Her only hope was her high school friend Nick Sawyer and his brothers who owned Trident Security. Trident Security realized that Forrest Security may have assets they were missing to assist with the retrieving Nicole’s son

Paul Shu, an operative with Forest wasn’t looking for a relationship. He was more of a love’m and leave’m kind of guy. The attraction he felt for Nicole couldn’t be ignored.

When Jin Peng’s father resented her attempts to retrieve her son, he decided to persuade her otherwise. Would Nicole get her son back? Would Paul be able to keep her safe from the threats she now faced?

Rose Nickol been a published author since June of 2014. She likes to write in several different genres along the romance spectrum. She started out reading Nancy Drew mysteries when she was in grade school and graduated to her Mom’s Harlequin Romances in her early teens. She’s read every type of book there is and enjoyed horror and science fiction when younger.

Nicole needs help and everyone is suggesting she go to Trident Security for the help. Seeing as she went to school with Nick, she makes an appointment with Ian and Devon. To get her son back from her ex husband, Ian and Devon introduce her to Paul Shu. He has the ties that will be helpful in her case. These two characters connected almost instantly and I enjoyed watch their relationship grow. There was a little twist in the story that surprised me a bit and while I was hoping there would be more of a story with her ex, it was still good. It just showed what a jerk he was and how much he fooled Nicole. Good story and as always, I love seeing some of the Trident guys in action!!

I am in love with these spin-off books, lots of favourites from the Trident team along with a whole new series of players makes this book well worth reading. Nicole's son has been kidnapped by her estranged husband and the men from Trident bring in specialists to help retrieve the boy. Along the way you will find a few plot twists and some seriously steamy between the sheets scenes, all adding up to one very entertaining story

A great combination of the boys from Trident and new characters that are instantly new favorites. When her ex-husband kidnaps their son and takes him to China, Nicole gets help from Paul to retrieve the boy and bring him home. Add in steamy connections, twists and turns and action and adventure and you have the perfect combination for a great story. I have really enjoyed the Suspenseful Seduction World and look forward to reading the other books these authors have written.

Wow! I’m loving all these authors writing in the Trident Security world and their adjacent characters. This book was really into the established characters and pretty spot on with them. Nicole was a great leading lady to establish with Paul. They worked to get her son returned from his father who fled to his home in China. Want more details? Take the time to check it out. The book sucked my in right from the beginning, there was suspense a promising romance. I enjoyed the story line that developed between Nicole and Paul, I liked the BDSM element and scene, I however felt there needed to be more suspense, it was going really well, then it just fell off, with that being said I have found another author to follow and read. This will not be my last book of Rose’s I read.
PS I also like how she incorporated some of the Trident characters in the book as well.

Bound by the Red Thread is part of Samantha Cole’s “Suspenseful Seduction World”, it’s written by Rose Nickol and has a some of Samantha’s Trident Security characters in it. Rose wrote a great book for Nicole and childhood friend of Nick Sawyer, her son has been kidnapped by her husband and taken to China, and he is refusing to bring him back. Finally she turns to her childhood friend last company Trident Security to help her. Ian puts her in contact with Forrest Security because they have contacts in China, introducing a whole team of new characters, one of which is Paul who Nicole has an instant attraction too. I really enjoyed this book and loved the cameos of Samantha’s characters.

Nicole goes to the Trident Security Team For Help,but When Sends Forrest Security Team to take her case will they be able to help her? This book was absolutely fantastic and we saw the Trident men but holy smokes I absolutely love Forrest security team as well. Nicole's ex husband takes off with their son and shes having trouble getting him back . Paul has never wanted to be serious with a woman and have a relationship with one as well but will they be able to keep their feelings bottled up and fight theirs attraction or will it end when her case is settled?this book had me hooked from the beginning until the end and is it bad I want more lol Rose Nicklol did a fantastic job with book and its absolutely a must read.

Nicole doesn't know where to turn to. She has heard a lot about Trident Security. One of the brothers that run it, Nick, was a classmate in school.
Paul is with a Security firm that is brought in to assist Trident with a case.
Nicole's ex has taken her son and returned to China. She will receive help from both Security agencies to get him back. Her and Paul, who is also a Dom, have started a relationship. Will she get her son back? Will her and Paul stsy together?

I enjoyed the story, it drew me in and kept me guessing. The main characters, Nicole and Paul, are interesting and well developed. The story has a twist with Nicole I didn't see coming. It just shows sometimes what you think is love can be blind. I always love seeing the Trident Security guys in action but add in Forrest Security (Paul's team), another security company with some connections even TS doesn't have and it's makes for a great read.

