I'm just trying to get to the end of my senior year.
No more drama. No more pain. No more heartbreak.
So I can start over again.
But I've got choices to make that will affect...everything.
And the ones who broke me?
They're still lurking.
So my eyes are wide open.
But my heart?
It's closed forever.
WARNING: Spring is the third book in the bestselling Sunset Beach High series. It contains mature themes, sexual content, and profanity. If you're not a fan of those things, this isn't the book for you. But if you like serious stuff mixed with lots of bad words and some sweaty sex, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU. It is the third in a four book series and you'll probably want read the first two before you dive into this one. Get to reading!
This one, even though it’s Book 3 of 4, it resolved a few things that needed answers. But it still leaves you biting the bit for more in Book 4. I truly hope Presley and Trevor get a very good HEA.
Will be reading book 4. I Do Recommend this Book & Series. I will be reading more from this Author.
I'm so loving Presley and Trevors story. It gets a little more complicated with each installment and can't for the next book. You know an author is telling a good story when they got you coming back for more. Presley has one heck of a backbone that's for sure. I recommend this book Thanks Jamie Nibarger Ellis
Quick read with lots of drama again. Book 2 ended with the FMC on an airplane headed to visit her mom for Christmas break and deciding to tell her Dad everything. It is stated multiple times how much she hates her Mom. Then book 3 starts in April completely skipping over the visit with her Mom and the time between Christmas & April. There was one statement about her having a terrible visit and that was it. After making such a big deal about not wanting to go visit I was surprised we didn’t get to be part of the visit. The editing issues continue to be a problem but not enough to make me stop reading the series.
**Spoiler*
Although she waited quite a ways into Book 3, the author has redeemed herself a little with me for having the FMC tell her Dad everything that has happened to her and then going to the police. I had an issue with that not happening in Book 2.
This is a direct continuation of the previous book, Winter. Again, the story feels very accurate to what happens in high school, including the drama and the immaturity of the characters. Presley is forced to make some decisions that show how much she's grown. Which college to attend? Should she reconnect with her friends? Is it a good idea to get back with Trevor after he turned his back on her when she needed it most? Should she tell her dad about everything that happened to her with Shanna and Athena and Derek and have them face whatever consequences? Although the stories are simple and super easy to read, the books are well written and kind of addictive in the sense that we wanna find out what happens next. I can totally picture these book as one of those teen TV dramas, each book being a different season.
This book was a whole book on hard decision making.
Even though I had said after the last book that I would not have been able to forgive Gina, Maddie and Bridget for abandoning Presley when she needed them the most, I’m glad that she did decide too. They are great friends and I really wish I had a friend like Gina. She’s hilarious.
I’m also really pleased that Presley and Trevor managed to sort themselves out. They are really great together (when they aren’t beating anyone up). Their temper is matched if I’m honest!
I just really like this series. It’s very well written and all the characters are fab.
On to the next!

Good points- great characters, great storylines and that is why I have continued to read this series however.. PLEASE GET A PROOFREADER or fire the current one, I will happily do it for you, because these books would be so much better without the constant mistakes in every book! It's not just spellings and word mistakes at one point on an earlier book Bridget's name changes to Brenda, not only this but continuation of storylines also seem off in some parts. I will read book 4 as the rest has made up for it, just.
This was easily the best book in the series. The support Presley's friend's, Trevor and her father gave her while she was going through a difficult time was admirable. Also, Presley's thoughts and emotions throughout the case were so realistic. This series should be more popular. It's not appreciated enough. People all over the world-who are involved in cases of assault-should take strength from this book.
I'm so glad Presley went through with going to the police, yet she's still suffering from the actions of those that did her harm because she did the right thing for herself. This book is ridiculously important to to be read in regard oh information about bullying and the harsh consequences that it results into.
I was really hoping by the third book Presley would have gotten her sh*t together. She is still very dramatic, doesn’t think things through and continues to feed into the “school bullies” Also with Trevor, she expected so much from him, but when he would ask things in return, she acted like his feelings didn’t matter. It was very one sided
These are really good, quick and short reads. Very enjoyable! Glad some bullies got their comeuppance but they really should have gotten a LOT more considering everything that went down with the FMC. It does suck that Trevor is paying the price for being a stand-up boyfriend and protecting his GF... hopefully that all gets sorted out in the next book.
OMG the hole book is full of girl power. It just made me fall deeper for the characters. I love this serie, such a good discover. It really keep my head out of all the shit that's going on right now, so yeah, highly recommend it.
I loved the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer series! Presley and Trevor had a lot of obstacles but all worked out in the end! Presley is a strong female character, standing up for herself and her friends. Great series, I could read them again !!!
Presley is struggling to put her life back together after all the things she has been through. She is having a hard time forgiving her friend for not believing in her.
Honestly, I don’t even understand the point of book 3. It had closure and acceptance for book 2 and that was it. It wasn’t even really a story so that was disappointing. Definitely could’ve been included in book 2 and shorter, but also more interesting?
I love the relationship between Presley and her Dad.. And the fact that she knew what would happen to Trevor if she went to the police and still did it.. I wish we got more detail about her visit with her mom
4.75stars/🌶️🌶️ I finally finished this book! I loved this book when I started but at the last chapter I just wanted a break and unfortunately I didn’t finish until now. But even reading that last chapter, I’m reminded of why I loved it so much
Really good so happy she ended up with Trevor! A bit sad about the prom scene! She's got the best friends ever! Wonder what's going to happen with the whole case and stuff! The beach scene was amazing! Absolutely loved it, her surfing with the old guys is just great! I wonder what uni she's going to pick?

This wasn't as interesting as the previous two books but it was good enough for me to finish it in one go. There were quite few mistakes in the book though, which made me slightly frustrated + the drama Presley sort of brings. I don't really quite like Presley as a character but I would continue with book 4 since the storyline wasn't that bad.
