She's the boss. She has no business feeling anything for her assistant...

When Autumn Bryson's meddling aunt signs her up for a honeymoon cruise, Autumn concludes that her aunt has just upped the ante in her numerous schemes to marry Autumn off. Or, just maybe husbands fell from heaven these days. Until her mother’s illness takes a turn for the worst and her dying wish is to see her daughter married. But to go on a honeymoon cruise requires being recently married … and that Autumn is not.

Preston is focused on two things: working hard at his job and creating a stable environment for his daughter. But life as a single parent seems to get more challenging by the day. When Autumn proposes the idea of marriage to Preston, he’s hesitant to agree. Sure, he likes her. He likes her a lot. But – marriage? When his daughter instantly takes to Autumn, Preston’s resolve changes. After all, every girl needs a mother.

What starts as an arrangement with her single dad assistant becomes love unexpected and a family for both of them.

This book is one that will hold your attention from start to finish. Autumn and Preston are from opposite ends of the status chart. She is his rich boss and he had an underprivileged upbringing.
The chemistry between them is undeniable. If you like a good clean Christian romance, you will like this book.

A Time to Love is the newest released book by Rose Verde. She originally released the book as His Thanksgiving Surprise. The original book has been cleaned up [corrected some errors] and given a different epilogue. It is basically the same book, but fresher. The story deals with the question: How far do you go to make someone happy? This is a really cute story. It shows us that we never outgrow our insecurities and our desires to please the ones that we love. The story is Christian Fiction, so there are Christian principles and faith discussed in the book. However, the book is in no way "preachy". The book is enjoyable and mostly light hearted. Some of the characters are rather quirky [especially Aunty Grace] , while others take themselves quite seriously. The story doesn't take long to read, I read the book in one evening [although, it was a long evening]. I highly recommend A Time To Love. It is an excellent book for anyone who likes reading clean, wholesome, stories that conclude with a HEA ending.

This is a sweet story of love overcoming insecurities. I loved it and recommend it for a cozy evening read.

What would happen if you had all the right reasons to get married for all the wrong reasons?

Autumn has been burned by love. She’s tired of her family’s matchmaking ways. She secretly wishes for romance, and Preston makes her wish he was more than her employee.

Preston knows his daughter needs a mother, he just doesn’t know how to solve the problem. He’s been secretly in love with his boss for a long time, but economically she’s way out of his league.

To solve their own individual problems they grasp onto the idea that an arranged marriage might be the solution they both need. Can something that starts out for convenience become something more?

I was given a copy of this book courtesy of the author and this is my honest opinion.

A Time to Love is a fun, short story revolving around winning a honeymoon cruise contest that Autumn's mom and aunt entered her in. It is fun, unpredictable and focuses on faith, family and falling in love. It also focuses on the shortness and unpredictability of life as Autumn had already lost her dad and her younger brother.

I really enjoyed the characters of Autumn and Preston. Preston has totally turned his life around since he was in foster care and has become a Christian and quite a strong man and father to his daughter, Allyssa. It was fun to watch his feelings for Autumn turn into something more but would she feel the same for him? I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Who knew a free cruise would require getting married? Rose Verde has pitted Autumn against her mother and aunt in their desire for her to be married until they play a trump card. Autumn and her assistant, Preston, have been trying to hide their attraction to each other but when Preston's daughter expresses a need for a new mother and Autumn needs to find a groom quickly they come together for practical reasons, or is that why. This story is another example of why people need to communicate better. Enjoyed this book.

I really enjoyed this wonderful Christian romance. The characters were very well portrayed. The main characters are dealing with a very real communications issue. Human beings are so fearful of being hurt that they do not want to convey their real feelings. You will have to read the book to see how this all plays out. A very sweet romance.

Autumn is a happy career woman. Her I'll Mother and Aunt want to see her married. Her assistant is raising a daughter he found out about one year ago. He would like to give her a Mom but doesn't really have time to look. What will happen to two people who don't realize they are lonely? I received an ARC copy and really enjoyed it. I like books with young a child.

This is a different angle for a love story. Autumn has to find a husband quickly thanks to her meddling grandmother. The man she knows best & her best possibility is her assistant, Preston. He has a daughter who needs a mother. Can things work out for these 2 needy people? You will enjoy learning how when you read this book. I enjoyed it. I received an ARC. This is my honest, voluntary review.

Can a marriage of convenience turn into a real marriage? Autumn and Preston have secretly crushed on each other for awhile. Loved how Autumn and his daughter bonded so quickly. The ending was so sweet.
