When Knox and I catch our respective plus ones making out, all hell breaks loose. So we do the only thing we can—date one another to drive our exes to the brink. What better way to avoid a rebound than to take control and take each other for the summer?
No rules.
No holds barred.
Everything goes.
And at the end of the summer—everything comes to an explosive end. We move on. At least that’s what we planned.
But Knox is built for speed both on and off the field with a body sculpted of pure steel. Those eyes, that dirty kissable mouth of his have me on the edge of my quivering seat. So what if we let things go too far one night? So what if he’s actually managed to do things with my body that my ex would never have even conceived?
There isn’t anything real between us—this is nothing but a stunt. But things are getting messy, and another broken heart is the last thing I need. But my heart is certainly feeling something, and now I’m not even sure what the hell I signed up for anymore. It’s time to get out—even if it does feel a little too late.

'Those jeans really bring out your eyes. "Oh crap, someone sew my lips shut. Those jeans bring out your eyes?"'
Not sure why I picked up this one, I guess it was on sale and looked like fun. Lines like the above and below abound in this puerile book of fun and revenge at some college somewhere.
'For a second I think maybe I've latched onto some abnormally long remote control, but dear God, this is a flesh covered light - saber that looks painfully greedy to impale the nearest princess.'
2.5 stars rounded up to three for the laughs and unbelievable dialogue.
Poorly written, needs editing, immature characters who behave badly and irrationally, and tons of disgusting and unnecessary slut shaming - even when entirely inappropriate.
Blurb: Nothing feels better than REVENGE. Don’t get mad. Get even. When Knox and I catch our respective plus ones making out, all hell breaks loose. Honestly don't know where to start with this review - obviously a lot of people like this book. I am simply not one of them.
Lets start with editing - I don't think there was a proof read or an editor as the mistakes were frequent and obvious. It took away from the story and honestly even in the day of digital publication it does not take long to find a 3rd party to edit or proof read your story. The POV was clunky. There was no distinction in voice between Harper and Knox. At times I could not tell you which character was talking to me. I do not hate books that switch POV but there should be some clarity between voices otherwise what is the point?
Harper and Knox get lost in a dramatic plot line. They are, I think, meant to be rich trust fund kids but with the exception of Knox's house and a few shopping splurges there is nothing opulent about their lifestyle that screams rich kids and so at best you kind of place them as well to do kids who have had no struggles in life until both their significant others cheat on them. They both lack depth, and in a thin attempt to make them relatable Harper has a brother with an illness and Knox has a twin sister who is aggressive and over protective. Nothing makes up for the fact that our leading couple have no personality on the page.
A terrible waste of a few afternoons - yes it took me a few days and I almost gave up but I have a stubborn streak to finish what I start even if it is underwhelming romance books.
Harper starts off as very immature and full of herself. It took awhile to actually like her as a person. Regardless of my opinion of her, it didn’t stop me from being sucked into the story. Knox on the other hand was way too easy to fall in love with. These two were a bit odd but the story was intriguing and interesting. I couldn’t allow myself to put it down. If you like quirky humor, college revenge, and a happily ever after, this is for you.
This is the first book I picked up from this series. It was free so I thought I would give it a shot. I wasn’t expecting much, which was considering I didn’t get much.
It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing.
I liked that it was a short read only took me a few hours to get through it. I did not like Harper. I couldn’t stand the overbearing family. Maybe because I don’t have one it annoys me so easily. Like I said not the best book but it wasn’t horrible I at least finished. I did enjoy some of the quirkiness and chemistry between knox and harper.
This series is full of quick reads. Some have much more serious topics but this starts as two people who catch their significant others together. So they play like they’re dating until they really aren’t playing. The twin pusses me off but otherwise it was a cute read.
It was so good to be back at Whitney Briggs. How I’ve missed everyone, it’s good to see the old gang here and there at Black Bear. Harper and Knox story was absolutely incredible, I just couldn’t get enough of them. I can’t wait to go back and see everyone again.
This story is definitely entertaining from beginning to end. Harper is a riot, mouthy and super catty. When she caught her boyfriend cheating on her with Knox’s girlfriend, Harper and Knox took it upon themselves to get revenge. What better way to get revenge on their ex’s then to be together themselves. Their relationship started of as a fake one, but quickly turned into one no one saw coming....Love! This book is hilarious and super entertaining.
Revenge Kisses is exactly as the name sounds!! Sweet and satisfying revenge!! Harper and Knox never thought it would happen to them, but when the truth and most of all proof comes out they are heartbroken. Knox and Harper start out as a revenge plot and quickly discover that their chemistry is so much more than they bargained for! Things get hot and heavy . I can honestly say Harper is a girl after my own heart. She loves to indulge in delicious foods and desserts . Knox realizes that this is his soulmate! They love the same things and truly enjoy spending time with one another. Jen is a miserable person who thinks sleeping around and then wanting what you had back because you're jealous is perfectly acceptable. Well not to Harper and Knox thank goodness. Their exes are fuming and have no reason to be because this was brought on by themselves! Harper and Knox made the best couple ,between their banter and sexual chemistry it was meant to be. Until Jen comes back into the picture and tries to ruin everything! I was so mad! But to find out the ending you need to read this awesome book! Don't wait just dive in now! It's definitely worth it!
