D. C. Gomez is a USA Today Bestselling Author, born in the Dominican Republic and grew up in Salem, Massachusetts. She study film and television at New York University. After college she joined the US Army, and proudly served for four years.

Those experiences shaped her quirky sense of humor. D.C. has a love for those who served and the families that support them. She currently lives in the quaint city of Wake Village, Texas, with her furry roommate, Chincha.

So much fun to read

If the rest of the series is as good as this it may take the place of my favorite, but your intern series will be hard to beat.

This book was just amazing!! It is not my normal genre but wow. The imagination and the world this author builds is just amazing. It reminded me of Alice In Wonderland at first. By the time I was done there was no comparison. This author built a world and story that is not compared to any other fantasy world. Her vision is just off the charts amazing, she is very talented. Madison is bullied and just wants to escape. She jumps into a garbage chute to hid and ends up in another world. But running away may not be the best thing to do. Here she has to deal with witches and knights. Can she get back home? Can she find a way to escape? You really do not want to miss this book. It is amazing and even when you finish reading you are already thinking about what will happen next!!! I highly recommend this book for all ages not just YA!!!

Once I started this, I couldn't put it down till I'd finished it! Wonderful read with magic, dragons, knights, a feisty MC, Madison, & even talking horses (Constantine would be in good company!). Loved this first book in an exciting, different & brilliant new series. Great characters that you have you routing for them & situations that have you holding your breath wondering just how they're going to get out of this one! Definitely has everything you need to make this an absorbing & entertaining read. Look forward to the next instalment of Madison's unusual, new & very different, life & world she accidentally finds herself transported to!

Good

This story was good. Madison was both young and an old soul. Bertrant was human and I liked their dynamic. So much happens in this story. I think young trans to young at heart would enjoy this story

This was a highly enjoyable read. It was so easy to fall into the world in this book. Madison is one of the most fun characters I have ever read. From start to finish this book exudes playfulness. I love it and can't wait till the next one!