This is a great little novella and a new addition to Suspenseful Seduction World. A young mom, Nicole Swafford, seeks help from a Ian and Devon Sawyer when her husband divorces her and absconds to his native China while she is on her job as a traveling nurse. Ian finds a security company with the contacts needed and brings them in. One of these men, Paul Chu, has the connection needed at the Chinese Consulate and also has a hunger for his new client. Her submissive nature calls to his dominant side. When she is threatened by her ex father-in-law and a stalker things get interesting.

I loved this book! Nicole went to the Trident guys for help getting her son back from China, where his father took him. They refer her to another security company who is better equipped the suit her needs. Paul is one of the operatives on her team, and the connection is instant. Do they act on the connection? Gripping read with a big suspense build up, I loved it but did feel a little let down that after all the build up and the twist that it all fizzled own to nothing. The ex sounded like a real douch and the way things were heading I just expected there to be a bit more to the story. The twist as well didn't pan out to anything much. The dom/ sub scene was good and I liked the chemistry between the two characters, they seemed well suited.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the first book I’ve read by Rose, but it definitely won’t be the last. Nicole is a mom living a nightmare. Her ex-husband has taken their son and fled the country. She goes to Ian “Bossman” Sawyer and ask for Trident Security’s help. When they can’t help Ian turns her over to a different security firm and she meets Paul. Paul is determined to help get her son back and falls for her along the way. What a great fast paced read.

Wonderful book. Thank you Rose for bringing this story to the Suspenseful Seduction World. It fits in. It was great seeing our old favorites from Sam's world and these two characters you brought to life. Paul was exactly what Nicole needed at that point in her life. They are perfect together and happy the family is complete!

What a wonderful story. It is vividly written with a lot of emotions. Getting back her son is the only thing Nicole wants and she contacts Trident Security, the bulky sexy intelligent men. Of course they are going to help her. This warm story held me captive throughout the book I could not put it down. Loved it.

I love books in the worlds created and established by other authors, so I’ve really been looking forward to the Suspenseful Seduction books, and Rose NIckol has not disappointed. A childhood friend of Nick Sawyer’s (Trident Security), Nicole turns to the Sawyers for help when her husband disappears to China and kidnaps their son. They call in Paul Shu because of his China connections, and the two fall in love. There is drama, there is significant heat, and there are cameos from Ian, Devon, and, briefly Nick and Jake. This is a good story that is well told; it never relies on the backstory of the Sawyer brothers but establishes a new space of its own. Forrest Security, Paul’s company, will hopefully be further explored by Ms. Nickol too! The D/s aspect of the story is also masterfully interwoven (see what I did there!), and Nicole’s reading of Kristen’s books is another well-placed Easter egg.

Bound By The Red Thread is a part of Samantha A Cole’s Suspenseful Seduction series in which authors borrow charactures from her Trident, Doms of Covenant and TS Omega series.
In this case, Our heroine went to high school with hero Paul Chu. Paul works for Forrest Security, a group somewhat like Tridant, but with more international ties.
Nicole is a traveling RN who marries Jin Pang, she has a son with him. But 5 years later, he takes their son to China on the guise of visiting his sick father and never returns. What’s worse, he turns his son slowly against his mother. She receives divorce papers in the mail.
It’s time to call on her old friend Nick for help. He refers her to his friend Paul Chu.
Paul starts to become attracted to Nicole. But can he get her son back? Rose does a fabulous job of blending both worlds and Bound by the Red Thread makes for fantastic reading.

Fall into the world of Samantha A. Cole and all the amazing authors who are bringing other characters to life.

A good story that keeps you reading. No need to know the other characters in the world, but definitely makes you want to read more.

While the main characters jump together too quickly in my opinion, the store isn’t forced in any way. There are times where you feel a large chunk of the book was cut, but you still get closure and no loose ends.

Bound by the Red Thread, is a suspense romance book by Rose Nickol. Paul works for an elite security company, Nicole is a mother desperate to get her son back from her controlling ex husband, the two come together and make an explosive couple. The story has many unexpected twists that make is a book that hard to put down until the end. This is a great weekend read for a Saturday afternoon.

Great book!!

I really loved reading this book! It is one of my favorite Suspenseful Seduction books so far! Nicole's son is kidnapped. She contacts Trident Security for help. They refer her to Forrest Security and the Sexy Paul is assigned to protect her. Neither one expects the flames sparking!!

Good read

This is a good read. The characters were well developed, the pace was smooth, and the plot was okay. The finale was a little fast and unfinished in some way. After all the build-up it just felt like wham bam done. All in all a good read.