The first quarter of the book I didn't even understand what I was reading. Literally. Addison has a "quirky" style but I felt like it was a little too much here. Also, I can't keep up with the characters in this KISSES Universe. I can't remember who is related to who etc. Plus, everything went too fast. It's also a shame the girl on the cover doesn't match Harper's character description since she's a dark-haired, partly Native American.
The main character was just so whiny and annoying I couldn’t get past it. I gave two stars because I feel bad about only giving one, especially not having read the whole thing.
Like everything Addison Moore writes this is amazing. I love how you can read any of the Kiss series as a standalone, yet if you've read the series in its entirity you get an extra glimpse into the lives of the other characters you have grown to love.
Revenge Kisses is a about Knox and Harper. They both find themselves emotionally drained from previous relationships and decide on the sweetest kind of revenge. Though these two initially do not like each other much, they agree to a no holds bar summer... anything goes and I do mean "anything".
Follow these two trust fund babies on a summer most can only dream of... a road many would dare not travel. Let go of your inhabitions and dive right in.
I read this story in one evening. I kept telling myself one more chapter and before I knew it it was 2:30 in the morning and I had wrapped up this amazing tale of a budding friendship that turns into so much more. Well done, Addison Moore.
Harper and Knox catch their significant others together. The two significant others act like have done nothing wrong and both still want to see Harper and Knox. I love how Harper and Knox devise a plan of revenge, but it actually backfires and these two realize how much they have in common and how little they had in common with their significant others. Harper and Knox are good together. Love Harper's mouth and how she speaks her mind. Knox is a great guy and treats Harper good!
I love this author, her books are really entertaining to me and such quick reads that I just want more. In this book Harper and Knox end up on a revenge plan when their respective bf/gf are caught together. In the process of having a fake relationship they both realize that what they feel for one another is real. Classic romance where they tried to hide their feelings but realize it’s too late. Cute story line and I’m happy they both got a happy ending.
DNF at 21%. I love a good faux-romance book, but I just couldn't finish this one. I was unable work up much concern or interest for the main characters - or the plethora of supporting characters that wore thrown at the reader. It felt like the characters, writing style, and dialogue were all chaotic. Lines that could have been really humorous fell flat because there was no depth to the characters or their situations.
In the first 4 pages the author introduced about 20 characters. It was way more telling than showing. She introduced the main character full history. I try to follow but I got so lost, I almost skip it. But... I really loved the book summary, so I gave it another chance. I read the first chapter again... and thank god for that. I really really loved this book.
Peyton -- after finding her BF inflagrante with another woman -- and Knox -- after finding his GF inflagrante with the man above, decide to date. In six secs they fall in love, but the exes and siblings are getting in the way.
These kids are all stupid and have too much money and still complain. ugh.
Harper and Knox were both cheated on by each of their significant other while in college. I loved the revenge they exacted on the cheating partners. They worked together but also fell in love with each other while living out their sexy revenge plots. A very funny, amusing book.
Revenge never tasted so good couldn't be farther from the truth! Harper is sweet and sassy, and Knox is sweet and sexy! What a great combo. Turning such a negative event into something great. Fighting against crazy exes and over protective family Knox and Harper for the win!
Every time I read a book from this series it makes me question my faithfulness to all the other Whitney Briggs couples, so I am just going to say move over Disney, Whitney Briggs is one of the happiest places on Earth.
Can't wait to get Red and Hot with Trixie on my next visit! <3
If you're a fan of Addison Moore's 3AM Kisses series then you'll love Knox and Harper's love story. It's a sweet and funny romance. A revenge plot to get back at cheating exes has them finding love with each other and a chemistry that is better than revenge.
The best way to get revenge on a cheater is to hook up with the hot boyfriend of the tramp he cheated with. I love that they were both hurting and found comfort, friendship, revenge, and love in each other. Awesome story, I especially loved that the characters enjoyed the same tastes in food.
Knox and Harper were like hot sparks of passion!! Both were cheated on by their ex’s and seek revenge for being hurt. What starts as a fun game turns into so much more!!
I enjoyed the the premise of this story. This is the first book in this series I've read and found it could be read as a stand alone. The writing was fluid and the protagonists likeable.
Love Harper and Knox's story it was so awesome! Funny thing revenge can be! The best revenge can sometimes be just finding your own happiness and letting them live their own!!
With a plot of revenge, there was no telling how this story would go! Loved that the “fake” love of the revenge plot slowly crept up on the characters and turned in to something real. Loved their love of food and her reaction to the gourmet kitchen!
