My Dad Getting Things Slightly Wrong

Rate this book
This book isn’t mocking my Dad. Quite the opposite in fact. It is celebrating the absurdity of the way his brain works (or doesn’t). Again... NOT mocking him. My Dad has given his permission to shared these quotes, anecdotes and one-liners. Most, if not all, I have witnessed first hand.

My Dad likes to talk. To anyone and everyone. He will start a conversation in the strangest of places with the most unwilling participant. The topics of said conversations are often bizarre, macabre or downright confusing. Luckily, I have documented some
highlights of these discussions (most of which he has had with me) and elaborated on them as well as I can. Okay, I’ve attempted to provide context, at least.

GREAT mishaps of general terms, how’d he come up with some of these? :D

Some quality misinterpretations here. Love the inclusion of some footy mistakes too, very relevant to the common British man son/dad relationship
