lindsay's Dexter creation without adding any sense of uniqueness that a 14 year old Fan couldn't have crafted on their own, then I would pick up this Book. If you value your money, time, and intellect, then I would leave it alone. There are much better Female Independent Horror Authors that you can support.
Sly Verdict is a realtor. And he has rules. He uses his job to take out bad people. Following his rules keeps him safe. Until it doesnt. One cop targets him and Sly uses his best friend to make it stop. All so he can keep killing.
Actually on the 3rd book right now. These are so good. Brutal, extreme horror at the worst. Sea has a very creative and dark mind and I love all her books. Sly is one sicko. Torturing and ridding the world of who he thinks don’t deserve to be alive.
This was ok but nothing close to the other books I've read by this author. I didn't "get" the characters at all and won't bother reading the next in the series.
